About: I have been passionate about the care of animals ever since I was a child. I’ve owned 4 dogs of my own and would love the opportunity to care for your fur baby. About: I've had a plethora of animals over my 35 years of existence. Dog breeds include a Labrador, Border Collie, Beagle, German Shepard, and Chihuahua. Other species include six rats, one guinea pig, three rabbits, two corn snakes, and a bearded dragon. I do not have any children, and I'm living with my father. Potty breaks, food times, etc. We keep it fairly strict, but also know how to read our animals, and so the schedule is subject to slight changes. I can adapt, and learn new schedules for clients.

Usually I tend to walk my dog for a 1-2 hours a day. It is extremely important that my dog Nala gets exercise each day to make sure she stays happy and healthy. Sometimes I also take my cat on the walks as well (he loves spending time outside with his sister with his harness and leash on!). Weekends have much more flexibility with my schedule. It is extremely important to make sure that any animal feels comfortable in their environment. Giving them the opportunity to take bathroom breaks and keeping pets on their normal schedule is very important. Giving pets access to fresh drinking water, specific foods, and medications as needed is also crucial. Providing proper exercise and mental enrichment only helps to further improve an animal’s experience in their surroundings as well.

I can take them outside to play a lot too. I don't have a fenced yard so dogs would be leashed and will get long walks. I have two of my own who enjoy their life in our 60 acre farm with ample room to run a play. I am a full time horse trainer and live on the same farm. With being a business owner my hours are incredibly flexible giving me availability for walks during the day as well as check ins through out the day or at night as well. Working from home gives me the advantage for boarding dogs to me outside with me in the barns while I work, giving them constant stimulation.
