Within an HOUR or two of drop-off - we had an unexpected situation when one of our dogs became very stressed and sick due to the new environment. Marian kept me informed right away, was incredibly patient and compassionate and worked with me to come up with the best solution for my dogs. She even transported them to our home and transitioned our booking to drop in visits - which I so appreciated. About: I have had pets all my life! Cats and dogs! I currently have two labs. I am comfortable of taking care of dogs of any age or size. One of my dogs is currently on medication so I’m comfortable with giving dogs medication if needed! I work a full time job and have my two girls to take care of. I would be able to take care of your pets before and after work or on the weekends if I have availability! I will not be taking care of pets in my home at this time due to having two dogs of my own. About: I am in school to become a dog trainer. I’d love to have more experience working with dogs! I’ve been around dogs my whole life! I’d love to help care for your fur babies! I also work at Camp 4 Paws in Kunkletown PA and I’ve had experience working in other kennels prior! I am currently doing online school and working full time, my hours are 1-9pm every mon-fri. If I have enough notice I can take off if need be but I can also help before or after work and on weekends! If I have a list of what you want me to do, I will 100% follow it. I pay very close attention to detail and I will make sure your dog is well cared for! My dog is on a strict diet and I make sure to follow it no matter what. My fur baby has tons of toys and puzzles and lick mats, he has more stuff than I do!

About: I used to hate cats when I was a kid until I got my first cat, Sombra. She was found on the side of the road as a kitten by a friend and asked if my mother and I could take her in. I was hesitant at first, but decided to give her a chance. 9 years later, and I love her to death, despite her feisty attitude. Most recently,2 years ago, I found 2 more black kittens in an abandoned building, a brother and sister. We took them in with the intention of fostering them until they were old enough to adopt out, but unfortunately, since black cats aren't popular, no one wanted them. I decided to keep them for myself, and now Milan and Marcille are happily living together, with Sombra. (all of my cats are indoor cats)

About: Hi! I’m Julie. I grew up on a hobby farm surrounded by a menagerie of animals from a young age. Everything from chickens and goats to rabbits, cats, and dogs, and the occasional bit of wildlife, were welcome in my families home. As a high school student I became increasingly involved in agriculture and milked cows and cared for livestock. This turned into a love that led me to college in rural Maine where I earned a degree in Agriculture and Sustainability, all while working on a dairy farm each day. Currently, I homeschool my two children and am blessed with the ability to work from home. We live on a wooded property and have access to a small lake which is boarded by a wooded dirt road. Additionally, we have a small walking trail system directly on our property. We share our home with a Newfie doodle, Arlo, who is 1.5 years old, a Sulcuta tortoise, and a cat that lives under the bed. We have a large red deck with a fenced in space off of this for easy bathroom access and unleashed roaming space for your dog. I work from home and homeschool my children. Our days have built in flexibility and can be arranged to accommodate the needs of any pet staying with us. We enjoy time outdoors, and can often be found working remotely or “out schooling” from our backyard or a hiking trail. In our home, the pets are people too (and we will narrate their thoughts based on their expressions 🤪). Pets are allowed on the furniture and in all rooms. We have a large front porch for slow mornings and evenings that stretch well past sunset. We also have a large deck in the rear which has a fenced area off of it to allow plenty of space for unattended bathroom breaks or unleashed space to roam. My children are well versed in animal care and also understand giving space to a new animal, calm energy, etc. I will always setup a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Medications can be distributed, and special diets can be managed.

“I was overjoyed to hear that Emily was still available to sit my pups given the state of our world with the COVID-19 Pandemic! While working remotely has its advantages and disadvantages, one of which covers both: pets at home surrounding you when working, a blessing and a curse. Fortunately, by Emily's willingness to watch my dogs for a doggie day care and play date with her dogs gave me the needed relief from them and the necessary exercise for them. It worked out perfectly! I do have a lot of references just not on rover, they can be provided upon speaking/meeting! I am very accommodating and can stick to your pets schedule as close as possible to yours! I can work my schedule around whatever is needed for care. For example, pets needing strict medicine schedule. I do work during the day but am available with notice! I can provide drop in visits, pet taxi to groomers or vets, dog parks, etc. Cages would need to be provided especially for multiple pets while I am out of the home. Pets have full range of the home. We have gates for the stairs at top and bottom!

