“Vicky is a wonderful sitter and I highly recommend her. She asked lots of great questions to get to know Daisy and her routines before meeting her. During the stay Vicky shared pictures and videos to keep me updated. The communications let me know Daisy was being well cared for and having a wonderful stay.”

“Ashley and Jerrell were awesome caregivers to Oreo. They communicated along the way with updates and photos. I appreciated they accommodated for Oreo's lack of stays away by making changes along the way to make him feel comfortable. Thanks to their wonderful family & fur babies Oreo felt right at home! R/ Yolanda”

“This was my first time leaving Micah with someone. It was great. Micah left with Angelita as if she'd known him forever. I really liked that. Angelita now has another client! Thanks, Angelita.”

“We travel frequently and so happy to have found Amy and Patrick to add to our list of dogsitters! They are both so kind and welcomed our dog into their home! They provided pictures and updates frequently! Our dog always looked happy playing or walking! We will definitely be booking again!”

“Krista is excellent. She was so sweet in taking care of my dog, who immediately took a liking to her and trusted her. He is usually timid with new people, but Krista was able to build trust with him immediately. She sent us updates and photos all throughout his time with her. 5/5!”

“Deb was terrific, her home was wonderful wirh a nice large yard set far back off the road. She was very accomodating considering our last minute request for an overnight stay for our pup Dyson. He came home pretty happy!”

“Betsy and Ron provide a perfect home away from home for our Coco! They are keenly sensitive to individual pup’s personalities and needs. She even cleaned off a windowsill for Coco because looking outside is her favorite pastime. Taking only one at a time, they give your dog all the attention. Another huge plus to me—their house is spotlessly clean. 5 stars is not quite enough!”

“Genalind and the whole family were great with my dogs.. will definitely book with her again. Great pictures and keeping me posted with my dogs all day.. We loved that.. thank you so much”

“I would definitely recommend Sarah for watching your dog. She took such good care of my Murphy while I was away on an unexpected work trip. Sarah sent lots of pictures and updates. Murphy seemed right at home there on her big comfy couch.”

“Nanci and her husband were wonderful and you can tell they truly love dogs. Molly seemed to enjoy being with them and they took her for regular walks and kept in contact with photos. We definitely plan to use them again!”

“Another successful stay with Megan and Vincent! It was Elsie's and Harper's second time and they are already booked for three nights next weekend. I love getting the pictures and videos while I'm away! Once they walked through the gate into the backyard during drop off, they didn't even look back, not worried at all about being left :).”

“Tara and her husband took wonderful care of our new dog! Our dog is a rescue from a puppy mill and was anxious and is currently being house trained. Their kindness and patience with our dog made are days away stress free. We loved the pictures they sent us of our sweet girl! This was the first time that we used Rover and we will happily continue!”

“Cynthia and her Husband Lance were welcoming and willing to help us out last minute. They took really good care of of dog and made him feel like home. Would 100% recommend them! Thank you again!”

“Michael was very accommodating regarding booking my pup’s stay being that it was somewhat last minute. This was the first time I had booked with Michael, and everything was great. He was very attentive and communicated with me throughout the three-day stay. He did Pup Painting with her, and she came home with her masterpiece! I know my baby was taking care of, and I will definitely be booking with him again in the future!”

“Our dogs stay with Danielle and Bri was great! They took great care of our dog and even gave him a bath after a fun day playing outside at their beautiful homestead. It was peace of mind having a meet and greet before his week long stay but he joined their pack right away. Great communication and wonderful people.”

“Alexis was very easy to work with and communicated well with us. She took great care of our dog while we were away and updated us with texts and photos. We would definitely recommend her! Her kids were an added bonus for our dog to cuddle and play with!”

“We have a multiple cat household & Kianna took excellent care of our furbabies when we went on vacation. She is kind & caring with animals - exactly the type of person you want looking after your pets. Kianna also cleaned up all the messes our cats made & washed their dishes & refilled their bowls so when we returned we didn't have any immediate "chores". It was like having a few extra hours of vacation. Thank you, Kianna!!!!! We appreciate you very much. ?”

