My dog is quite skidish about new dogs, new environments and new people. This was no challenge for Cheryl. She was able to ease my dogs insecurities right away and allowed her 2 dogs time to meet our little girl on her terms and very cautiously. Cheryl was flexible with my drop off and pick up times and communicated with me throughout the entire stay with updates and photos. She also provided my dog with medications for her skin and gave us great feedback on how I may be able to better care for her allergies. Cheryl is a very responsible dog owner and it certainly carries into her ability to care for my dog as well. My dog was happy and stress free while in Cheryl's care and I will definitely be using her again! I work full time as an occupational therapist. I am available most weekends for sitting in my home. About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and have had experience owning other pets such as geckos, cats, and snakes. I’ve been a pet sitter for a little over two years. My true passion for pet sitting comes from my desire to be accompanied by them, dogs specifically. I work with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and personalities. About: i have been working at a doggy daycare (good dogs) for more then a year now we have been voted the best in the state multiple years in a row. i learn around 30 dogs a day. i have became super close with every single one of them & i wouldn’t change it for the world. i work part-time 6am to 1pm i am available mon-thurs after that time, sometimes weekends if available you will see it on my profile ! About: Hi, I'm Suzie and I'll turn 62 this month... That is almost how long that I've been a pet owner from dogs, cats, horses, ponies, chickens cows, peacocks.. I'm also a Registered Nurse who worked critical care for 11 years and have been an RN for 35 years. I'm very comfortable with injections, and giving meds, assessing the animal and knowing when to call a vet. I have a Newfoundland here and a newfie/great dane cross, 3 house cats, and then the rest of the animals outside. The dog yard has a pet door that leads into a small area in my kitchen that is currently fenced off so no one gets free run of the house unless supervised. They can come and go back and forth as much as they want to. My back yard is lined with 4 board fencing that also has American wire in the inside to keep little ones in. I'm currently working flex at the hospital so I'm actually home almost all the time. I have a roommate that helps with the farm and the dogs when I'm not here. I'm a home body so I'm home here almost all the time. I have a 4 board fenced in yard that is also lined on the inside with American wire for my yard and have chains on the gates leading into and out of the yard. My fence is 5 ft high. There is a pet door leading into the kitchen which has a small fenced in area inside the kitchen so that the dogs can be contained just in case they are wet. I allow them into the house once they are dry.

About: I love pets mostly dogs but willing to care for cats as well they are lovable n needs love just as much we do I love them I can care for your pets pretty much when ever just need enough notice in order to accommodate your pet but I will make arrangements to do ao AT the moment I can only care for pets in your home as I moved here n currently staying with my sister I will update when I'm able to care in my home
About: My life's work has been devoted to the care and rescue of many animals, spanning over 29 years. My dedication to animals is rivaled only by my passion for ensuring their safety and well-being worldwide. As an experienced dog and horse trainer, I am equipped to provide exceptional care and guidance for these animals. As a stay-at-home mom, I currently have a lot of free time and spend most of my days caring for my pets and connecting with nature. I trust pets and believe in giving them the freedom to roam on my property, but I also understand the need for safety measures such as crates and leashes for the well-being of both pets and people.
About: I've lived with pets all my life and while I’ve only had one human roommate in the last 30 years, I've always had a least one cat up until 2018. I LOVE cats (esp kittens), and am quite comfortable around dogs as well (I love them too, just not in all capitals, LOL). When I first started pet sitting, I thought I preferred cats to dogs, but the past few years have enabled me to expand in my love of, and comfort with dogs (but please don't tell the cats that)! I also used to 'lease' a horse in my youth and have experience with birds, hamsters, fish, and guinea pigs. I DON'T like snakes or insects (sorry!) In the last 12 years I’ve volunteered with several rescues as a cat/kitten foster and I'm known to be particularly good with feral kittens and cats. I'm really good with walking (dogs mostly), dispensing medications, and loving attention, but I'm not a pushover when it comes to treats from the table (that's a no-no) staying on leash when required, and letting them know I mean business when necessary. I don't believe in EVER striking or punishing animals and seem to fall in love with them all. I’ve been a house and pet sitter on the site “Trusted Housesitters” since 2018 and have over 21 positive reviews there. I’m recently retired (yet surprisingly busy). I don’t do a lot of night driving, but am otherwise generally available. I’m a stickler about being on time, and keeping dates I commit to. My preference is for cats to remain indoors at all times at my house, and dogs always on a lead when outside. I have a variety of crate sizes here, and am totally comfortable with your fur kids riding in my car, lounging on my furniture, and/or sleeping in my bed. I have all wood floors, plenty of cat litter pans and bowls for food and water. My yard is not fenced but I have easy access to neighborhood parks.

My dog is quite skidish about new dogs, new environments and new people. This was no challenge for Cheryl. She was able to ease my dogs insecurities right away and allowed her 2 dogs time to meet our little girl on her terms and very cautiously. Cheryl was flexible with my drop off and pick up times and communicated with me throughout the entire stay with updates and photos. She also provided my dog with medications for her skin and gave us great feedback on how I may be able to better care for her allergies. Cheryl is a very responsible dog owner and it certainly carries into her ability to care for my dog as well. My dog was happy and stress free while in Cheryl's care and I will definitely be using her again! About: I have had dogs of all sizes my whole life. I have raised and trained two service dogs. We now have a rescue and have gained experience with skittish, anxious dogs. I work full time as an occupational therapist. I am available most weekends for sitting in my home. I also occasionally work weekends and then have days off during the week, so I would be available for limited daytime sitting. I have two friendly labs that are well socialized and love play dates! I would treat your dog as my own. I will follow all instructions to ensure I am meeting your dogs needs.

About: Dog Mom of 5 spoiled dogs and 4 pampered cats! I've had animals all of my life and will treat yours as I do my own! I work full time, but I can do early morning check ins (before 7:30), lunch break (11:30), or when I am off of work (4 P.M. and after). :) My job offers me flexibility, so I will absolutely try and accommodate other times if need be. I have a large fenced in yard and a swimming pool that is loved by 2 of our golden retrievers. I love taking my cattle dog on hikes and all of our dogs get played with daily outside. Its their home, I just live in it. :) I do have a large crate if your dog is still in training, or just feels safer being in one.

We have 300 acres to go for walks or chase balls! My husband and 9 cats live in the main house. Our cats don’t mind other animals but I can keep your pet away from the cats if you prefer. As a 15 year high school teacher, I am very trustworthy, authentic, and kind. I admit to being a bit of a “crazy animal person” as I try to pet every animal I see! I can be trusted with your animal for an extended time or just an afternoon walk! I can also board hamsters or horses.
