About: In the midst of taking care of other dogs as a pet sitter I've always found myself with cats also being a brother/sister. About: I’ve grown up with animals and have ALWAYS had a special place in my heart for them. I have worked in boarding facilities for dogs and cats and currently have 2 overly spoiled dogs I try to take everywhere with me, and 1 cat who runs the household. I know how hard it is to leave them behind and always be sure they are in the best, most loving care possible. I have work from home capability to tend to your best friend 24/7! About: I have been watching animals as my full-time profession for over 12 years. However, I do have a very friendly shih-tzu in my home that allows me to watch dogs in my home as well. Half of my yard is fenced in, and the other 1/2 has two leads in case there are dogs that may need separated. I also will walk them daily for exercise. At the meet and greets, I go over a plan where we set the number of hours I can be gone for my walks and visits, and I work within the time frame requested. However, if your pets need let out, fed, etc any where under six hours, I will need to adjust my pricing. I have to honor my regular customers as well. I have worked with all sizes of dog, administer medications, insulin injections, seizure experience, and am known to be very strong, and able to handle the larger breeds. I gave more time to spend with your animals. I have a large yard with 4 leads. Also half of my yard is fenced in. They are never left outside unattended. Will provide daily walks as well if needed. Someone is always home with your dogs but could be crated if needed. At your home if I watch your animals, I am very trustworthy and follow directions to a tee. I respect your home and leave it the same as when I got there.

About: I recently relocated from Johnstown to McKeesport and am looking forward to meeting all the new pups in the area! I have been dog sitting for the past few years now and absolutely love it! My family has always had dogs since I can remember. I got my first dog, Ruby, named after the children’s show Max and Ruby, when I was 4 years old. I have loved caring for dogs ever since. Ruby is even still kicking at 18 years old! I now have a second dog, a 2 year old Husky who loves to play. I’ve trained many dogs, older and puppies since I can remember. I also have a lot of experience with elderly dogs, Ruby being a prime example. We go on walks often and I have basic dog training experience. I work part-time fully from home. I make my own schedule for work so I am completely flexible. I prioritize consistency and a calm, gentle presence, especially for anxious or timid pets. I’m mindful of my tone, volume, and movements, and I keep routines as normal as possible. With repeat visits, I use the same soft greeting so they begin to recognize and feel safe with me. I never force interaction and always allow pets to approach on their own terms, building trust at their pace.
About: I’ve cared for dogs all my life, and I have lots of experience with big breeds as I’ve owned three Newfoundlands and a Leonberger. I also have some experience with elderly dogs. I have assisted in training all the dogs I’ve owned, and most importantly, I love all animals! I’m a college student home for the summer, so I’ve gotten plenty of time to spend time with your doggy. I’m less available early in the day (6–9AM), but from 9AM onward I’m at the disposal of your puppy. :) I’m quite good with crate training, as well as dogs that are a bit more stubborn. I am comfortable staying with them as long or as short as needed. I also have a lot of experience walking dogs that require prong collars or harnesses.

My younger dog has anxiety and is nervous around men but he really bonded with them and seemed so relaxed!! They were happy when we arrived to pick them up but still went to get pets from them while chatting. She sent pictures every day and I could tell they really enjoyed their backyard every day which is their favorite place to be at home!! “This was our first time leaving Bear with Tyler and he was amazing! We have always left our dogs in kennels when we left for vacation, but wanted to try using a dog sitter because Bear always came home exhausted and a little stressed. Luckily, we found Tyler!