About: Alright the time has finally come!! 🐾 We have decided on a house and we will be moving hopefully by June or July (exact date TBD). I wanted to give you all a heads up since I've been trying to give you plenty of notice. Should I see your pup again before our move, I will be bringing them over to our new lot to explore so they can get familiar with the scents and sights. I'll be doing this with Luigi too! We will only be moving exactly four minutes away (kinda crazy I know haha) so we'll easily be able to help all visiting pups prepare as well. It doesn't seem like a big difference to us humans, but this is a GINORMOUS change for our fur babies! Also wanted to remind everyone that after my birthday in October, we will be heading down to Florida for the winter! More on scheduling for that as it gets closer. Lastly, I want to give some transparency for you paw parents on my expectations going forward. I know you're used to seeing LOTS AND LOTS of updates all throughout the day. Before I explain the change, I want to explain the reason for it, because you actually want this too. We've all heard the phrase ‘you can't fill anyone else's cup if yours is empty' and 'there's only so much time in one day.' All the pups (including Luigi) are always my top priority. With all these changes happening, plus my Canine Behavior Consultant class load getting a bit heavier, these things drain my battery and brain power. If I'm not taking care of myself, I cannot show up as my best self for the pups and they deserve THE BEST parts of me! This may or may not come as a surprise, but I'm actually quite introverted, so I recharge my energy in quiet moments. Honestly it's a big reason I love the pups so much body language and energy speaks louder than words in the doggy world. So what's changing? I will be taking more quiet days, and I'll take them as my body and brain tell me I need them. But no matter what, whether I'm sending updates with words or not, you will still receive pictures EVERY DAY. This part is NOT changing!! Thank you all for trusting me with your pups!! I'm so excited for this next chapter and will keep you posted as things come together! ❤️ BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ THIS ❤️ For stays longer than four days and for holidays the rate is higher and I want to explain why. This is not a nine to five job. It is a twenty four seven commitment. Most visiting dogs cannot be left alone at all, and because of that I miss a lot. I skip family events. I rearrange appointments. I lose sleep when dogs are anxious or cannot settle their first night. I stay up if someone is vomiting from nerves. I cancel plans when a dog needs more support than expected. I spend weekends inside when other people are out living life because a pup needs constant supervision. I put your dogs above everything else in my personal life, including my own family at times. I only take one family pack at a time. Your dogs get my full focus and a safe space without the chaos that comes from mixing multiple families. I take them on real hikes, give them real enrichment, and use high quality human grade treats because visiting dogs need both movement and mental work to settle in a new place. I even go as far as renting out private land for dogs who are leash reactive or for pups who need a huge fenced in area with tons of acres to burn off anxiety and energy in a safe way. I share the smiling pictures and the fun adventures, but there is a lot that happens behind the scenes to make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and stable. This level of care takes real time, real sacrifice, and real dedication, and that is why I am firm in my pricing. I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and honestly… they’ve shaped a huge part of who I am. I live with my Italian Greyhound pretty much 24/7 (he has separation anxiety and I wouldn’t have it any other way), so I’m very used to the “velcro dog” lifestyle. Because of him, I’m super tuned into the little things.. their routines, their quirks, their sensitivities, and all the ways they try to communicate. I also grew up with Dobermans, so I’m no stranger to big, smart, emotional dogs who need confidence, structure, and someone who actually pays attention. That upbringing taught me patience, consistency, and to always advocate for the dog in front of me. I’ve had all sorts of animals in my life..even my two skinny pigs who recently crossed the rainbow bridge. They were tiny, but trust me, they had huge personalities and fit right in with visiting pups. Between my own dogs, my extended family’s dogs, and the endless stream of personalities I meet through boarding, I’ve gotten really comfortable reading different temperaments. Cuddly lap dogs, anxious shadow followers, high energy explorers, the “I’m independent but also please never leave me” types. I love them all and adjust to whatever they need. I’ve also worked with dogs who aren’t always easy around others. I take things slow, keep everyone safe, and create an environment where every dog can relax and feel secure. Safety and understanding always come first. At the end of the day, every dog who stays with me becomes part of my little crew. I’m not a kennel! They live life with me. Walks, snuggles, routines, the whole thing. Your pup will be cared for exactly how I care for my own: with intention, patience, and a lot of love. ❤️ Dog boarding is my full time thing now. No side jobs and no juggling. This is truly what I do every day. The dogs are part of everything I am doing, whether I am folding laundry, watering plants, or working out in the yard. When the weather is warm we are outside a ton getting fresh air, exploring, and just living life together. A few times a year I take short breaks to focus on my own dog Luigi, and to reset my mental health. It keeps our home running smoothly and makes sure every dog who stays with us gets a calm, consistent, happy environment. When I am at my best, your pups get the best. I know what it feels like to hand your dog to someone else and hope they truly understand them. That is why I take safety so seriously. Quality always comes before quantity in my home. I am very selective about how many dogs I accept at one time, and most of the time your dog or dogs will be the only ones staying with us. On rare occasions, this may include a dog who has already stayed with me multiple times and has an emergency come up. In those situations, all pet parents involved are notified and asked for permission before anything is confirmed. I have a fenced in yard and I am always outside with the dogs. When we drive they are buckled into a harness every single time. I carry first aid in my car and in my hiking backpack because being prepared matters. I use Apple AirTags when we leave the house so I always know where your pup is. If your dog is leash reactive or nervous I plan ahead. I research quiet trails, low traffic times, and when needed I rent private land so it is only us and there are no surprises. I want you to feel completely at ease knowing your dog is safe, understood, and protected. Trust is earned, and I show it through every decision I make.

