“We needed one day boarding while visiting family. A friend recommended Rover. Kaitlyn was our first choice as she had so many very good reviews. The photos of the large yard and that she had her own dogs and cats helped with our choice. She was very communicative. Photos were sent of our puppy ripping around the back yard (she needs a lot of exercise), playing with other dogs and we learned Sabie likes kiddie pools. She looked very happy. Please know that if you have an iPhone, use the Apple Maps app. Very easy to find the house using that app. Mapquest is a big nope. We will use Kaitlyn again next time we visit the area if we need help with Sabie.”

About: Dog lover looking to care for local pups. I am Experienced with dog walking, overnight/weekly pet sitting, and giving daily medications. Able to work with dogs of all ages and sizes, as well as cats and other pets. I grew up on a farm and have experience with caring for a large variety of animals. I recently moved back to Greenville after living out of state for several years. I am currently working from home so sitting and boarding from my home would be best as I would be able to spend all day with them. I have plenty of indoor and outdoor space for watching dogs. Your dog will have plenty of outdoor play and a comfortable space indoors to relax.
“10/10 Jamie was AMAZING from booking to pickup! She was gracious through our need to book last minute (which nobody enjoys having to rush to find a dog sitter, so this was greatly appreciated). She took time to ask questions and fill us in on their process of handling a guest dog in their home. Her home is beautiful (I said I wanted to take his place being boarded there lol), it looks like actual doggy heaven. She sent videos and pictures that made our hearts so happy while out of town, and we could visually see how great she treated our little guy (who can be difficult to say the least). They treated our dog as if he were a part of their family in a short period of time and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found her! Oh and a bonus was after we picked our little guy up he behaved SO WELL, like way better than usual…..I think he was missing Jamie, her family, and her dog ❤️ You cannot go wrong with booking with her!”

About: Pets are family, and they deserve to be treated like family. I have doggy sat for a family friend for 3yrs, Zoe, and Zarley. They go out 4 to 5 times a day, they get treats for going boo boo outside. We run around the apartment and play as much as my bones will let me. I am able to brush the furbabies every day, and multiple times a day if needed. I do talk to them like they can answer me…..😂😂. Animals understand more than we think they do. I love animals so much. I wish I could get one for me. But at this time, I am unable to afford one. I will not get any animal that I know I can’t pay for what they need. I was working up until 09/2025. I got hurt at work, and I’m unable to return. I am available 24/7 now. I have plenty of time to give ALL of my time to furbabies now. I have a full time job working midnights. I get off at 7am, but don’t usually go to sleep till around 10am. I do not work Friday nights. My part time job is just Mon., we’d., and Fri, from 9am to 1pm. I have every other weekend off. I always put fur babies first in my home. I play with them as often as I can. They are allowed on the furniture and bed. No matter what I am doing, I will stop to take them out, or play with them. I DO NOT give for babies ppl food, their little digestive system mite not be able to handle it. If there is something extra that you say they need, and you don’t have, I will buy it for them. I remove any and everything off the floors, so they cannot get in it. If there is a special diet that they have, I will just need written instructions on how to prepare it.
About: I’ve been dog/pet sitting for nearly 20 years. I’ve handled dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds and have cared for a number of other animals including cats, ferrets, hamsters, bearded dragons, and even goats! About: I have two dogs and a cat of my own which I've had for some time now. My youngest dog was taken in around 9 months and my oldest was a stray with lots of anxiety. I also have volunteered at Strayhaven for about a year, walking dogs and socializing cats. I'm capable of walking, playing, feeding, and helping with potty training or learning tricks. We don't have a fenced in yard so I take her out on a leash, or use a tie-out with supervision. She eats her meals out of puzzle toys and she gets brushed every evening. I work on her nails twice a week to make sure she tolerates me clipping them. She is free to roam inside all day and night, but I do put her in the crate when we leave the house (just in case).

About: Hi everyone! Our names are Karen and Chad and we’ve always had a love for dogs since childhood. The thought of caring or rescuing a dog has always been top of our minds. When we got married, we adopted a greyhound racer. We had him for 7 years and lost him unfortunately due to cancer. Since we lost him, we’ve wanted to continue helping/caring for dogs and can’t think of a better way then helping others with their fur animals. We know the working world doesn’t always accommodate balancing out caring for our fur friends and work and would love to help with that! Please chose us to care for your fur friends whether it’s a walk or a overnight stay in our home! We will treat them with the utmost love and care! We are available daily as Chad stays at home weekly. Karen is available to help out on weekends. Please let us know how we can help! We have a nice back yard but do not currently have a fence (at this time). We can walk the dogs in our backyard with a leash and or take them to nearby parks. When I became a Mom and my youngest son begged us to get a dog, I was so happy. We added Rocky to our family 12 years ago and he’s been my companion ever since. I’ve successfully raised and trained five dogs from puppies and I have experience with rescue pups who may not feel entirely comfortable in their new environment. I’ve experienced small and large breeds alike, with my current pup being a King Cavalier Spaniel. Goose’s cousins who we see weekly are two Golden retrievers and one rescue mix. I’m able to be flexible or rigid when it comes to your pets schedule, and am knowledgeable in special diets, fresh pet food, administering meds if needed. I have the luxury of working from home and creating my own schedule which makes my days very flexible! I currently can accept pets for boarding, play dates or walks Sunday through Thursday, 9:30am to 10pm. I have a fenced in back yard and a puppy who loves to play with other dogs of all sizes. My dog is allowed to be on all furniture and sleep in the bed and your pet would be permitted to as well if that is your preference! Goose and I take several walks a day and love to take day trips to various area dog parks and hiking trails or enjoy a lazy afternoon on the couch.

