“Amanda was extremely helpful, attentive, and reliable when we needed to board our doggie, Gastón. She was flexible in us bringing homemade food for the 4 days Gastón would be staying with her and she gave me all of his things back in pristine condition. On the evening of our pickup, our flight was delayed by close to 1 hour, which pushed back our pickup time. She was extremely understanding when we communicated this with her. We offered to pick him up the next morning, but she shared that she is fine with us picking him up late that evening, which we definitely really appreciated! Also, Gastón gets dirty faster than other breeds, but Amanda kept him clean and he came back to us in the same condition we brought him at the start of boarding. Last but not least, Amanda shared updates with us for all 4 days, sending us photos of our lovebug and letting us know how he was doing that day. It relieved a lot of anxiety for us while we were away. We are extremely grateful for all the careful attention Amanda paid to our pup and will definitely be leaving Gastón with her again!”

About: Although I have had cats throughout my life, I always considered myself more of a dog person. Over time, however, my experiences have led me to appreciate both cats and dogs equally. I currently own four cats, including a former stray mother cat named Jasmine, who gave birth to her kittens in my apartment. The second floor of the house is separated by a door at the top of the stairs to allow separation between feline and canine friends if needed. Daily photos and FaceTime are available. We have multiple-sized dog crates if crating is requested. Although we may be new faces to your four legged companions, we will try to keep consistency in the rules you have at your home. If they are allowed on your couch, then they will be here. Feeding schedule will be dictated by how they ate at home. Walks will be frequent and there is a huge box of dog toys and cat toys to keep them entertained.

If your animals are staying in our home, they’ll have access to a spacious yard where dogs can play and run freely. We also have a small dog and a cat who are well-socialized and have done well with other animals during previous stays. About: I I worked with animals at Wyomissing animal Hospital as a kennel tech where I will take care of them after surgery before surgery while they’re ill on boarding, I would walk them feed them medicate them if needed. I also worked at leesport pet resort where I would walk animals I have experience with cats, dogs, large, and small breed I do take care of my grandchildren in the morning, so pet care fits into my schedule as I am very flexible. I worked at why missing animal Hospital in the kennel as a kennel technician I used to take care of the animals and their surgery and gave medication as needed. Also walked at dogs took care of the cats before and after surgery as well. I will be walking dogs at my home. I live on a farm so they will be kept on leash and all times when the outside and being walked in exercise daily not just for a potty break. My own home does not allow animals but I am happy to offer any other services for your animals! I have experience in all kinds of situations through my pet care manager job of several years.
About: My whole live I have always had animals and/or was surrounded by them. I have taken care of families pets and homes since I was around 10 and have had my own pet care experience since I was around 6. Pets are family. And with me, they will be treated as such! This summer my availability is open and flexible due to only working part time. I have a lot of weekends open and even more weekdays. During my time with your pets, I will focus on keeping them active and using enrichment techniques when needed. If you have pets with a bit more anxiety, we can also relax at home.

About: I am a certified vet assistant and have cared for 10+ animals in adult lifetime including friends and family. I’ve cared for a dog with severe epilepsy, and a dog with bone cancer. I also care for two senior dogs now along with training a new puppy. I walk my young lab puppy everyday for at least a mile and also play ball in the yard. Also my two senior dogs get very short walks to keep them active. I am a stay at home mom and have a very flexible schedule to walk dogs and care for them. I’m experienced in giving medicine and know how important sticking to a schedule is.

I volunteer at an alpaca farm for fun, and I have dog kennel and veterinary receptionist experience. I pet sit for family members who have both dogs and cats. My afternoons, evenings and weekends are flexible, especially over the summer. I walk my own dog twice a day. My dog is rather anti-social, so I prefer not to bring pets to my home. I can offer home visits, 2-3 visits per day, depending on your pet's needs. As I mentioned earlier, I love walking dogs and am happy to offer that service to you!
About: I have been caring for animals of all kinds since I was a child, but professionally for almost 8 years now! I have experience with all sorts of animals, most commonly dogs though! I have extensive experience with senior pets, puppies, and disabled pets. I am always available and dedicate my time to making the experience great for your pet while you're away. I currently work from home and make my own hours, so my availability is completely open! I can work around whatever hours you need and I am available for long periods of time as well. My home is very animal friendly! I do have crates available for pets that need to be crated, however since I am home almost all of the time- it's rarely necessary! I do not have a fenced in yard, but I have a very big plot of land in the back that we can walk around and play on!

“Amanda was extremely helpful, attentive, and reliable when we needed to board our doggie, Gastón. She was flexible in us bringing homemade food for the 4 days Gastón would be staying with her and she gave me all of his things back in pristine condition. On the evening of our pickup, our flight was delayed by close to 1 hour, which pushed back our pickup time. She was extremely understanding when we communicated this with her. We offered to pick him up the next morning, but she shared that she is fine with us picking him up late that evening, which we definitely really appreciated! Also, Gastón gets dirty faster than other breeds, but Amanda kept him clean and he came back to us in the same condition we brought him at the start of boarding. Last but not least, Amanda shared updates with us for all 4 days, sending us photos of our lovebug and letting us know how he was doing that day. It relieved a lot of anxiety for us while we were away. We are extremely grateful for all the careful attention Amanda paid to our pup and will definitely be leaving Gastón with her again!”
