“Derya is easy-going and Our dog Albus loved him. Derya went above and beyond to make our dog feel comfortable. Albus lived the hikes at Spring Creek Park! I loved working with Derya because he was always reliable and easy to touch base with. Thanks Derya!”

“I think I found our go-to dog sitter! My lab Winnie was in great hands with Ryan while I was traveling for work. I received frequent photo updates and could tell my pup really made herself at home. I love how Ryan has kids, lives near a park and works from home - a great combo for peace of mind. Ryan is the first person I'll 'call' next time I need dog care. :)”
“Gage always enjoys his stays with Pam & Mike! He loves hanging out with the other dogs and he comes home very tired. We can tell he is well cared for while we are away.”

“Haley took amazing care of Toby and kept me updated with pictures of their adventures which definitely helped me since I missed him so much. I will absolutely book again next time I need a dog sitter”

“Lola had a blast during her little vacation while we were out of town! We immediately felt comfortable leaving our pup with Jodi and she sent us pictures, videos, and other updates throughout Lola’s stay. We would definitely send Lola to her new friends’ house the next time we vacation!”

“Angela and Ken are phenomenal dog sitters. This is the second time we used them and we wouldn't use anyone else. They're kind and warm people. They have a gorgeous fenced in back yard for the dogs to run and play in. They truly provided quality care to both of our dogs. Thank you Angela and Ken! :)”

“Bex is amazing. We are recurring customer and Jessie had such a great time with her for two nights of stay. Just the fact that Jessie ran towards her without looking back when I dropped her off says everything.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Crystal while she looked after my 9-month-old Snowshoe cat, Mavis, during my spring break. Right from the meet and greet, she knew her stuff. She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. Plus, she ensured Mavis got plenty of playtime – she understood Mavis's playful side. I was impressed by how Crystal helped Mavis and Sushi become friends. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication. She kept in touch throughout my trip, sending updates and adorable pictures of Mavis. It was so reassuring to see Mavis happy and well taken care of while I was away. In short, Crystal is fantastic at what she does. She's caring, professional, and loves animals. I'll definitely be calling on her again next time I need a cat sitter.”

“Our lab loved Kevin & we will definitely book with him again. Our dog is an energetic rescue & doesn't like to be alone. Kevin was able to accommodate & was very attentive; he played with him outside in his yard, took him to the dog park & took him along in the car. Plus all the items I took were returned clean & organized!”

“Victoria is a really caring and reliable sitter. She’s great with small dogs and very knowledgeable about their needs, so she gave us peace of mind during our vacation. She has a beautiful property with trails and trees and our dogs really enjoyed it. I highly recommend Victoria, it was our second booking with her and we are very satisfied with her pet sitting services.”
“Vasumathy is such a loving and knowledgeable dog sitter. She took care of our golden doodle for the weekend and she was absolutely fabulous about all the aspects of dogcare. She also gave us great insights about dogfood and some great tips. When I met gattu on Sunday afternoon for pick ups, he was calm and content which showed that he was safe and was in good hands. We will definitely use Vasumathy again for our future vacations!”

“Kerrie did a wonderful job watching our dog Willow. She took the booking last minute, gave us periodic updates, as well as pictures, and made us feel very informed and assured that Willow was being taken care of. Our dog came home happy and adjusted back right away! We would book Kerrie again without a doubt!”

“Carrie is an excellent communicator and very thoughtful. We got daily pics of our girls that made us laugh and feel happy for them that they were at camp Carrie. She clearly loves animals and takes great care of them.”

About: I have always had a cat since I can remember! I have a soft spot for the orange ginger cats but love them all as well! Right now we have a Lewis who is 13 and Zoey who is 12. They fit right in with our lovable crew!
About: I have been taking care of my families dogs for as long as I can remember and I also have my own dog and I love spending time with animals and getting to be a part of their happiness! I am currently working full time as a caregiver, however, I have Saturday evenings off and I have all day on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays off so I will have plenty of time to play with your animals! I have my own pup who loves to play with other dogs and i have lots of toys, I also have a crate available if your pup would need to be crated for any reason.