“Angelita was great!!! I needed a last minute sitter for my dogs, and she was more than happy to help. She texted me multiple updates throughout the day and even sent us home with a bag of treats! “D was so sweet, kind, and caring! You can tell she has a heart for all animals. My dog Eli had the best time playing with the other dogs and cats. D even sent pictures and videos of the fun. My goal was to have him run off some energy and have socialization while I’m working and her lovely little farm definitely provided that.”

“My shy, cat-like dog, Luna, spent four (doggie day care) days with Gwendoline. Luna took to Gwen and her home on the first day. Gwen's amazing. She's very empathetic and gave Luna the distance and respect needed until Luna warmed up. Gwen's property is top notch. A true haven on a hot summer day. All around a very positive experience. I highly recommend Gwendoline.”

“Boots had a fantastic stay with Danielle and Brianna! They were incredibly kind, communicative, and clearly experienced with dogs. He spent the day with their four dogs and had such a great time socializing and playing—we could tell he felt comfortable and happy in their care. “Ashley has been caring for my little dog for 2 years now and we are so grateful!! She is amazing and so kind with my unique dog. My dog gets excited in the car when pulling up in front of her house, and goes running up the stairs as soon as she opens the door, he absolutely loves being there!! Ashley is so generous sending gifts for my dog and giving him extra love and treats while she watches him. We're very grateful to have Ashley in our area!!!”

“We're new pet parents. We've had our 8 month old Goldendoodle, Boone, for close to 3 months. We needed to find reliable and loving care for our boy. Stacey was awesome. She arranged a meet and greet at her home and Boone was instantly at home, playing with her dogs and their toys. She's a very caring, loving person and her love for animals is evident. Boone thoroughly enjoyed himself and didn't even care when I left. I wasn't sure if he's would leave to come back home! We will definitely use Stacy again and highly recommend her for your fur babies. Oh she also sent us a picture of him and it appeared he was smiling.”

About: As an experienced dog foster, I have cared for more than 25 dogs of all ages, from newborn puppies to senior dogs, representing a wide variety of breeds and sizes. In addition, I was the proud owner of four dogs who each lived long, happy lives and reached their senior years before crossing the Rainbow Bridge. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the important role pets play as beloved members of the family. As a school teacher, I enjoy a very flexible schedule during the summer months and would love the opportunity to support families who need a safe, loving temporary home for their four-legged companions. Whether your pet needs overnight care, companionship during the day, or some extra exercise and attention, I am committed to providing the same level of care and affection that I would give my own dogs. As a teacher, I am currently on summer break, so I have availability daily throughout the week for play sessions and dog walks. I am also available for multi-night lodging. When you’re here, you’re family. Any animal under my care will be treated as one of my own. But with me, you get a whole family who are all trained in caring for dogs and cats, as each member of the household has been involved with fostering pups and raising kitties. We have multiple-sized dog crates if crating is requested. Although we may be new faces to your four legged companions, we will try to keep consistency in the rules you have at your home. If they are allowed on your couch, then they will be here. Feeding schedule will be dictated by how they ate at home. Walks will be frequent and there is a huge box of dog toys and cat toys to keep them entertained.

“Kaelee walked our dog Bilbo twice this week and she was great! She was prompt and communicative in scheduling, got to know Bilbo a bit before the walk, and was careful walking him around busy roads. I appreciated that she helped us by not reinforcing his barking/jumping when greeting someone too.”

