“This was perfect for what I needed. We had no local friends or family that could take our cat. We were going to be away but he couldn't be at the house because we were having work done on it while we were gone. They took our cat into their home. I was surprised to see they had other cats when I arrived. But one question on the survey was if your pet does well with other cats, which he does, but cats tend to not be friendly with new cats initially so I was a bit worried they'd fight, but they had a separate area, a sun room that they allowed Sox to adjust in and during the week they had sent pictures of him being inside the home on the couch so obviously it was fine. I actually never met or dealt with Sarah only her Mom. Which I felt was odd. I was expecting the person pictured, the person I paid. Her Mom was lovely and clearly there were no issues and my cat was returned safely to me, I just felt it was odd the Sarah was sleeping or "resting because she works a lot" both times I was there. I didn't take any stars off my review for that, because again the service accomplished what I needed which was my cat to be cared for outside of my home.”

They range in age from 19 to 1, and have a variety of needs, including medication for an elderly cat and supervision of a recently hospitalized dog, with his younger, very exuberant "brother." Simone managed it all without difficult, and even gave attention to the less needy pets. She sent some adorable photos that I will definitely save. Simone is calm, patient, attentive, intelligent, experienced with her own and others' animals, and caring. I did not feel like I had to worry about my guys and gals, knowing she was with them. I also respect that she came to the house beforehand to meet us and our animals and determine our needs. She was very responsive in communication, when we were setting up our first meeting. Thank goodness, because I am not the most tech savvy!”
About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 9 years old, so caring for animals has always been a part of my life. I grew up with the sweetest Saint Bernard and have had 5 adorable kitties over the years. I like to call myself a professional cat entertainer. In 2023, I finally got my own fur baby who is spoiled rotten and my favorite thing in the world. I pet and house sit regularly for my friends and neighbors with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and even some horses. Sometimes that means staying overnight because one pup has bad separation anxiety, so I’m comfortable giving extra love and attention. Cats might be my favorite to work with but I love all cuties just the same! I’m working full time and right now, I get off work around 2:30pm. I am available for 30 minutes during the work day on my lunch break and during the afternoon/ nights. I have a large back yard and fenced in pool area for dogs with lots of room in the house for laying, playing, or exploring. I currently do not own a dog so any visiting dogs should bring with their favorite toys for extra entertainment. I am not living in a development but have plenty of walking trails in close proximity, including Big Boyd’s Tree Preserve, Front Street, Fort Hunter, and Wildwood Park. There are 3 cats living in the house who have been acclimated to dogs. We have separate rooms for visiting cats to stay with extra litter boxes, scratching posts, an abundance of toys, and a few humans to play with and love on.