“Natalie was fantastic and a great caretaker of our cat. She did the basics of food, water & snacks but also spent time with Rosie holding her and petting her. I think it really helped Rosie that Natalie came twice a day to be with her. She sent us pictures regularly and we knew Rosie was doing well. We highly recommend Natalie and we’ll be contacting her again when we go away.”

About: I've been house sitting for friends and family since I was 12. It allowed me to supplement my income and work with the animals that I have loved since a young age. I was a vet tech in high school and during the first few summers in college, gaining small animal medicine and husbandry experience. In addition, I worked at a two different doggy day cares throughout my graduate and undergrad degrees, gaining a lot more experience with dogs and a little bit of dog training. Both of these degrees are also in animal science. I love pets of all kinds and have looked after everything from horses to dogs and cats, to birds. I am new to the area as a recent Penn State hire and don’t have established contacts for dog sitting like I did in the areas that I lived for my degrees. I work full-time but have a fair amount of flexibility to work remotely up to 3 or 4 days a week. If you have a stable wifi connection I will be more available to spend time with your pups although there may still be some days I need to be gone for work for up to 8 hours. I am willing to stay with your pets overnight if that is your preference. I will not be boarding dogs as my landlord does not allow pets. I am respectful of your home and space and treat your pets as I would my own!

About: I have two cats of my own. I’ve had them my whole life. The one is about to be 16 soon and he needs to wear a diaper whenever he’s roaming the house. Both of our cats were saved from the streets from a young age and we cared for them and still have them. I also go to college for animal studies and have kennel duties that require me to clean the cat room where theres like 10 cats in a night room. So, I know how to care for many cats at one time and for cats that need special treatment as well.
About: Hi! I’m a pet sitter with a soft spot for all creatures—furry, scaly, or spidery. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, geckos, bearded dragons, fish, guinea pigs, bunnies, chickens, and tarantulas, and I know how to handle both the basics and the more unique needs. Tattoos and piercings aside, I’m reliable, responsible, and genuinely love animals. I’m here to make sure your pets feel safe, seen, and well cared for while you’re away—whether that means a walk, tank check, or just some love and attention. I’m a local college student home for summer break so I am flexible and free to meet your needs, from long-term to daily check-ins to hours of play! I am very specific with my interaction with your pets— any instructions, no matter how weird or detailed, I will follow to ensure great care for your pet.
“Abby was fantastic! I had not used Rover before so I was a little nervous. From beginning to end Abby was extremely professional and great with Ella! I loved getting the texts when she got to the house and left, the pictures made our day! I highly recommend Abby!”

About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and have had experience owning other pets such as geckos, cats, and snakes. I’ve been a pet sitter for a little over two years. My true passion for pet sitting comes from my desire to be accompanied by them, dogs specifically. I work with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and personalities. Dogs of all backgrounds tend to gravitate towards me and I have never had any negative interactions. While studying for my undergrad, I was actually in charge of all the live animal specimens present on the University grounds. Feeding, exercise, and handling/care were done daily, which can explain my comfortability and familiarity with pet care. I currently am home as I finish my masters degree online so my daily schedule is fairly free. I workout and do part-time contract work when I am not doing schoolwork. I’m extremely flexible and will be willing to meet your needs as best as possible. Simply put, I treat the pets like they are my own. I ensure they are met with sufficient attention, exercise, nutrition, and safety while under my supervision. Minimizing stress is my biggest concern (my dog has separation anxiety so I know how it can be). I’ve found it helpful in the past to use my own dog as a bridge between myself and the client’s pet, as his presence tends to build confidence and reassurance.
About: Hi, my name is Brenda! I have had pets my entire life, and I currently own a Shichon, Golden Doodle and a Shitzu. I have started caring for others in addition to my own! I would love to care for your furry friend! I am very responsible and reliable pet sitter, and will take great care of your pet! I am currently working full-time. After June 5th I will be available during the summer for days and weekends until I go back to work at the school. At that time I will be available evenings and weekends. I will do drop in visit and dog walking as well as taking time to play with your pets. I will always communicate with the owner, whether that be sending them photos of their pets, or just by simply updating them on how things are going via text, or phone call!

