Currently my family does not have any dogs. I have always treated my dogs like a member of my family, without 'spoiling' them. Any specific requests, or needs I will certainly listen to them without question. I have a very flexible work schedule, and can provide any service that you are looking for. The only thing I will not be able to do is overnight stays since I have young children. I’m currently working part time from home, and can be available whenever I am needed! About: I've taken care of pets since I was a child-- growing up with a large breed and small dog and two cats-- I've always loved animals. I have a large breed dog named Chewbacca and an adult indoor cat named Chase. Both are friendly with other animals, easy going, and playful. I work from home most days so I'm very available! I'm here in my house and I'm happy to offer lots of love, comfort, cuddles, and address any special dietary or medical needs when your pet stays with me! My older large dog is very sweet and sleeps most of the day, but he enjoys playing with other dogs and otherwise is great with cats and any other animals he encounters! I have boarded two dogs for a friend and provided drop-in visits for a former neighbor for about a year after that and worked at a pet hotel from '17-'19 in which time I got a dog training certification. Dogs, cats, birds...practically every creature you can imagine. Currently I have a cat of my own, and a friend’s dog who I watch fairly regularly. I am available for boarding and visits on the weekends! I have a dog kennel and can take them for walks if needed. If they need to be crated, I am able to do that as well.

About: I've taken care of pets since I was a child-- growing up with a large breed and small dog and two cats-- I've always loved animals. I have a large breed dog named Chewbacca and an adult indoor cat named Chase. Both are friendly with other animals, easy going, and playful. I work from home most days so I'm very available! I'm here in my house and I'm happy to offer lots of love, comfort, cuddles, and address any special dietary or medical needs when your pet stays with me! My older large dog is very sweet and sleeps most of the day, but he enjoys playing with other dogs and otherwise is great with cats and any other animals he encounters! I have a large fenced yard on just over an acre outside of Ithaca. Dogs can run and are very happy here when visiting! I am happy to supervise any bathroom breaks or keep your pet on a leash if you prefer them not running the large yard-- whatever feels most comfortable! I will follow your care instructions precisely to ensure your pet gets the love and attention needed.
