About: I’ve had a fur companion all of my life! I’ve successfully raised and trained five dogs from puppies and I have experience with rescue pups who may not feel entirely comfortable in their new environment. I’ve experienced small and large breeds alike, with my current pup being a King Cavalier Spaniel. Goose’s cousins who we see weekly are two Golden retrievers and one rescue mix. I’m able to be flexible or rigid when it comes to your pets schedule, and am knowledgeable in special diets, fresh pet food, administering meds if needed. I have the luxury of working from home and creating my own schedule which makes my days very flexible! I currently can accept pets for boarding, play dates or walks Sunday through Thursday, 9:30am to 10pm. My dog is allowed to be on all furniture and sleep in the bed and your pet would be permitted to as well if that is your preference! Goose and I take several walks a day and love to take day trips to various area dog parks and hiking trails or enjoy a lazy afternoon on the couch.

My husband works less than a mile from our home, so he can easily stop by during the workday to let your pet outside, play with them, and give them some extra attention. 🐕 Afternoon On days I’m home, we’ll have additional potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of companionship. I’m happy to adjust the routine based on your pet’s age, energy level, and normal schedule. 🌙 Evening Evenings include dinner, outdoor time, playtime or a walk, and relaxing family time. We’ll finish the night with a final potty break before bedtime. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual feeding, walking, potty, medication, and sleeping routines so their stay feels as familiar as possible. My goal is simple: while you’re away, your pet should feel safe, loved, comfortable, and cared for—not like they’re just being boarded I have a huge backyard to run and play in if your pet is able. We also have neighborhoods around us to go for long or short walks for exercise. I have no problem with your pet being on the furniture if that is what they are used to. There are currently no other animals in the house, so your pet will get undivided attention. There is an electric fence on our property, but will only be used if the pets’ parent prefers to use it.

About: Growing up I always had dogs. They were always considered another member of our family. We always trained our own puppies. I've taken care of family members dogs before and puppy sitted in the past. I am a dog mom of two dogs currently. I love dogs and their unique personalities. I love to be outdoors so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups. I'm available evenings during the week and all day on Friday through Sunday. But im always flexible so just let me know what you need and we can work things out to fit your pets needs. Making them feel at home and loved will be my number one priority. I have a fenced in yard and 2 fur babies that will keep your dogs company. Or I can easily crate your dog if needed or I can separate them from my fur babies in another fenced in area. Whatever you prefer I can arrange.
About: I have taken care of my own dogs and do my very best to treat them like family. I make sure they eat, have adequate potty time, and recreation time. I will be sure to take care of your pet as if they were with you. I am currently working, but have plenty of time to care for pets. They will have plenty of time 1 on 1 with their needs met. About: Since I was a child, people would bring strays or unbalanced animals to our house who would suddenly be calm and comfortable in my care. I spent a lot of time in nature and wild animals would often follow me home. I now have my Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and wrote an original thesis on clicker training for service dogs. I am on the Board and a trainer for Hero Puppies for Life where we train service dogs for heroes with PTSD. We use positive reinforcement and are focused around relational bond training. This sets the dogs up for success to support their humans. We also teach their humans how to understand their dog's instincts and communication. I am quite passionate about it. :) Leo is my 7 year old black lab and personal service dog so your fur family will have free socialization and canine therapy in addition to my human care. He has worked with me extensively as a focal point in my approach to providing applied behavior analysis therapy to children and dogs. I’ve always had pets and friends and family have relied on me to take care of their pets when they were away.