About: IMPORTANT- I am flexible. 😊 I will do my best to accommodate reasonable requests. We will discuss details when I come to meet your pet(s). I’ve had considerable experience with cats and other pets — over 50 years of being around them — and I now share my home with three cats. I’m now starting to offer pet care as a way to earn money, and I’ll come to your place for drop-in visits, overnight stays, and house sitting (so far I’ve done house sitting for friends). I’m a calm, patient person, and cats really respond to that energy. When I arrive, I make enough noise so your cat isn’t startled, then I spend a minute talking with them and reading how they’re feeling before feeding, litter breaks, or play — whatever they need at that moment. I’m comfortable giving shy cats the time they need to warm up. I don’t have much experience with special needs care, but I’m happy to handle meds or anxiety with a steady, reassuring approach. If a cat’s nervous, I’ll speak softly and let them come to me. My schedule is flexible and I can work around your dates, including weekends and holidays. People often tell me they appreciate my calm, thoughtful approach — it helps my cats feel safe and at ease. I’d love to meet your cat!
About: I work as a veterinary technician and am looking for a side job. Working with animals is my true passion and if you keep your pet with me, they are guaranteed to be in safe hands. I work full-time on weekdays. i’m usually available every weekend. You are more than welcome to message me to see my availability for certain days. I have lots of land for pets to roam around in, i will also make sure your pet is comfortable. i also have veterinary experience so if anything were to happen, your pet would be in good hands.

“Haley was awesome. Needed a dog sitter while I was in town for my sister's graduation ceremony. Haley was very communicative and flexible, very close to campus too which made the logistics of the whole thing a breeze. Pups seemed to have had a lot of fun with their visit!”

“They were absolutely amazing to communicate with. Our little Meeka would come home so tired from playing with them. They were able to help us very last minute and we couldn’t thank them enough. I was very weary about dropping my little girl off with strangers but after talking with them the night before all my worries went away. I cant tell you how amazing these two and their family are”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15. I have grown up around dogs, cats, horses, and other farm animals. I have my degree in Veterinary Technician. I have a little bit of dog training experience. I have trained hunting dogs along side of my husband. I promise to care and love your little one as if they were my own. I will always be there with them. I will make sure they are safe. I am free Friday nights, Saturday and Sundays. I do work Monday - Friday. I have a very flexible work schedule. I do work for family. I can do drop offs Monday mornings on my way to work. I can do pick up Fridays when I’m off. I work from home and I live on 10 acres of lovely mountain property. I do not have a fenced yard. I do have 2 outdoor 12X10 kennels set up. I would never let a dog go out potty without me on a leash. I spend about 30 minutes outside with my own dogs every 1.5 hours. I am outside most of the day unless it’s extremely hot or cold. I am with the animals 24/7. If your dogs likes to be outside I can put them in the kennels for extra outside time. If they like to be inside I can leave them inside while I take other dogs pee. I have a Furbo camera installed so I can view them at all times. Must be good with cats.
“This was the first time using Josie as a sitter. I was nervous about leaving Charli with someone that I had never met before. However, after reading her other reviews my worries lessened. Josie kept me posted throughout the day with notes and pictures which also lessened the anxiety. I hope to be using Josie as a sitter again in the near future.”

