Jessica was so professional and organized as we prepared for such a long time away. She helped me prepare emergency medical care contingencies (our dog is almost 16) in case it became necessary and she thought of things for us to plan prior to our departure. Given that she is a veteran in the Rover system, Jessica knew everything that I didn't even know I had to think about. Her professionalism was second only to her caring compassion. She loved our dog like one of her own, giving snuggles and love to her, making sure that our girl handled all of the changes smoothly. I have worked with a senior dog often and am used to the meticulous routines of medication and assisting their needs. I typically work 5 hour shifts in the afternoons or late evenings with flexibility in my schedule to accommodate specific needs if necessary. Days and time vary each week. About: I used to work at an animal rescue so I’ve dealt with all kinds of dogs! What I learned from working there is that every animal is special and deserves all the love in the world. I work part-time at an elementary school. I typically work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so my schedule any other day is wide open. I just need the client to put in the request a couple days in advance! I am a college student so I live in an apartment with three other girls. The apartment is pet friendly and we have dogs over all the time! There is no fenced in yard, but there is a beautiful, spacious yard behind the complex. As for a client’s home, I will care for the pet per the clients request!

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I've had a variety of dog breeds. I currently have 3 of my own; one big(Australian Shepard dobermand mix), one medium (pitbull), and one small (mini pinscher). I also dog sit for friends when they go on vacation. I walk, feed, bathe, and play with their dogs as well as my own. I am an EMT. I work 12 and 24 hour shifts rotating between 2-3 days a week. On my days off I plan to spend them with some dogs and/or cats! In my home I have a fenced in back yard that my dogs can run and play safely. About: I've had a dog every year of my life until last year. I've raised puppies and then watched them grow old and had to say goodbye. I loved every minute, but cant say goodbye again. I do take care of my kids dogs. We are blessed to have a little Frenchie and a Bernese to care for from time to time.I am retired since September, and cant think of a better way to spend my time than playing with and caring for Pups! I am recently retired and no longer have a dog of my own as she passed last Christmas. Finding myself with alot of extra time, I know that caring for Pups would be a happy solution. As we no longer have a dog of our own, we do keep our kids dogs alot. We have a huge yard and stay with the dogs when they are outside. One is a Frenchie and the other a Bernese.

I have a very flexible schedule and am available any day, any time! I have reliable transportation and am available last minute if you need me I always start with a clean & sanitary space by ensuring food bowls, water bowls, beds blankets etc are all sanitary. Enrichment activities, brain stimulation, exercise, massages, cooking homemade dog/cat food, outfits/shoes for heat/cold protection, etc.
About: Hi! My name is Plachette, and I've lived with various pets since I was a child. My father was a dog breeder (pitbulls <3), so being surrounded by puppies and dogs is something I've become accustomed to! I have experience with dog walking and sitting multiple breeds at once and administering medication as instructed. While dog sitting at your home, I'll also tend to any messes that are made, bring your newspapers/packages/mail, and give you thorough daily updates of what's going on around the home. Upon request I'm able to provide proof of having 5 star ratings for 150+ services I've already completed for other pet parents. For dog walks, I'm capable of handling small to gigantic dogs. I can work with dogs that pull. I prefer to use a waist leash (I have my own) while walking dogs since it allows me to be hands free and have more control with your pet. Of course, if you prefer your pet's own leash, that's fine too. :) I am self-employed so I am able to make my own schedule for work days and hours. If extended stays or additional pets need longer periods of care, I can adjust to these changes. When pet owners provide me with particular details on how to care for their pets (feeding schedules, administering medication, crating, etc.), I will be a able to provide proper care for any pet.
About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 7 when we first got our pug, Loki. He's 14 now. We also got a bulldog, Chubb's. I've walked, fed, and bathed them ever since. I've also taken care of some of my friends pets. For example, I took care of two Australian cattle dogs, fed them, walked them, played with them, bathed them. For a while I lived with 2 great Danes so I am familiar with big dogs. I'm currently working part time, I am a full time college student but I can work around that schedule! I'm not working many hours at my other job, so I should be more available during the week. I always make sure they're within eye-sight. I would never let them run amuck. I'm going to follow everything you say so safety is no issue.

About: Being around dogs has been the foundation of my life since the age of 3. From caring for my own pets, helping our neighbor who bred collies, and caring for dogs while also caring for my patients at work as a home health occupational therapist, I feel like every pet is part of my family. My heart is full around any four legged friend and I strive to care for them, show them the deepest love, and teach them as I do my own children. It’s in my blood! I currently work as a home health OT with a flexible schedule during the day. I also have windows of time during the evenings and weekends to care for any pet. We have always left our dogs in kennels when we left for vacation, but wanted to try using a dog sitter because Bear always came home exhausted and a little stressed. Luckily, we found Tyler!
