About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I could remember. I’ve taken care of my families, friends, neighbors. I’ve bathed them, fed them, taken them out, and more. I used to work at a dog boarding and doggie day care. I am very flexible and can work around any schedule and pets schedules. I like to make sure pets in my care are comfortable by sticking to a schedule. I have a big yard for my dog to play in. My dog is a big love bug, who just wants to play. Usually I take care of my family’s dogs at their houses which have fenced in areas.
About: I love taking dogs to the lake to play in the water, and walk along the beach. I don’t have a fenced in yard but it is big. I also have a horse field behind my house that I have permission to take animals in and play fetch in the field. My daughter loves animals and is very attentive to them and there needs. Alexis was THE ABSOLUTE BEST in helping ease my heart and mind as I went away for the week. About: I have a wide variety of experience with all sorts of animals. I’ve had large and small dogs, cats, rodents, amphibians, and lizards, I even had a pot belly pig, sheep & duck as a child. I also volunteered at a local vet when I was a teenager and gained a lot of hands on experience caring for many types of animals! I’m a stay at home mom and I homeschool my two teenage daughters. They absolutely adore animals as well. I feel this will allow me to spend a lot of one on one time with your pet. Your fur baby will be well cared for and interacted with while they’re here! About: My entire life pretty much I've grown up around animals! I've had different rodent, and currently have 2 cats. The last 10ish years my family and I have cat/dog sat for multiple family members and friends. The last year I've cat sat for my neighbor multiple times. As far as regular work goes, I'm only doing part-time due to the limit on how many hours are being given. I'm also not enrolled in school, so my schedule has more than enough time to fit in some extra pet care. I have experience with giving medication (mostly pills), so if your fur baby has meds that are needed to be given, I'm more than willing. Like a lot of animals, I enjoy basking in the sun. I am unable to care for animals in my home because my dog does not get along with others. However I am able to follow your instructions for care in your home.

I took care of his Rotwilliers whenever he vacationed and had several dogs of my own. While Rover's pricing is set up on a per dog fee schedule, I cap charges at $80 per night and $40 per drop in or walk, regardless of the number of pets in your household. In the Rover app, I must modify your booking to be able to do that. I work full-time 9:30am -6pm, Monday -Friday in York, Pa, so I limit my service area during the week to areas between York and New Oxford. I can serve a larger area such as Gettysburg and Dillsburg on weekends. I adhere carefully to client directions about medication, supervision, feeding, and exercise. I want dogs to keep their usual routine as much as possible, and owners to rest assured their treasured pets are cared for as they would. About: I have been passionate about dogs ever since I was a child but because experienced working with dogs and cats (and some bunnies) while working for the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. I was a veterinarian assistant for one year and then became an adoptions Manager for three years. This was the most fulfilling experience of my adult life, being able to help animals and the community daily. I recently lost my closest companion, Xander, about a month ago. He was 13 years old and I had him since he walked into the humane society at two months old. Through him I gained even more experience with aging dogs, medical care and many behavioral changes as he aged. While using positive reinforcement training we navigated 6 military moves, life adaptions to aging and the introduction of two kittens. I will take all this experience and use it to provide the same amount of love an attention for you furry family members as I did for Xander. I currently only have two cats in my home, so I’m able to provide boarding for cat friendly animals. I have a fenced in back yard and am usually not gone from the house for more than four hours. Lots of fresh air and space on the property, plus other animals for Abbie to see- chickens, ducks, and kittens—she loved it! Heather was very responsive to texts and sent pictures of Abbie’s activities over the course of the weekend. I look forward to using Heather again and highly recommend her.”

“Elizabeth is amazing with my dog Louie. He has been turned down at quite a few places because of his pretty severe anxiety. Elizabeth took her time with him, allowed me to set up a meet and greet an did three separate days with him before my vacation when he would be spending 6 days with her. He did great and Elizabeth kept me updated the entire time. She obviously has experience with all types of behavioral and health needs and it is clear how much she cares for and loves animals. I am grateful I found her and Louie has definitely become a regular with her. Now that he is home I can tell how much fun he had while I was away and as an owner of an anxious pitbull, there is no better feeling than knowing that!”
