Our free-ranging chickens also add an extra bit of entertainment and curiosity for visiting dogs. We have a spacious 8-acre property with long, groomed walking paths where dogs can explore and enjoy the outdoors, typically leashed for safety. Our back property is exceptionally private, featuring wide, flat open fields with no immediate neighbors and located well away from the road, providing a peaceful and secure environment. We also have a fenced play area where dogs can safely enjoy off-leash play and exercise. Inside, dogs are treated as part of the family and are welcome throughout our roomy and comfortable home. At night, they can relax and sleep in cozy dog beds located in quiet spare rooms, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home during their stay.

My goal is to ensure your dog is not only well cared for but truly happy during their stay. I work from home, which means I have plenty of time to spend playing with and caring for your dogs. Since I have dogs and other animals of my own, I rarely travel, so I’m available most of the time to look after your furry family members. We live on open land with no neighbors nearby, so if your dog loves to bark or roam, they’re free to enjoy themselves without worry. I usually keep dogs indoors for comfort and safety, but I also have a giant crate available if you’d like your dog to be crated.

About: I've been taking care of pets since before I remember. Growing up I cared of neighbors', family members' and friends' pets on a multitude of occasions to go on long walks, feed, bathe, and give attention to whilst they are away. About: Greetings! My name is Theresa Stratton and I own a small pet sitting business in DeBruce (Livingston Manor). My pet sitting business is my full-time career so rest assure your pup will have my full attention. We have a large, private and clean fenced in backyard where your pup will be able to roam and sniff till their hearts content, with potty breaks every hour or two! IMPORTANT: Pups may be dropped off as early as 8 AM and they must be picked up by 7 PM. We are happy to board an extra /night day if needed to accommodate these business hours. Thank you for your understanding. Pet sitting is my full-time business, so your pup will have my full attention. Potty breaks will be offered every 2 hours or as desired by pup. Pups enjoy full access to our home, including a cozy living room couch and at least six potty breaks throughout the day. We have a large private 6 foot tall fenced in backyard!
