My dog is quite skidish about new dogs, new environments and new people. This was no challenge for Cheryl. She was able to ease my dogs insecurities right away and allowed her 2 dogs time to meet our little girl on her terms and very cautiously. Cheryl was flexible with my drop off and pick up times and communicated with me throughout the entire stay with updates and photos. She also provided my dog with medications for her skin and gave us great feedback on how I may be able to better care for her allergies. Cheryl is a very responsible dog owner and it certainly carries into her ability to care for my dog as well. About: My entire life has been surrounded by loving and taking care of animals, big and small! Majority of experiences comes from walking and feeding neighbors and family members’ dogs when they needed a second hand. I am a currently a full-time student athlete at a college nearby finishing up my last few semesters. My busiest times in my schedule is the mid mornings, but on average free and available right at noon through the evening. I personally have had family dogs in the house, with currently two dogs that are medium sized. I love going on walks, even runs, with both of them when I am back at home. About: Around 2000, I held this position while working at a dog training facility, Commonwealth Dog Training in VA. Experienced in dog training and dog care all my life. My pack consists of three large dogs, 50+ lbs., that regularly go to dog parks and car rides. I am transitioning in my employment and have time to spare. I enjoy working with dogs and plan to continue when I obtain a caseload. I am fluent in reading dog body language and can navigate all dogs' behaviors. About: Hello! I am home for the summer and looking to spend my time with adorable pets and show them some love! I have been taking care of my two dogs since the 5th grade and I just graduated college. I love going for walks and playing fetch. I’m also content chilling on the couch and watching doggies nap. Most days I don’t have any obligations throughout the whole day and can work my daily tasks and errands around walking or checking on dogs. I always make sure my pets have water available all the time, especially in the summer. My dogs usually go on a leash when they are outside, and I feel most comfortable walking dogs with a leash. About: I've taken care of neighbors pets since I was 12. In doing so I have gained experience giving insulin injections, on epileptic pets, and hyper/hypo thyroidism. I have worked with numerous of animals including ball pythons, leopard geckos, gerbils, rats, amphibians, cats and dogs. One of my other part time jobs is working at a boarding kennel. I bathe them, clean their kennels and take them out. As well as feeding them. I’m a very flexible person and I’m just doing this on the side. I do work full time abd part time so I may not always be available. But, I would love to eventually be able to do dog sitting and animal care permanently. I’m very good with animals! You can trust me around your dogs or cats!! All animals have a special place in my heart. And, you can trust that your animals are in good care while you’re away.
About: I have vet assistant experience and i am in college to become a vet nurse! I love all fur babies and would love to walk / pet sit yours! I have experience pet sitting dogs, cats, bunnies, and chickens. I work Monday-Thursday full time at a vet clinic. I am available Fridays-Sundays most of the time. I am also a full time vet tech student doing Purdue's Veterinary Technician Distance Learning program. I own two cats right now and I treat them like they are my children. My dog is quite skidish about new dogs, new environments and new people. This was no challenge for Cheryl. She was able to ease my dogs insecurities right away and allowed her 2 dogs time to meet our little girl on her terms and very cautiously. Cheryl was flexible with my drop off and pick up times and communicated with me throughout the entire stay with updates and photos. She also provided my dog with medications for her skin and gave us great feedback on how I may be able to better care for her allergies. Cheryl is a very responsible dog owner and it certainly carries into her ability to care for my dog as well. My dog was happy and stress free while in Cheryl's care and I will definitely be using her again!
