“I was really worried about leaving my dog for the Thanksgiving holiday as I was visiting in-laws who are not really dog lovers. This is my first time using Rover and I searched each profile to find a perfect fit. I put in a request and got 2 hits right away. I chose Kira but honestly wasn’t sure how things would go as my precious dog is 14 years old and she is very finicky. After speaking with Kira and visiting how she cares for the pets while in her care was just what I needed. After dropping my pouch off I still was nervous. About: I've worked with animals of all sizes since I was 12 years old. From volunteering on farms and ranches, to caring for small exotic animals and dogs of my own, I love animals of all sorts and enjoy just spending time with them whenever I can. I've spent the better part of my life involved with animals, I've pet sit for a number of families and have even worked on rehabilitating abandoned horses. I am very comfortable working with dogs that have disabilities as well as I have watched dogs that have diabetes, seizures, paralysis, and age related issues and despite the disabilities we still make the stay an enjoyable one. With me, dogs will get plenty of love, play time, and as many walks as they'd like! I currently hold a full time remote job so my flexibility is great for pet sitting! I can do morning, afternoon and/or evening walks, I can accept pet care in my home or travel. I have many options for accommodation. I currently have 2 dogs and 2 birds and am also caring for a friend's chicks at the moment. About: I Bred Cavalier King Charles Spaniels 25 years ago.. I gave up breeding due to a family emergency. I am also good with Rottweilers, Golden Retrievers. At the same time that I was caring for my Cavaliers I had two Rottweilers that we cared for and showed them as well. In the years that I was taken care of my Cavaliers my vet taught me so much about emergency .. such as the signs of simple diarrhea or a hemorrhagic diarrhea which needs to be treated at a hospital immediately. I have a soft caring touch around all dogs, I know how to sit and wait for the dog to warm up to me, and I take care of dogs, all dogs just like they were my own. Puppies and dogs have been my life. About: My parents never owned a dog, but I have always dreamed of owning one myself. Until that day comes, I love to help take care of others. I have taken care of dogs of all ages from a senior dog to a young puppy. Now that I’ve graduated and started my full-time career, I bring a high level of professional responsibility and structure to my pet care. Starting August 1st, my routine is built around my 9-hour workday, which makes me an ideal match for independent dogs or cats who are well-adjusted to a standard work-week schedule and comfortable napping while their humans are away. During the week, pet care fits into my day as a 'bookend' routine: I provide plenty of exercise, feeding, and mental stimulation before I head to the office, and I dedicate my entire evening to quality time, play, and companionship as soon as I return. This structure works perfectly for house sitting, as I can provide a consistent and reliable presence in your home. On the weekends, my schedule is completely open, which is when I offer dog walking and drop-in visits for those needing extra adventures or check-ins. Whether I am staying overnight during the week or visiting for a weekend walk, you can count on me for a calm, dependable routine and frequent photo updates! I have grown up in a household with 3+ cats. I am a quiet person who has a knack for making animals feel comfortable in my presence. I love when they keep me company as I work. About: I started taking care of dogs since I was 12. I have exp. walking dogs. Cleaning up after them, giving food/water, potty breaks. Cleaning cages. I'm not working right now. Trying to find something. Our house is quiet & laid back. I'm available during the day. Both my dogs are friendly & like to play. I have a 6ft privacy fence in yard. 2 spayed female dogs & 1 cat. They usually just hang out around the house. I let them out when needed & wander the yard.

About: I have been around animals my whole life and a little over a year ago I start dog sitting and cat sitting for my family members, my bosses, and my friends. When I am responsible of someones animals I treat them like my own. I go on a lot of walks so your animal will never get left just hanging around the house. I do usually like to meet with the owners and meet the pets before hand just so I can get to know everything about you and your animals so they can receive the best care while your’e away I am currently working part time at baileys bar and grill, I have been there for 4 years and I plan on staying there while im in college. I usually am busy between the times of 10-4 however I can always run over for your animals on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11-1. I have a break between classes. I am going to school at bucks county community college in newtown and bristol so if your close to those areas thats even better! My whole life my animals have been my best friends, when I get home they are the first to be greeted before anyone else. I always make sure they have water and fed in time, either way they will remind me if i’m a minute late lol. I am very easy to fit other animals schedules as i know every household is different.

About: I've worked with animals of all sizes since I was 12 years old. From volunteering on farms and ranches, to caring for small exotic animals and dogs of my own, I love animals of all sorts and enjoy just spending time with them whenever I can. I've spent the better part of my life involved with animals, I've pet sit for a number of families and have even worked on rehabilitating abandoned horses. I am very comfortable working with dogs that have disabilities as well as I have watched dogs that have diabetes, seizures, paralysis, and age related issues and despite the disabilities we still make the stay an enjoyable one. With me, dogs will get plenty of love, play time, and as many walks as they'd like! I currently hold a full time remote job so my flexibility is great for pet sitting! I can do morning, afternoon and/or evening walks, I can accept pet care in my home or travel. I have many options for accommodation. I reside in a safe private community townhome with plenty of walking paths and a fenced in yard. I do prefer to host at my home as it makes remote work easier due to my inability to transport my monitors but am open to house sitting upon request.