About: I have had a dog my entire life. When my last one passed, my heart was broken and I haven’t been able to get another one. I watched my daughter’s dog for a year but took her back about a year ago to Idaho. I work from home and it’s very quiet without any four-legged friends to keep me company throughout the day. About this sitter: I have been a sitter with Rover for about 5 years, and have loved it! My husband and I both work from home, me as a contractor and my husband as the founder and CEO of our music lesson business. Our work enables us to be flexible and home more than most, which we are extremely grateful for. We love animals and I have had dogs and cats my entire life. Our three children also love animals. They are very gentle and calm around animals, as we have taught them how to treat animals kindly and with respect, no pulling on tails or stealing toys here! Why I love dog sitting I got my first family dog, a LasoApso/Poodle mix, when I was 6, rescued from the shelter. Since then, I have always had dog(s) and/or cat(s), including one three-legged cat and later, an epileptic dog who had two reconstructive knee surgeries! Later in life, we enrolled a puppy we adopted into an intensive training and obedience program, in which we were also trained in proper dog handling. We have had dogs of all sizes, from a miniature poodle to a 100lb chocolate lab…all of which were lap dogs…even the giant lab! Meet my pets We have two 5 month old male kittens that get along great with dogs, and usually don't even pay them any attention. We have no other dogs. About my home and yard We live in a 3 story home with hardwood floors. We have an open back yard with a lead to make sure that our dog guests can safely enjoy being outside and still stay on our property. We do have steps leading to both the front and back door into the yard. My experience administering medication Yes, we can administer medication. Over the years I have had multiple pets with special needs which required medication. Our family loves animals and we're ready to love yours! We work from home so we will have plenty of time to care for and love your pet! We absolutely love having furry friends in our home and as part of our daily life. We try and keep things in our home consistent with how things are in the owners home. If the dogs get free reign at their house, they will have free reign here (as long as they are potty trained and house broken). We are also happy to use a crate if that is what they are used to. We do have a large dog crate here and plenty of toys, so there is no need to transport a crate. We have a lead in the back yard to make sure that all dog guests are safe and on our property during potty breaks and outside time.

About: I'm excited to care for your dog(s) or cat(s)! I have had numerous cherished animal companions my whole life and understand the importance of quality care and love. I have a an 8 year old dog(Max) that I love and walk daily with my Dad and his pup. Our pups bring us such joy! I believe it's important for a dog/cat and humans to have playtime and enjoy the outdoors! I'm currently working part-time a couple hours in the mornings, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays. I'm generally available most other days/times. I don't mind early mornings, late nights or overnights at your home. I have a safe home with a fenced in yard. There is a walking trail behind my house that is paved and has leash laws. I also have sidewalks on my road to walk your pets as another option. I'm reliable giving any medications on time. I can work in your home, spend the evenings or nights, weekends, multiple days. I can care for senior animals. I prefer pets who are leash trained. I can stop in during the day to feed/walk your pets. I'm also a non smoker.
About: Pets are family, and they deserve to be treated like family. I have doggy sat for a family friend for 3yrs, Zoe, and Zarley. They go out 4 to 5 times a day, they get treats for going boo boo outside. We run around the apartment and play as much as my bones will let me. I am able to brush the furbabies every day, and multiple times a day if needed. I do talk to them like they can answer me…..😂😂. Animals understand more than we think they do. I love animals so much. I wish I could get one for me. But at this time, I am unable to afford one. I will not get any animal that I know I can’t pay for what they need. I was working up until 09/2025. I got hurt at work, and I’m unable to return. I am available 24/7 now. I have plenty of time to give ALL of my time to furbabies now. I have a full time job working midnights. I get off at 7am, but don’t usually go to sleep till around 10am. I do not work Friday nights. My part time job is just Mon., we’d., and Fri, from 9am to 1pm. I have every other weekend off. I always put fur babies first in my home. I play with them as often as I can. They are allowed on the furniture and bed. No matter what I am doing, I will stop to take them out, or play with them. I DO NOT give for babies ppl food, their little digestive system mite not be able to handle it. If there is something extra that you say they need, and you don’t have, I will buy it for them. I remove any and everything off the floors, so they cannot get in it. If there is a special diet that they have, I will just need written instructions on how to prepare it.
About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, but finally in first grade I got one of my own. He was around 3 when we got him and now is an old man who needs help sometimes even if he doesn’t want it. I also have another pup who is now 3. I house broke him and taught him a few tricks. I have had to give medicine from time to time. I watch my neighbors dog who needs medicine. I’m currently in high school. However on Tuesday/Thursday I don’t go to school til 10:20 so I would be back with your animals after 2:44. The other days I’m gone from 8-2:44. I am involved in after school activities but I would be able to let them out before going to those. I will follow what you tell me. I mostly like staying with the animals so they aren’t alone most of the time. I might spoil them a little too much while you are away though!
About: I have taken five different dog classes and have volunteered in the past to assist at local animal shelters. I would bathe, brush, walk, and play with a variety of dogs. Patient and flexible and always do what is best for the animal. My oldest dog is a certified Therapy dog and we visit mostly nursing homes to help brighten someone’s day. I have had a dog most of my life which I was responsible for walking, feeding, and caring for. I love animals and I will follow any rules provided from the owner. I am a school teacher and very trustworthy. I treat my dog like children and may overact sometimes and rush to the vet when it’s not necessary, but just want to keep my baby girls healthy and safe.

