We consider our dog to be a member of the family and we were initially nervous about leaving Bernie with a stranger. But Shona met with us ahead of time, and we could tell she was warm and caring. After the first day we could tell that Bernie was well taken care of and happy while there. We received multiple pictures daily of Bernie doing things he only does when he is relaxed (cuddling, belly rubs, passing out on the couch). Bernie cuddled witwh her teenage kids. About: We have owned, rescued, and fostered many fur babies, including seniors and those that have medical needs and hospice care. Fur babies are unconditional love! Full run of my home ! Please only dogs that get along with other dogs. I’m a homebody. doggie guests have full run of my house and sleep wherever they like at night. Big backyard with a pool and lots of birds and squirrels to watch! And I love walking with your pet in near by parks so your pup gets good exercise. Lots of comfy couches to curl up on. And I love playing toys with them so pack some favorites. The outdoor pool area is completely fenced in.

About: I have been caring for pets for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was little, my neighbors and family members have trusted me to watch, feed, walk, and care for their pets while they were away. I have also grown up with many dogs and cats throughout my life, so being around animals has always been a huge part of who I am. Because of this experience, I understand how important it is to make pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved when their owners are not home. I truly love spending time with animals and getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Whether it is going on walks, playing, giving lots of attention, or simply keeping them company, I always make sure they are happy and well cared for. I am currently home from college for the summer, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability! I would love to help care for your fur babies, so just let me know when you need me. I currently do not have any fur babies of my own, so there are no other animals in the house. Since I am home most of the day, I am able to give pets plenty of attention and take dogs out or care for cats as often as needed. We received multiple pictures daily of Bernie doing things he only does when he is relaxed (cuddling, belly rubs, passing out on the couch). Bernie cuddled witwh her teenage kids. Having the meet and greet and a day in doggy day car helped our dog become acclimated with Amanda’s routine and set her up for a successful stay. Mae spent her time running in Amanda’s big fenced in yard, playing with other dogs and tormenting some cute barn animals ;) Amanda checked in daily with pictures, videos and funny stories the whole time.