“Kianna is very professional and has accepted last minute walks for my dogs. She even goes the extra mile by helping me to complete the request in the app when I experienced difficulty. She is very trustworthy and will take good care of your dogs.”

About: Hours of availability on the weekends, Friday 5pm-Sun 9pm. Possibly before 5 on fridays depending on location. I Love dogs, and have had 3 jack Russell terriers and 2 German short haired pointers and now 2 Labrador retrievers. I want to make it easy for pet owners to do things and not have to worry about their pet. I have also been in charge of the grooming(nails, bathing etc) since I was young. I feel I can tell how/what dogs want, they call me the dog whisperer. Just want all dogs/animals to love me :) We now adopted 3 kittens in the last 6 years since they always find us. Let me care for your dog/cat while you enjoy yourself. I have had other animals, not just dogs, as I care for animals in general(fish, guinea pigs, gerbils, rabbits, birds, cats). I have always been the dependable Neighbor and was always asked to watch the neighbors animals while they were away. I know how hard it is to find a caring person to watch your pet, instead of a kennel. I also have had to give my first dog insulin shots 2xs a day, also have given her medicine daily. Also give medicine/supplements to my current pets. Let me be that person.
About: Hello! My name is Rachel, I am a graduate student living in Lancaster and love to take care of your pets in my free time! I grew up with a big family and many animals including goats, horses, chickens, ducks, and a few dogs running around. I have always loved animals, especially horses and dogs. I also worked at Karen’s K9 Kare in Malvern for around a year. During my time there I gained experience dealing with large groups of dogs as well as bathing, training, and getting picky dogs to eat. The most essential skill I gained at this position is really how to manage stressed out animals, dealing with strangers can be difficult for many pets but I pride myself in being able to recognize what they need from me to make them as comfortable as possible.
About: I believe I am well suited for hands-on animal care and observation because I genuinely enjoy caring for animals and helping them feel safe and comfortable. My life experiences have taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of earning trust—qualities that allow me to connect with animals and provide the attentive, gentle care they deserve. I take pride in being dependable, observant, and willing to put in the time and effort needed to support their health and well-being. I’m home the majority of the time with an outing or two a day. The outing can last as long as 3 and a half hours. I take a half hour morning walk and can take a second walk after dinner. Your pet will be treated like family. I pay attention to their noises and motions to better understand their needs. I will walk the dog outside on their leash to relieve themself and feed them on their schedule.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats and have been caring for animals since I can remember. I watched many different breeds of dogs while in college. I’m available weekdays for walks, and weekends for dog/puppy sitting. I love all animals and have cared for many different breeds of dogs. I’m flexible so let me know what your pet needs. I have lot of experience with pets and walking dogs. I have no pets that I live with so any dog is welcome. Just let me know what your dog needs.

“Cynthia and her Husband Lance were welcoming and willing to help us out last minute. They took really good care of of dog and made him feel like home. Would 100% recommend them! Thank you again!”

“Super nice I’m sure Annabelle loved her stay!! Communication at its finest!!! It was Annabelle’s first time staying with a stranger and Alexis made her feel at home!! would book with her again❤️❤️❤️”

About: I've taken care of dogs for over a decade from high energy (I have a border collie) to low energy (I also have a shih tzu), elderly, and everything in between. I'd love to make your dog's day by taking them on a walk or giving them an incredible play time. Same goes for your cats! Whether your pets love activity or simply want someone to watch them sniff in the backyard or hang on the couch, I'd love to bring a highlight to their day. Right now, Friday nights through Sunday are the times I have completely free to dedicate to helping take care of your pets. I'm hoping to add more times soon and options to board. As someone who searches for hours to find the right person to watch my pets, I know how hard it can be to trust someone new to take care of your fur family. Whether it's pictures, reassuring texts, following your instructions exactly, or all 3 I will do my best to make your pets as happy and healthy as possible. I offer drop in visits and walks, so please let me know what you are and aren't comfortable with and I will make sure they are well cared for while giving you as many updates as you'd like!
“Donna was amazing! She kept me updated with pictures and funny stories about my pup Molly. I knew she was in great hands! She and her husband walked Molly and incorporated her into their daily lives. I highly recommend Donna.”

“We couldn't have asked for a better person to watch our Golden Doodle! From the moment we dropped her off, we knew she was in great hands. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.”
