Rocky is a pit bull and not too many people are comfortable with them because they do have a bad wrap. I was super excited to know that she was available the week of my trip! He was very happy to see her. Because of our history I was able to enjoy myself knowing he’s in good hands. He was returned to me very happy and playful. About: I have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life, as well as a few birds and many fish. Tyson the Boxer, my grandfathers dog. Smokey, the cat my mother said not to pet or he would follow us (and he did! Best friend for 13 years). Woody, the mini Australian shepherd that was my childhood dog who taught me so much about caring for a pet. And also Pepper, the black lab chow mix that my grandfather gave to us when he got too old for Pepper's energy. All of these I had the privilege to take care of and become friends with. My first job was pet sitting for our neighbors in the townhouse we lived in - making sure their golden retriever Tucker was walked and happy before Mom and Dad got home from work. This relationship last until we moved away but finding a way to make some money while getting to take care of and hang out with animals left its mark. My most recent pet success story is that I have been able to convince my no-pet landlord to allow me to have a cat, when they saw me interacting with their own animals. I would love to have a dog but do not currently have the space. I am able to live vicariously through my brother's puppy (A Goldador) who I help with whenever he is away from work. Life is just better with a furry friend. I am currently working full-time however my job allows me to not be tied to a spot all day. I can step away to get the furry friends out and about during my day. I am at the latest totally free by 3pm on most days and completely open on the weekends. Treat others as you would like to be treated. This is the golden rule for person to person interaction and I apply the same to anyone's pet I have the fortune to meet. Of course any rules or guidelines left are the law of the land but I am ecstatic to meet new animals and get to know their personalities. About: Safety first, my home has fences and gates to protect your love ones. If you work mid shift or over night and need somewhere for your four legged children to go while you work we have just the place for them. I love to play and cuddle with my dogs and would love the opportunity to have your love one stay with me in a loving home environment. I have watched the neighbors dog from time to time and had the care of my granddaughter who is a cat off and on for 2 years. I would rather leave my children (4 legged children) in a home setting if I had to travel away from home and they couldn't go with me. About: My name is Monica. I have taken care of pets for over 29 years. I currently have 3 cats both neutered. One is a senior 15 yrs old, then there is 7 yrs and 1 yr. They keep to themselves. Over the years many dogs and cats have came and went each showing their individuality. Each pet has a need which will be met according to your standards. If you book me for a Board or even a day stay I promise to have you and your furry friend 100% satisfied. I can also walk them,and do drop bys. Your pet will always have someone around in my home(if they like children). It can be hard to find someone as trustworthy as it is for me. They are just as much children and finding the right person takes time. I'm willing to show I am trustworthy And will treat them as my own. I have 3 floors,so if any pets I care for needs personal space I can accommodate. We also have a spare room where they can relax. Due to health I can only take dogs up to 18 lbs. “I had used Jahada once before in the past. I had no issues or problems with her or her care for my dog. Rocky is a pit bull and not too many people are comfortable with them because they do have a bad wrap. I was super excited to know that she was available the week of my trip! He was very happy to see her. Because of our history I was able to enjoy myself knowing he’s in good hands. He was returned to me very happy and playful. She is very kind and thoughtful and even sent updates and photos throughout my trip which was very considerate and soothing. I’m sure I will be reaching out to her again in the near future!”

They will have access to my balcony for when they need cooling and some quiet.

From the very beginning, she was kind, communicative, and incredibly professional—but what truly blew us away was everything that happened *after* we booked her for what was supposed to be just a single day. Due to unexpected circumstances on our end, that one day turned into three… and she handled it with nothing but grace, flexibility, and genuine care. Not once did she make us feel like it was an inconvenience. In fact, she reassured us the entire time and treated our dog like her own. She kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. You could tell our dog was not only well cared for, but truly happy and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who connects so naturally with animals, but she absolutely does. And then—when we thought we couldn’t possibly be more impressed—she somehow raised the bar even higher. She went out of her way to return our dog to us, taking not one but TWO Ubers to make sure everything worked out smoothly. Who does that?! That level of dedication, effort, and positivity is almost unheard of. The entire time, she maintained the most amazing attitude—warm, patient, and completely unbothered—when most people would understandably be stressed or frustrated. About: Hello all, I've owned cats, dogs, and horses for over 20 years now and was their main caregiver starting at 8 y.o. I've worked at many horse barns and pet sitter for many many friends over the years. I have skills in pet healthcare (administering medication, baths, cutting nails, etc), young animals, dog & horse training, rescue animals, and elderly animals. I do my best to provide stress free care for your pets. I am currently working from home full-time! So there is always someone around to take care of your pet! My husband and I mostly like to relax and unwind at home with the occasional dinner date or movie, but are flexible and will be upfront with owners if their pet’s needs cannot be met! When pets are in my home, I always take note of the their state of wellness, looking for stress or anything out of the ordinary. I also will inspect the environment to ensure dangerous items (small items/chocolate/other) are out of reach. While we do not have a fenced in backyard we do have a lunge line that will allow your pet to enjoy running around in the backyard but provides a limit so pets do not go near the back alley road! I make sure pets have access to water at all times. I am able to administer medications easily whether it is as simple as pill pockets or even injections. We also have two dogs of our own as well as a cat! Geordi is a 10 year old Australian Cattle dog who is energetic but respects other pets space, Thor is a 1 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi who loves other playmates, and Wynnona is that our 4 year old cat who tends to mind her own business!
