About: Caring for cats has always come naturally to me. I understand their rhythms, respect their space, and love getting to know each one’s unique personality. When I was a kid, I would always take care of our next-door neighbors' cat whenever they went away. I loved every second of it, and I wished for a cat of my own, but allergies in our home made that impossible. Fast forward 30 years, and I've convinced my family to let me bring home a hypoallergenic cat. He’s been part of our household for about 7 months now, and I am his primary caretaker. I handle everything from feeding and litter box cleaning to playtime and cuddles. He’s brought so much joy into our lives, and it feels like a full-circle moment from those early days as the neighborhood cat sitter.
About: I’ve always had multiple pets my whole life from a young age, learned responsibilities by feeding, grooming, walking, entertaining, training and medically providing for all my pets and any animal in my care. About: I have loved animals ever since I had my first pet at the age of 2. I've lived with dogs my entire life and cared for them while I lived in Baltimore (for the past four years). I truly believe that dogs are just another member of the family and treat each and every one as if it were my own. With me, they will be just as loved and cared that that they would be as if they were with you. I am available anytime before 9 am and after 4 pm during the week. “Jim provided excellent care for my pup. I really appreciated his availability when my previous boarding arrangements fell through at the last minute. My pup is a finicky eater and Jim kept me up to date on her feeding habits and asked permission to add tempting meat to her food to entice her. She loves to run at full speed, so his fenced property was ideal. Jim also communicated with me as well as provided plenty of photos during her stay and a video of her socializing at playtime. “Kathleen watched my dog again for a 3-night stay, and just like last time, she was incredibly patient and attentive. My dog was very nervous and had a few accidents, along with some vomiting, but she handled everything with so much care and compassion. She stayed in constant communication with me—sending updates, letting me know what was happening, and explaining step-by-step what she was doing to help him feel comfortable and calm. Knowing she was on top of everything allowed me to enjoy my vacation without worrying. Kathleen truly goes above and beyond, especially with dogs who are anxious or sensitive.
