I honestly don’t think Dodger realized he was being “boarded.” He thought he was on vacation with his new cousins, new uncles, and his new favorite person on earth (Dan 😆). From the minute we dropped him off, Jess was so reassuring and kind. She sent constant updates, pictures, and little stories that made my heart feel so much better. And not just “here’s your dog existing” pictures…NO. We’re talking: *Dodger cuddling her husband like they’ve been best buds for 10 years *Dodger snuggled up with her youngest like they were watching Saturday morning cartoons *Dodger and Tanner acting like long-lost brothers reunited *Dodger eating, relaxing, wagging his tail like a helicopter blade *Dodger getting a whole spa bath after rolling in the yard mud 😭💀 He even chewed through a Kong, which honestly deserves its own award. I warned her he was a super chewer, but I don’t think ANYONE was ready for him to destroy the “indestructible” toy. She just laughed and sent pictures like, “Welp, he’s having the time of his life.” 😂 The whole time she made sure I felt comfortable…even when my baby stole my phone and I panicked thinking I missed messages 😅 She was patient, flexible, and genuinely cared about him AND about us. Dodger came home happy, clean, tired, and FULL of love. His tail literally didn’t stop wagging the entire stay. And I’m pretty sure he thinks Jess’s house is his second home now…which I’m honestly fine with, because I know he’s safe and adored there. Jess and her whole family are wonderful, warm people. They treated Dodger like he belonged with them, and that’s all a dog mom could ever want. We will definitely be booking again (unless Dan steals him permanently 😂). Thank you, Jess, for loving our boy so well. About: I have been rescuing dogs and cats for the last 25 years with my husbands help. I love cuddling and loving on just about any animal. As of right now I have a Rottie/English Mastiff rescue named Demo and a calico rescue named MoMo. I frequently sit my granddog Kaito who is a Shepherd/Pyrenees. We briefly tried to live without animals and quickly realized that's no life to live. Pets have a special kind of love and affection you can't find anywhere else. I am currently working less than part time and my schedule is fairly flexible. I can fill in as needed usually with a few hours notice but do prefer at least 24 hours I cannot host any pets at my home as we are still not sure if my dog is reactive. I am more than willing to attend to your pet in whatever fashion you request in your home within reason.

About: I grew up on a 25 acre cow farm. As a child I had every pet imaginable. As a mother I allowed my children to experience owning pets. About: I had a border Collie for 17 years now an American shepherd for 1.5 years and he's fully trained already he's great just still a pup. Currently I work part time for an Amish company and I do morning pick ups and evening drop off with Thursday me being at the job all day. With time in advance I can move stuff around if need be. Im basically free all week during the times everyone is working. Well my dog i train and make sure he's behaving before he gets a reward. I don't always make him do stuff for tricks, but I practice commands daily and when it's not raining we go on walks, unfortunately he gets car sick so long drives aren't great for him still. As of right now I have a Rottie/English Mastiff rescue named Demo and a calico rescue named MoMo. I frequently sit my granddog Kaito who is a Shepherd/Pyrenees. We briefly tried to live without animals and quickly realized that's no life to live. Pets have a special kind of love and affection you can't find anywhere else. I am currently working less than part time and my schedule is fairly flexible. I can fill in as needed usually with a few hours notice but do prefer at least 24 hours I cannot host any pets at my home as we are still not sure if my dog is reactive. I am more than willing to attend to your pet in whatever fashion you request in your home within reason.

“Ashley & Jerrell were exceptionally kind & thoughtful, going the extra mile to help us board our dog on short notice during an emergency. Great communication throughout shifting circumstances and they were also very patient with my elderly mother. The only downside was that our dog was crated from 6:30am to 3:30pm while they were at work, but not unexpected.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t know how to explain this except: Jess is basically Dodger’s second family now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re looking for the type of sitter who treats your dog like FAMILY…like actual family…Jess is the one. I honestly don’t think Dodger realized he was being “boarded.” He thought he was on vacation with his new cousins, new uncles, and his new favorite person on earth (Dan 😆). From the minute we dropped him off, Jess was so reassuring and kind. She sent constant updates, pictures, and little stories that made my heart feel so much better. And not just “here’s your dog existing” pictures…NO. We’re talking: *Dodger cuddling her husband like they’ve been best buds for 10 years *Dodger snuggled up with her youngest like they were watching Saturday morning cartoons *Dodger and Tanner acting like long-lost brothers reunited *Dodger eating, relaxing, wagging his tail like a helicopter blade *Dodger getting a whole spa bath after rolling in the yard mud 😭💀 He even chewed through a Kong, which honestly deserves its own award. I warned her he was a super chewer, but I don’t think ANYONE was ready for him to destroy the “indestructible” toy. She just laughed and sent pictures like, “Welp, he’s having the time of his life.” 😂 The whole time she made sure I felt comfortable…even when my baby stole my phone and I panicked thinking I missed messages 😅 She was patient, flexible, and genuinely cared about him AND about us. Dodger came home happy, clean, tired, and FULL of love. His tail literally didn’t stop wagging the entire stay. And I’m pretty sure he thinks Jess’s house is his second home now…which I’m honestly fine with, because I know he’s safe and adored there. Jess and her whole family are wonderful, warm people. They treated Dodger like he belonged with them, and that’s all a dog mom could ever want. We will definitely be booking again (unless Dan steals him permanently 😂). Thank you, Jess, for loving our boy so well. He misses you all already! ❤️🐾 P.s thank you for being so accommodating and helpful with his bath, I loved getting to pick him up early and snuggle him with us the moment he came home🥹💕”

“McDuff stayed with Karen for 9 days. We received regular updates and reports on how he was adjusting to his surroundings. While we were gone, Karen sent photos and video showing McDuff’s interactions with other dogs at her home. She bathed him as he got really muddy while he stayed with her. When we picked him up, he was happy and content—glad to see us, but also he was still full of play with his new friends. Highly recommend!”
