About: Although I have had cats throughout my life, I always considered myself more of a dog person. Over time, however, my experiences have led me to appreciate both cats and dogs equally. About: For my senior year of high school I went to a trade school to get my vet assistant certification. I graduated and received my certificate. In the program I was taught basic grooming nails, ears, and even shaving. Everyday we would walk the classroom dogs and interact with them. After high school I worked at a doggy daycare for about 6 months before I ended up without a car and wasn’t able to drive the distance to work anymore. Looking for something to do on the side as I work a full time job but never wanted to give up working with animals as it’s my passion. About: I started back in 2010 with an adopted Cat who made such an amazing first “pet” that became family! After meeting my now husband, we adopted 2 beagle brothers who were 1.5 years old! Unfortunately one became very sick but we still have his brother who will be 12 this November! He loves car rides, treats, and walks around our neighborhood! I’m currently a stay at home mom which gives me plenty of time to spend with your furry family member! I teach my 4 year old son preschool and enjoy a lot of outside time to get our energy out! I have a 4.5’ aluminum fenced in backyard with a 2 foot puppy fencing along the whole interior to ensure the utmost safety and keep your mind at ease. I have a very safe neighborhood with sidewalks to walk your pet. The neighborhood is also adjacent to our district school with a 2 mile walking path for all community members to use! I use this often to give both our dog and my children the ability to release energy in a safe space!

But with me, you get a whole family who are all trained in caring for dogs and cats, as each member of the household has been involved with fostering pups and raising kitties. The second floor of the house is separated by a door at the top of the stairs to allow separation between feline and canine friends if needed. Daily photos and FaceTime are available. We have multiple-sized dog crates if crating is requested. Although we may be new faces to your four legged companions, we will try to keep consistency in the rules you have at your home. If they are allowed on your couch, then they will be here. Feeding schedule will be dictated by how they ate at home. Walks will be frequent and there is a huge box of dog toys and cat toys to keep them entertained.

I would help take care of them and provide them with the love they need. Our dogs had various issues over the years so I am experienced with dogs with varying health complications. “We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much!
