Given that she is a veteran in the Rover system, Jessica knew everything that I didn't even know I had to think about. Her professionalism was second only to her caring compassion. About: Being around dogs has been the foundation of my life since the age of 3. From caring for my own pets, helping our neighbor who bred collies, and caring for dogs while also caring for my patients at work as a home health occupational therapist, I feel like every pet is part of my family. My heart is full around any four legged friend and I strive to care for them, show them the deepest love, and teach them as I do my own children. It’s in my blood! About: I’m Emily! A little about me: I love to run, lift, paint, and read. I am currently a student at the University of Pittsburgh studying Speech Pathology and Audiology who’s home for the summer! I treat every pet like they’re my own because that’s exactly how I’d want someone to care for mine. I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to fit pet care into my schedule. My work schedule changes from week to week, but I do my best to accommodate each pet owner’s needs. Whether your pet needs a quick check-in, a walk, feeding, playtime, or overnight care in your home, I’m happy to work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. All services will be provided in your home, where your pet can stay in a familiar environment and stick to their normal routine. I’ll carefully follow any instructions you provide regarding feeding, medications, walks, training, or special needs. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pet, and I’ll treat your home and your animals with the same care and respect I would expect for my own.

I also make sure the space stays clean and your cat feels comfortable in their familiar environment. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a calm, safe space with plenty of attention, enrichment, and a clean setup. I always prioritize safety, hygiene, and clear communication, and I send regular updates with photos.
About: Hello I have always had a dog within the household that I have lived. We were raised with little dogs (shih-tzu, mini schnauzers, cocker spaniels).and when I moved out of my parents house; I have 2 dogs, one is an English bulldogge that I swear, she is a sassy toddler (she is 5). She is spoiled. She has been through several training courses. The other one is a rescue mixed blue heeler who is so affectionate. Both of them have individual traits that are cute in their own way. They have their own area called "The Woof Nook." The thing that sets me apart from other people is that I will love your dog as if it were my own. The dog will get whatever you want and I will go the extra mile for your dog. I am an energetic person who values kindness above all else. I have experience with training dogs as I had to train my dogs to do tricks together and seperately. I work 4 days per week full time as a mental health therapist/addictions counselor. I have 3 days off and feel that I could be utilizing my time more effectively. What better way to do that then to spend time with dogs and getting exercise! My dogs go for daily walks and sometimes I take them on hikes (if the weather permits). They also receive baths after a hike. My pups get treats if they listen and are well behaved. Sometimes just because they are cute. I will walk your pup on a short or long walk, depending on your preference. I will also talk to your pup and give praise.
About: I spent my life growing up in a household full of animals. From large dogs to small dogs, to kittens & cats, I will love & care for your furry family member as if they were my own. I also have experience in walking small & large dogs, as well as our fur-legged friends who may not have much experience on a leash! I currently work remotely from my home full-time. I am available to step away during the day and take your animal for potty breaks. If there were to be an emergency, I can do my best to show up for that as well! I currently do not offer the service of house-sitting in my own home… for your pets comfort and my own pets! If an emergency were to pop-up, or we establish a relation as pet-owner/pet, I would be happy to reconsider this on a case-to-case basis.
About: Dogs have always been a part of my life; I’ve been around dogs since the age of 5. Growing up with dogs has helped me develop skills in order to take care of them. When my family and I adopted my Shi Zhu, he had numerous of kidney issues which meant I was responsible for providing him with his medication. We’ve adopted another dog named Lady and she enjoys going on hikes (especially if there’s a nearby creek for her to swim in). Not only do I care for my dogs at home, I’ve dog-sat for my neighbors, friends and family’s dogs; whenever i’m need, I’m always happy to take care of their dogs and go for walks. Of course I’m a dog lover but I cannot forget to mention my smaller pets; I had two parakeets growing up and currently have a fish and hamster which also receive my love and care for. I am a college student so my schedule varies often. When I am back on break, I have plenty of time to look after and provide walks with your fur pup. I will follow whatever safety instructions you give me for your dog or animals and can walk/feed/crate your dog per your instructions if needed. Trust and safety are very important to me. To ensure everyone is comfortable, I want to treat your pet the same as you do.

About: Being around dogs has been the foundation of my life since the age of 3. From caring for my own pets, helping our neighbor who bred collies, and caring for dogs while also caring for my patients at work as a home health occupational therapist, I feel like every pet is part of my family. My heart is full around any four legged friend and I strive to care for them, show them the deepest love, and teach them as I do my own children. It’s in my blood! I currently work as a home health OT with a flexible schedule during the day. I also have windows of time during the evenings and weekends to care for any pet. Teaching my sons responsibility and skills required to care well for animals are just an added bonus! I own my home with a large yard in the rear of the home. I’m also able to provide in-home boarding as I do not currently have a pet in the home.
