About: In the past I have volunteered a Forever Paws Animal Shelter as a cat room specialist. My job was to complete health checks, socialize, feed, groom, and clean the cats, as well as maintain the cleanliness of the rooms they dwelled in. I actually met my cat there! We created such a strong bond that I had to take him home and we have been inseparable since! I have also volunteered in a cat veterinarian clinic in the past, administering oral medications and helping handle.

About: Large Animal Science graduate, have completed the vet tech, dog grooming, and agility courses at BCAHS. Experience with diverse/exotic animal caretaking rolls, canine cpr certified, lots of experience with difficult dog breeds. My schedule with work is very flexible. Usually I tend to walk my dog for a 1-2 hours a day. It is extremely important that my dog Nala gets exercise each day to make sure she stays happy and healthy. Sometimes I also take my cat on the walks as well (he loves spending time outside with his sister with his harness and leash on!). Weekends have much more flexibility with my schedule. It is extremely important to make sure that any animal feels comfortable in their environment. Giving them the opportunity to take bathroom breaks and keeping pets on their normal schedule is very important. Giving pets access to fresh drinking water, specific foods, and medications as needed is also crucial. Providing proper exercise and mental enrichment only helps to further improve an animal’s experience in their surroundings as well.

I love taking walks and we go to parks and walks all the time so the dogs would get plenty of exercise. They will be well taken care of and loved. I can take them outside to play a lot too. I don't have a fenced yard so dogs would be leashed and will get long walks. Together, we have two dogs, (one his, and the other mine), a garage cat (his), and a bearded dragon (mine). His dog is a German Shepard named Wren, and mine is a Chihuahua named Milo. Additionally, I quit the job I've had for years, so I have a fairly flexible schedule. All of our animals have schedules for everything. Potty breaks, food times, etc. We keep it fairly strict, but also know how to read our animals, and so the schedule is subject to slight changes. I can adapt, and learn new schedules for clients.
About: I am animal CPR certified. I have my own dogs! I love walking and playing fetch as well as just chilling. Im experienced with young and old dogs. I am a first year college student, i prefer to sleepover at houses so i have enough time to get to classes and to take care of pets. I work a part time job as well so i will always do my best to work around that! I am always careful with your pets friendliness with any other animals or any triggers. My schedule is hybrid, which means I WFH 3 days a week and I’m in the office 2 days. I usually can move my schedule around to make visits.