About: I’m a reliable and caring pet sitter with hands-on experience looking after a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and small pets. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, administering basic medications, walking, playtime, and providing plenty of attention to keep pets happy and stress-free while their owners are away. I understand that every pet has unique needs and personalities, so I take the time to follow instructions carefully and build trust with both pets and owners. My goal is to ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for at all times. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine since I work remotely from home and have a flexible schedule. Being home throughout the day allows me to provide consistent attention, regular potty breaks, feeding, and companionship without long gaps in supervision. I’m able to easily adjust my work hours to accommodate walks, playtime, and any specific care needs, including medications or special routines. On a weekly basis, my flexibility also allows me to take on longer visits, overnight stays, or last-minute bookings, ensuring pets receive reliable and attentive care whenever needed. I prioritize following each pet’s routine and any specific instructions to ensure their well-being and reduce stress. I take time to build trust with pets through patience, gentle handling, and consistent care, helping them feel secure while their owners are away. I also maintain a clean, safe environment by monitoring surroundings, preventing potential hazards, and ensuring pets are always supervised appropriately. My goal is to create a calm, reliable space where pets feel at ease and owners can feel confident their animals are in good hands.

About: With 20 years of dog sitting experience, I have a lifelong passion for caring for dogs of all ages. I started dog sitting when I was 14 and have since provided overnight and drop-in services. Having grown up with dogs, I've helped train four puppies and nannied for a family with a senior dog for four years. My experience includes administering medication and catering to the unique needs of both puppies and senior dogs and everything in between. I am dedicated to offering reliable, compassionate, and professional care for your furry friends. I work remotely part-time, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility each day to provide dedicated care, attention, and companionship for your furry friend. When caring for pets, I prioritize safety and well-being. Dogs are always taken out on a leash to ensure their safety. I assume all dogs are not friendly unless told otherwise, ensuring a cautious and respectful approach to each new dog. I am knowledgeable about foods that are toxic to dogs and take great care to prevent them from consuming anything harmful. I believe strongly in positive reinforcement, rewarding good behavior rather than punishing the bad, to foster a trusting and happy relationship with the dogs I care for.
“My dog, Mr. Cow Cow had a wonderful day with Sarah! She immediately made him feel right at home. he had fun playing with Sarah‘s dog and Sarah sent me updates and pictures along the way.I was worried he might not want to leave when I came back to pick him up! 🤣😂”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs - a Dalmatian pupy, a Doberman from puppy to adulthood, various labs, and now, a yorkie. I love taking them on long walks and enjoying the weather. I saw my soul pet through dementia and early stage heart failure and now have an active puppy- I’m used to all levels of activity for dogs and administering medications. I’m not afraid of cleaning up messes and am happy to take time to meet your dog’s unique needs. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I can fit your pup’s needs into my day. I have a puppy of my own so i understand the importance of routine and adhering to a schedule. I love walks and am not afraid of a little weather - there’s no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing for it. Rain, snow, or heat won’t bother me! In your home or mine, I can address whatever needs you have for your pups. I do not have a fenced yard, but I have a tether and use that or a leash. Dogs are not allowed outside without a leash or tether at my house. I’m most comfortable with dogs being leashed until I know their recall abilities with me. The health and safety of your pet is of the utmost importance to me!
“Heinz had SO much fun with Angela and her family! Angela was great to watch him last minute and we were so happy that she did! He is still all puppy, with lots of playful energy, and he was exhausted after a fun day with Angela! So much so he fell asleep on the way home. We will definitely be reaching out to her again for doggie sitting needs!”

“I had a last minute booking with Brooke. She was so kind and flexible with our arrangement as I was traveling from out of town. Great communication. My pup was well cared for and happy. Highly recommend. If I pass this way again I would do another booking with her.”

“Stacy was recommended to us for in-home dog boarding, and we are so happy we connected with her! Banjo stayed at Stacy's for 6 days and was in heaven. He had a great time playing in the fenced yard with other dogs, and was clearly pampered while we were away. Stacy is *fantastic* with communication and responded to us promptly and shared updates with us during his stay. Banjo is already eager for us to leave town again so he can stay with Stacy, and we will certainly be repeat clients! Thank you for taking good care of our guy!”

“I really can't give a complete review because the Kayla's home is on a military base. The family met me off base. They were very nice and when I picked up my dog, she was happy and seemed fine. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kayla again.”
