About: Hello all, I've owned cats, dogs, and horses for over 20 years now and was their main caregiver starting at 8 y.o. I've worked at many horse barns and pet sitter for many many friends over the years. I have skills in pet healthcare (administering medication, baths, cutting nails, etc), young animals, dog & horse training, rescue animals, and elderly animals. I do my best to provide stress free care for your pets. I am currently working from home full-time! So there is always someone around to take care of your pet! My husband and I mostly like to relax and unwind at home with the occasional dinner date or movie, but are flexible and will be upfront with owners if their pet’s needs cannot be met! When pets are in my home, I always take note of the their state of wellness, looking for stress or anything out of the ordinary. I also will inspect the environment to ensure dangerous items (small items/chocolate/other) are out of reach. While we do not have a fenced in backyard we do have a lunge line that will allow your pet to enjoy running around in the backyard but provides a limit so pets do not go near the back alley road! I make sure pets have access to water at all times. I am able to administer medications easily whether it is as simple as pill pockets or even injections. We also have two dogs of our own as well as a cat! Geordi is a 10 year old Australian Cattle dog who is energetic but respects other pets space, Thor is a 1 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi who loves other playmates, and Wynnona is that our 4 year old cat who tends to mind her own business!

Glenn intuitively knew (1) how to coax my shy, sweet Shiloh into eating her dinner & (2) he had to protect her dinner from my other pup, Moochie, who--as Glenn noted--is named for his larcenous, food-stealing ways! He even tried to train Moochie to stop his tendency to mark his territory, which I've given up doing, resorting to a diaper most of the time at home. It was a crazy, fun, but calamity-ridden weekend for me, & my arrival times for both drop-off & pick-up were later than originally expected. Glenn was relaxed and patient despite my tardiness, so I'd actually have to say he took good care of all three of us!”

About: I've been a dog owner for my entire life! Growing up, my family always had dogs. It was always my responsibility to feed them, take them outside, and make sure they got plenty of exercise! Shortly after graduating college, my husband and I adopted our sweet boy Cody in December of 2020. He was a 1 year old (very well behaved) rescue when we first got him, and he has fit perfectly into our family since day one. We were living in an apartment at the time, so he required frequent walks and trips to the dog park. This helped him become very used to playing with dogs and humans of all sizes! In August of 2021 shortly after moving into our new home in Jacksonville, we decided there was room in our family for one more! We adopted our girl Pepper at 7 weeks old. She is a little ball of energy, but has grown into the sweetest little pup. Her and Cody love to play and run around in the back yard, but they are often content with laying on the couch for a nap or chewing on their favorite toys. Adopting Cody as an adult dog and Pepper as a tiny puppy has helped us learn how to care for and train dogs of all ages. We utilize positive reinforcement with lots of rewards for good behavior to not only train our dogs, but also to maintain a strong and trusting relationship! I work from home full-time, so I will be able to care for your pet 24/7! Pepper requires frequent potty breaks due to her age, so the dogs typically go out every 1-2 hours. If we leave the house on weekends, we never do so for longer than 4-5 hours. If your puppy loves play and attention, we would be a perfect fit for him or her! Both of my dogs love to run and play both inside and outside. We have plenty of toys to share, and a large fenced yard for play. Pepper naps in her crate throughout the day and sleeps in there overnight, but Cody does not have a crate. If your pup is crate trained, I would be more than happy to keep up that routine!

If you work mid shift or over night and need somewhere for your four legged children to go while you work we have just the place for them. I love to play and cuddle with my dogs and would love the opportunity to have your love one stay with me in a loving home environment. About: I grew up with dogs, my whole life. I’ve had everything from a mini schnauzer/dachshund mix to a German Shepherd/Chinese Chow mix. I have dog-sat for relatives and friends, from a few hours to a few weeks, including puppies in training and elderly dogs. I love going on walks and would love to bring your special pet with me. I have a very flexible schedule. I am free after 11 every day except for Sunday. With notice I can be available before 11. I generally don’t go on walks after dark but will do stop in visits after dark. I don’t have any dogs myself. My husband is allergic so we cannot have pets at my house. I would love to have some puppy snuggles at your house or on a walk. About: Hello all, I've owned cats, dogs, and horses for over 20 years now and was their main caregiver starting at 8 y.o. I've worked at many horse barns and pet sitter for many many friends over the years. I have skills in pet healthcare (administering medication, baths, cutting nails, etc), young animals, dog & horse training, rescue animals, and elderly animals. I do my best to provide stress free care for your pets. I am currently working from home full-time! So there is always someone around to take care of your pet! My husband and I mostly like to relax and unwind at home with the occasional dinner date or movie, but are flexible and will be upfront with owners if their pet’s needs cannot be met! When pets are in my home, I always take note of the their state of wellness, looking for stress or anything out of the ordinary. I also will inspect the environment to ensure dangerous items (small items/chocolate/other) are out of reach. While we do not have a fenced in backyard we do have a lunge line that will allow your pet to enjoy running around in the backyard but provides a limit so pets do not go near the back alley road! I make sure pets have access to water at all times. I am able to administer medications easily whether it is as simple as pill pockets or even injections. We also have two dogs of our own as well as a cat! Geordi is a 10 year old Australian Cattle dog who is energetic but respects other pets space, Thor is a 1 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi who loves other playmates, and Wynnona is that our 4 year old cat who tends to mind her own business!