About: I’ve grown up around animals my entire life. My dad owned hunting dogs that we had trained ourselves, they were so loving of us kids and always enjoyed long walks in the woods and hours of play time. We’ve also had cats of every personality, from the fat house cats, to the crazy orange cats, to the shy barn cats, to the hunters who always brought us back a present. We would go to the farm every Sunday and feed the cows and pigs. We’d help our grandparents clean out the chicken coop and feed the hens. I’ve always had a big heart for animals of all shapes and sizes. I have experience with taking care of my own animals as well as long term and short term pet sitting. I’m experienced bathing and some grooming, I have owned a husky and a malamute and I’m not afraid of hair. I can also clean ears, teeth, and nail trimming but you must supply your own equipment. I currently work in the healthcare field and can provide care to puppies and senior dogs and special needs. I can administer medications, change dressings, and more. I work with Military and Police K9s and I’m trained in Animal CPR, First Aid, and Critical Care. I work 2 days a week, I am available at all times of the day and night. I can usually work in last minute scheduling and cancellations. Communication is key. I do not offer any in-house services at this time, but I will gladly come to your house! I prefer that your pet has a harness for walking rather than just a collar, as it is safer for me and your pet. Care will differ from client to client based upon what services you are looking for, just let me know!

When it comes to dogs I have done almost everything except diabetes. I have had puppies to seniors. I was a husky breeder for a brief time.

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats in the house my whole life. I’ve helped raise my brother and sisters dogs when they were puppies l, and I currently own a 2 year old golden retriever who is pretty much my life. I have always been the go to pet sitter for my whole family and friends when they go out of town, and that has been my favorite compliment. About: I’ve been dog/pet sitting for nearly 20 years. I’ve handled dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds and have cared for a number of other animals including cats, ferrets, hamsters, bearded dragons, and even goats! About: I have had a lot of experience with dogs and cats since I was a young child. I grew up on 5 acres and we bred collies and Persians. As an adult I have always had dogs and cats. I have 6 tiny chihuahuas and a beagle and a Great Pyrenees and a cat! They are all friendly, healthy and up to date on vaccines. I don’t have a fenced yard but I have a decent portion fenced in area off our back door and I live on a private dead end street with almost an acre of land. I use dog runs and leashes too if you prefer they be walked. I am very careful and protective of my dogs. They are very loved and well cared for and I will treat your dogs the same.

“We needed one day boarding while visiting family. A friend recommended Rover. Kaitlyn was our first choice as she had so many very good reviews. The photos of the large yard and that she had her own dogs and cats helped with our choice. She was very communicative. Photos were sent of our puppy ripping around the back yard (she needs a lot of exercise), playing with other dogs and we learned Sabie likes kiddie pools. She looked very happy. Please know that if you have an iPhone, use the Apple Maps app. Very easy to find the house using that app. Mapquest is a big nope. We will use Kaitlyn again next time we visit the area if we need help with Sabie.”

She took time to ask questions and fill us in on their process of handling a guest dog in their home. Her home is beautiful (I said I wanted to take his place being boarded there lol), it looks like actual doggy heaven. She sent videos and pictures that made our hearts so happy while out of town, and we could visually see how great she treated our little guy (who can be difficult to say the least). They treated our dog as if he were a part of their family in a short period of time and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found her!