About: I have experience with dogs, cats and exotics especially parrots! I have experience with snakes, bearded dragons, rats , Guinea pigs and rats too I’ve watched various neighbors dogs for years and always focus on giving them a fun day since it’s really stressful when your a dog family leaves even for a few days. About: I had only dogs for many many years and absolutely love dogs! I then moved abroad for the past 12 years and due to living in a building which allowed no dogs I decided instead to invest in a kitten.. Here we are, years later and I've become rather cat crazy! We have 4, 3 of which we brought with us all the way from the UK to love with us here in Danville. I love how each cat carries their own personality, likes, dislikes and quirks and I have learned to be patient a great deal thanks to these little flurries of fur. I also once owned rabbits, chickens, peacocks, fish, a squirrel named "Giblet" and spent time around cows and pigs as well. Animals give us warmth and love, be it a cozy chihuahua or a frowning lizard and I love them all! I am new here in town and wish to establish myself as a carer and guardian of your pets when you need a hand. I genuinely will love and cherish them in the short time I might spend with them.. Their safety, happiness and calmness are important to me and I will give all my devotion to them while in my care or in your home. I hope to be here for you anytime you need.! We have just moved here from the UK in mid 2024. Our 4 cats are the biggest part of our lives and as I work from home I am so attached to them! That freedom can also allow me to care for your pet as well and love them as if they were my own while you are away! For now I have decided to offer myself up to visit your home when you wish to feed, walk and play with your pets as well as those necessary litter box details if you have cats.. I am honest and dependable with a deep love for animals and for being kind and gentle. I won't just feed them and leave.. Whether you have dogs, cats or any other animal, I will spend some time with them, make sure they feel safe and warm and be your eyes and ears during your absence. I would be thrilled to send you photos or video or even a live face to face call with your pets. I am a southern boy raised by strong southern women and I absolutely will respect your home, property and pets. In the near future I will also offer a boarding option as well after I've settled in here in Danville. I am willing to travel a but out of the area if you need as well. Other services I will consider providing are house sitting your home with or without pets. I am flexible and truly well meaning and respectful and hope to become your "Go-To" Guy!

Within an HOUR or two of drop-off - we had an unexpected situation when one of our dogs became very stressed and sick due to the new environment. Marian kept me informed right away, was incredibly patient and compassionate and worked with me to come up with the best solution for my dogs. She even transported them to our home and transitioned our booking to drop in visits - which I so appreciated. About: Since I was born, I’ve always had dogs! Over my life, I’ve had seven dogs of my own. I currently have 3 large dogs, one medium. Since I was ten, me and my family have been fostering dozens of dogs of all different kinds! Newborn puppies, seniors, and every puppy in between. I’ve dealt with aggressive dogs, skittish dogs, and nervous nellies. I love dogs no matter what! Since beginning to foster, I’ve had to train many dogs, both younger and older. I’m skilled in leash training, commands (sit/lay/come), and much more. As of right now, my schedule is completely open! I am happy to accommodate to early mornings, late nights, and everything in between to fit you and your puppy’s needs! I live in the woods, far from dangerous, busy roads. I have PLENTY of room for running, playing, and walking. I have multiple walking trails behind my house, as well as a pond that my puppies love to play in. I currently have two very friendly dogs at my house, who can be separated need be via a soft gate I have in my home. I have multiple crates available if your puppy needs it. My house is full of toys, treats, and dog beds. A dog’s paradise! If not in my home, I will be sure to abide by all house rules set by my client!
