About: Welcome to Aaron’s Boarding, a 4 bedroom ranch house on an acre of land that includes a private fenced in yard for lots of activities and play. We are pleased to announce that we now offer dog walking and hourly yard rental through SniffSpot, Melanie’s Play yard. My team and I have taken care of over 100 foster and boarder dogs including the SCPA and training service dogs. We’ve cared for moms with litters of 10 puppies, young adult, adult, senior, special needs including diabetes and all types of physical disabilities. We have been boarding dogs since April 2020. We are able to take dogs up to 65 pounds and any dogs over 65 pounds will be considered if trained well, Rover just doesn’t have a setting to say that. Most of our clients choose us because we offer private boarding for their dog only. However, our business has grown, and we now accept a maximum of 3 dogs. The dogs can either come from the same home or they are friends or we sometimes negotiate a cross board through a meet and greet. We have a highly desirable environment due to not having any dogs, cats, or small children. We provide bowls and crates. Bring dog beds, food, treats, bones and toys. We do not provide those. I love taking my dog to the woods for long walks (anywhere from 5-15 miles) so you can count on me not to slack on your pets needs. We left him with Marissa for an entire week, and she went above and beyond to make both Dash and us feel comfortable. She sent daily updates and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind. Dash looked so incredibly happy the whole time and made plenty of new doggy friends while he was there. To top it off, Marissa even sent him home with homemade treats and the sweetest little pawprint craft that we’ll cherish forever. It’s clear she truly loves and cares for the dogs she watches. “The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. I would 10/10 recommend her and will definitely be booking services with her again when the time comes!”
