About: Started using this site back in high school then my favorite dog I sat for passed away so I stopped for a little well now I'm back and am wanting to care for as many pets as I can! About: I love taking dogs to the lake to play in the water, and walk along the beach. I don’t have a fenced in yard but it is big. I also have a horse field behind my house that I have permission to take animals in and play fetch in the field. My daughter loves animals and is very attentive to them and there needs. She is very careful when it comes to small dogs. I have a clean and smoke free home. I love sending pictures while your animals are in my care that way you know they are okay. About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was a kid, and I have experience with taking care of many different breeds, young and old. I love animals and will do everything I can to make yours comfortable and happy. Work is currently slow, so I have the time to give your pets all the attention they need. I am available anytime throughout the week and most weekends. I have two friendly dogs that would love to keep yours company. I do not have a fenced yard, but walk them on my private lane often, and take them to the dog park. My pets get fed twice a day, but I can feed yours as often as you’d like - they also have some treat throughout the day.

From cats to bunnies, fish and hermit crabs and always dogs!! Even a bearded dragon! Right now, we have two Fox Red Labs, two outside cats, fish, and a bearded dragon… and chickens. We just raised 7 Fox Red Lab puppies as well! We have almost 4 acres for the dogs to run and have fun and we have a large fenced in play yard. We’ve used a couple of sitters thru Rover and have had a great experience. I would be honored to be entrusted to care for your four legged family member! I am a stay at home mom, able to give lots of attention to you fur baby! They will get lots of love and will always have access to drinking water. When I do need to run an errand the pups will be crated. Our dogs love to go outside so it’s not unusual for them to go out every two hours or so which provides ample time for potty breaks and exercise throughout the day. Our whole yard is not fenced in but we do have a large fenced in play yard with plenty of room to run! I will use a leash to keep your pup safe outside of the play yard and they will never be outside unattended. We can introduce our dogs slowly, one at a time or however you are most comfortable. I prefer to have a meet and greet before booking so we make sure we’re a good match and so your pup can meet ours ahead of time.

Layla is shy and they were so sweet and calm with her. I felt at ease knowing they would be checking in on her. I could tell they really know animals. About: I have a wide variety of experience with all sorts of animals. I’ve had large and small dogs, cats, rodents, amphibians, and lizards, I even had a pot belly pig, sheep & duck as a child. I also volunteered at a local vet when I was a teenager and gained a lot of hands on experience caring for many types of animals! I’m a stay at home mom and I homeschool my two teenage daughters. They absolutely adore animals as well. I feel this will allow me to spend a lot of one on one time with your pet. Your fur baby will be well cared for and interacted with while they’re here! (Please note that Rover doesn’t consider my children’s ages to count towards, “children being present in our home.” However, I think this information should be available to those who choose to put their pets in my care. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space for your fur baby to run! I also have separate family room in my house where our dogs sleep at night, and that is where I would put crates if they need to be crated at any time.

“If you are in the Carlisle, PA, area, please consider using Victoria C. and her family as your sitter. It was only a half a day stay but we were able to do a meet and greet before the actual date. She was very attentive and sent pictures to us showing what he was doing. We could tell by Blaze's body language he was happy with his stay. About: My entire life pretty much I've grown up around animals! I've had different rodent, and currently have 2 cats. The last 10ish years my family and I have cat/dog sat for multiple family members and friends. The last year I've cat sat for my neighbor multiple times. As far as regular work goes, I'm only doing part-time due to the limit on how many hours are being given. I'm also not enrolled in school, so my schedule has more than enough time to fit in some extra pet care. I have experience with giving medication (mostly pills), so if your fur baby has meds that are needed to be given, I'm more than willing. Like a lot of animals, I enjoy basking in the sun. So, taking your animals on long walks isn't an issue either. Your animals needs are my priority.
About: I am an absolute animal lover! I have had dogs, birds, fish, a cat, bunnies, mice, lizards, guinea pig, and hamsters! I have been around animals since I was probably about 4 or 5 years old. My grandpa gave me my very first dog (a beagle named Lady) and it was love at first site. Ever since, I have always had a dog! I currently have an almost 12 year old staffy mix named Stoli and 12 fish (mixed kinds). Stoli and I always enjoy a good run or hike or trip to the lake for a swim. After working at the animal hospital I enrolled in school to become a Certified Dog Trainer, which I completed several years ago. I then started volunteering at a local animal shelter where I helped work with the dogs before getting adopted and sometimes after. Currently my schedule is pretty flexible which allows me to be available at different times throughout the day. I do have a young daughter that I take care of during the day as well. I am unable to care for animals in my home because my dog does not get along with others. However I am able to follow your instructions for care in your home.

