I was especially worried about our dogs as we've taken them with us whenever we've gone on a trip and they wouldn't be able to go with us this time. I found Marleny and Luis as a first time Rover user and was relieved that they were able to care for our two dogs while away. We had a meet and greet, and a few day visits leading up to the trip and all went well. The dogs were with them for 8 days and my heart was at peace knowing they were being cared for in their home. Tucker has skin allergies, so I’m experienced with special care routines, and Roman has focal seizures and requires medication every 12 hours, which has made me very comfortable administering meds and staying attentive to health changes. I grew up with a Miniature Schnauzer, Snuggles (14 wonderful years), and our cat, Cuddles (18 years), so caring for animals has truly been a lifelong part of who I am. About: My family has owned a pet sitting business in Stroudsburg, called IOU Pet Care, for 15+ years. The first job I ever had was going to people’s homes and walking their pups for an hour, checking food and water bowls as well as litter boxes, or even staying the night there.
