About: I’m Alex and I currently have one pitbull so I am A 24/7 dog mom! I love hiking and being out in nature. I have a high energy personality that is perfect for wearing any pup out. Growing up my parents owned dogs of all sizes and personalities (Dalmatian, Akitas, border collie, and jack russel) I love the Lower Allen dog park and would gladly take any dogs there with permission! My previous rescue pit had an abusive past which sadly caused some behavioral issues. Due to that I am more than comfortable watching any dogs that may be a little rough around the edges. I have no problem giving any daily medication needed. I’m just a fun loving dog owner who would love to give your dog wonderful care and attention! I am a stay at home mom so my days are pretty open. About: I have a wide variety of experience with all sorts of animals. I’ve had large and small dogs, cats, rodents, amphibians, and lizards, I even had a pot belly pig, sheep & duck as a child. I also volunteered at a local vet when I was a teenager and gained a lot of hands on experience caring for many types of animals! Currently I’m a stay at home mom, this allows me to spend a lot of one on one time with your pet. Your fur baby will be well cared for and interacted with while they’re here or while I’m there! About: When not traveling on business trips, I work from my home office, so your dog will receive 24/7 care! I’ve had dogs my entire life and my first job as a tween was pet sitting for neighbors. My current rescue dogs are Jake; a senior Coonhound mix adopted in Tennessee and Kiba, an adult Husky-Great Pyrenees mix adopted locally and is a recovering escape artist. As a former paramedic, I have the skills to administer medications and medical care, as well as to deal with any emergencies. My large backyard is fenced and has a six-foot privacy screen! Our dogs have known that I treat them well, but that I am no “pushover”. In our house, I’m the “General”! I only give a command one time. When Jake or Kiba see the stern look and folded arms, they know to obey the command. I’ve also had a cat, fish, frogs, a turtle, a rabbit, Guinea pigs and even chameleons! I love all animals and would love spending time with yours. I work from home when not traveling on business (usually one week per month), so I am available 24/7 to care for your pet’s needs. About: My entire life pretty much I've grown up around animals! I've had different rodent, and currently have 2 cats. The last 10ish years my family and I have cat/dog sat for multiple family members and friends. The last year I've cat sat for my neighbor multiple times. As far as regular work goes, I'm only doing part-time due to the limit on how many hours are being given. I'm also not enrolled in school, so my schedule has more than enough time to fit in some extra pet care. I’m Mags (Rover requires me to use my legal name) and I love all animals I have been passionate about dogs ever since I was a child but because experienced working with dogs and cats (and some bunnies) while working for the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. I was a veterinarian assistant for one year and then became an adoptions Manager for three years. This was the most fulfilling experience of my adult life, being able to help animals and the community daily. I recently lost my closest companion, Xander, about a month ago. He was 13 years old and I had him since he walked into the humane society at two months old. Through him I gained even more experience with aging dogs, medical care and many behavioral changes as he aged. While using positive reinforcement training we navigated 6 military moves, life adaptions to aging and the introduction of two kittens. I will take all this experience and use it to provide the same amount of love an attention for you furry family members as I did for Xander. I am currently employed part time and have many days free as well as can stay over night or board animals in my home. I have a very flexible schedule and am happy to work with any client’s schedule as needed. I currently only have two cats in my home, so I’m able to provide boarding for cat friendly animals. I have a fenced in back yard and am usually not gone from the house for more than four hours. I also am available for staying over nights at clients houses for a more comfortable experience for everyone in the family.

While Rover's pricing is set up on a per dog fee schedule, I cap charges at $80 per night and $40 per drop in or walk, regardless of the number of pets in your household. In the Rover app, I must modify your booking to be able to do that. I work full-time 9:30am -6pm, Monday -Friday in York, Pa, so I limit my service area during the week to areas between York and New Oxford. I can serve a larger area such as Gettysburg and Dillsburg on weekends. I adhere carefully to client directions about medication, supervision, feeding, and exercise. I want dogs to keep their usual routine as much as possible, and owners to rest assured their treasured pets are cared for as they would. I am a background -checked government employee that prides myself on being dependable and trustworthy. I discuss my scheduling limitations with owners to ensure they are getting a sitter who is the best fit for their pets.
About: Hi there! My name is Dylan. I’ve been a pet owner for my entire life. I’ve had a passion for animals and animal care since I was little. I decided to take that passion and help out other amazing pet parents who want to give there furballs the love and attention they deserve! I have experience administering insulin to diabetic dogs, giving medication (oral and rectal), to both cats and dogs. No request is to big or small! I strive to meet AND exceed every expectation you have for your pet. Walks and play time are just a small part of fun that we will have on my visit. About: I had a family dog for 10 years, from the time she was 2 until she was 12 so I’ve had experience with young and old dogs, I have also had a few jobs such as a PetSmart employee and an Adams county SPCA employee which gave me great animal care experience, I recently graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Zoo and Wildlife Biology. I look forward to giving you dog lots of love! I am living at home with my parents now after graduation while I save up money to move out, so I am home pretty much all day so I will be able to give your pup lots of love and attention :) I will give you dog lots of love and attention while providing them with a safe and comfortable home, my home is very low key, perfect for dogs coming into a new environment, my family loves dogs just as much as me.