About: I had a family dog for 10 years, from the time she was 2 until she was 12 so I’ve had experience with young and old dogs, I have also had a few jobs such as a PetSmart employee and an Adams county SPCA employee which gave me great animal care experience, I am also studying Zoo and Wildlife Biology at Liberty University. Growing up my parents owned dogs of all sizes and personalities (Dalmatian, Akitas, border collie, and jack russel) I love the Lower Allen dog park and would gladly take any dogs there with permission! In the Rover app, I must modify your booking to be able to do that. I work full-time 9:30am -6pm, Monday -Friday in York, Pa, so I limit my service area during the week to areas between York and New Oxford. I can serve a larger area such as Gettysburg and Dillsburg on weekends. I adhere carefully to client directions about medication, supervision, feeding, and exercise. I want dogs to keep their usual routine as much as possible, and owners to rest assured their treasured pets are cared for as they would. About: I have had dogs for the past 30 years. I am an approved foster home for a pug rescue. I have rescued several dogs! The last two years, I have been a dog walker! The dog I recently rescued was a client I walked whose mom was disabled. She needed more care than her mom could give her. We bonded from the first walk, and I knew I could be her forever home! I have a blind/deaf pug as well. I do a lot of housesitting and dogsitting it’s always a joy! My home is on an acre. I have my own business out of my home, and so I am home all day and your pet will not be left alone! I am home all day running my health coach business. Pet care will keep me busy and your animal happy..and the resident dogs will love having playmates! I do have a portion of my yard fenced in so the dogs have lots of room to run and play and be dogs. Dogs are rarely crated unless they are used to that and the owner request that they have time in their crate. I am home the majority of the time. I work from home on a part-time basis so I am with the dogs the majority of the time. When the dogs come to my home, it is like they are on their own little vacation. They have a good time playing with the other dogs and go home tired.

About: I have always had dogs and cats and love animals sometimes more than people, LOL! I have retired from my business career and now getting to enjoy caring for your furry children. I am happy to walk your dogs and do whatever you need for them to be comfortable while you are away. I am currently working full time but will be retiring soon. At this time, I will be available to care for your furry friends on the weekends but in the coming year will also be available throughout the week. About: I’ve been pet sitting/farm sitting on a part-time basis for the last five years. This has now become full-time for me, and I really enjoy working with different pets of all shapes and sizes. I have experience with rabbits, horses, dogs, cats, chickens, and goats. I also am skilled in bathing, cleaning ears, and clipping nails for dogs and cats. “Sam is such a wonderful dog lover and knew exactly what our dog Dublin is like and how to introduce him to other dogs. We didn't know this prior the drop off, but she had a few other dogs in different sizes, including her own dog, so it was wonderful for Dublin to be able to play with them and socialize. Her house has a huge fenced yard, surrounded by a woody area, which I think was perfect for Dublin. This is just a one-time boarding opportunity, as we were traveling through the area, but we'd certainly board our dog with ther again if we could.”
“We left Iris, our choc lab, with Pam and Mike for 2 weeks while we traveled on the west coast. They sent daily pics of her romping in the yard with their dogs and playing in the dog pool. There is a big fenced in yard and a couple of mini horses in the area adjacent. She had a Great time and we will definitely call them again if we travel out of state.”
