About: I have two dogs of my own who I love, I dogsit for many families in the neighborhood I live in, and some family members too. I also worked at a doggy daycare over the summer which also included staying the night to watch dogs! I am currently a substitute teacher working full time while doing grad school ! I also work at a doggy daycare a few days a week after school. My schedule is a little busy, but summer is right around the corner! I am available to come to your house to watch the dogs if needed! I am very accommodating so whatever you need me to do I'm on it. I also enjoy walking them to get them some exercise !

About: I’ve always been an animal person since I was a kid, but cats turned out to be my favorite. I started cat sitting on and off from 2021-2026. I haven’t had my own cat yet but when I was cat sitting, I took care of them like they were my own. They felt like family to me. During my journey I learned how to groom them properly, keep them entertained, and just tend to their daily schedules such as eating, sleeping, and exploring.

I have plenty of experience teaching my dogs tricks and good behavior along with giving them medicine and treatment when needed. About: I don’t have much experience with dogs if I’m being honest. The only experience I had with a dog was with a baby pitbull and that was for about a year. That being said, despite my lack of experience I am willing to learn. My love for animals in general is why I am open to learning. I will still provide the same love, care and affection for a dog as I would a cat. My daily and weekly routine is very open for pet care. I am currently on maternity leave so I have lots of availability throughout my days. I treat them like their family and not strangers or “just for the money type of thing”. About: I live on an acre of land with more than half of it being yard With more than half of it being Space. I am able to create a bond with animals by giving them affection, attention, and treats. For walking appointments, my schedule is flexible between 10 AM and 7 PM But I’m also available to to offer overnight boarding care and check-in. Most recently, I have cared for a miniature schnauzer puppy, a black lab puppy, and two mid-aged mixed breed dogs. I have additional experience with doodles, king cavalier spaniels, dauschunds, pitbulls, and pugs. About: I have always been an animal person. I love all animals but dogs are my favorite domestic animal. We have had dogs and kept dogs in our family since I was 4 years old. I've worked at a vet hospital and with doggy daycares. I am not intimidated by dogs who are a little uncertain or shy at first and I truly believe that dogs pick up on my doggy loving vibe. My goal is always to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and stress-free while you’re away. Communication is important to me, so you can expect regular updates, photos, and peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in caring hands. I know pets aren’t “just pets”—they’re family—and I strive to provide the same level of care and attention I’d want for my own. I look forward to meeting you and your best friend! I am currently a grad student and because of that only work part time. I am always out walking and would love to have your pet join me. If watching them in my home, my roommate works from home full time. So no matter what, there will always be someone home with your pet! We have a huge corner lot yard that is fenced in so there is plenty of room for your dogs to roam and play with our dogs. We have a golden retriever and a schnoodle who are both completely vaccinated and great with other dogs!

“Kim was so accommodating with me. Willow was going to arrive around 2pm, then 4pm and then after 5pm as our drive and lunch stop took longer than expected. Willow is not used to other dogs since she is an only dog at home and can get quite stressed but she was great when I picked her up and Kim and her husband updated me with pictures with her on their laps and outside. She was always very prompt to respond. Nice big back yard which Willow loves. Overall, it was a great experience - way better than a kennel.”

It was clear she was happy, well cared for, and loved like family. Addie had such a blast during her stay—she went on so many walks and enjoyed endless snow playtime in their fenced-in yard. She even bonded with Valerie’s son, which made it so hard to take her away from the fun little retreat she was on! Even though Addie was very stressed the first day or so being in a new place and away from me, Valerie and her son were incredibly understanding, communicative, and flexible. They took the time to ensure she felt safe and comfortable, and it wasn’t long before Addie QUICKLY warmed up to them and trusted them completely. It was especially kind of them to care for Addie for multiple weeks over the holidays. Their flexibility and willingness to provide such attentive care during a busy time of year meant so much to me, and it truly showed how open and compassionate they are. Valerie was also an incredible communicator throughout Addie’s stay, sending tons of photos and updates that kept me reassured and connected.
