She has a large room separate from her other cats that he stays in. She has cat trees and toys for him to play with, windows to look out and provides a litter box for him. I just have to bring his food! She will also administer medications if your pet needs it, since she has many years experience as a Vet Tech. She checks on him often and will play with him if he’s in the mood for it.”

About: Hi! I’m Julie. I grew up on a hobby farm surrounded by a menagerie of animals from a young age. Everything from chickens and goats to rabbits, cats, and dogs, and the occasional bit of wildlife, were welcome in my families home. As a high school student I became increasingly involved in agriculture and milked cows and cared for livestock. This turned into a love that led me to college in rural Maine where I earned a degree in Agriculture and Sustainability, all while working on a dairy farm each day. Currently, I homeschool my two children and am blessed with the ability to work from home. We live on a wooded property and have access to a small lake which is boarded by a wooded dirt road. Additionally, we have a small walking trail system directly on our property. We share our home with a Newfie doodle, Arlo, who is 1.5 years old, a Sulcuta tortoise, and a cat that lives under the bed. We have a large red deck with a fenced in space off of this for easy bathroom access and unleashed roaming space for your dog. I work from home and homeschool my children. Our days have built in flexibility and can be arranged to accommodate the needs of any pet staying with us. We enjoy time outdoors, and can often be found working remotely or “out schooling” from our backyard or a hiking trail. In our home, the pets are people too (and we will narrate their thoughts based on their expressions 🤪). Pets are allowed on the furniture and in all rooms. We have a large front porch for slow mornings and evenings that stretch well past sunset. We also have a large deck in the rear which has a fenced area off of it to allow plenty of space for unattended bathroom breaks or unleashed space to roam. I am pet CPR and First Aid Certified, so you can have comfort that I will know what to do in emergency situations for your pets. Will take real time photos of your pets to keep you updated while you are away. I am going to school for becoming a certified veterinary technician. So I feel my skills help me help people with their pets. I have done house calls for giving medication, nail trims, and pet sitting. I WILL NOT take care of your pet if they are aggressive or have bitten someone in the past. For unvaccinated pets I will not take care of them if they have bitten someone. No acceptions! ALL pets are prefered to be up to date on vaccines. I also require a meet and greet of your pets prior to any services so they get to know me and no complications arise, especially for house sitting. I will come to your house and do anything they would need, making it more comfortable for your pet. My husband and I both work from home and are home bodies. Someone is home 96% of the time. I can provide frequent potty breaks and accommodate any schedule your pup is on. About: I have cared for dogs and cats since I was a child. I have always had pets, and they were all family members. I went to school for Horse Husbandry. I have always been a horse person. We always had multiple animals in the house when my children were young. My dog, Nina recently passed at 17 and she had been my traveling companion all of her life. I have a natural love for animals that they can sense. I treat them as family, whether they are yours or mine. I will love them as my own. I am quite flexible as I am not currently working. That being said, I am not an early morning person. I usually am up before 9 though. I recently moved to Dancing Hen farm with my cats. They are strictly indoor cats until the spring. They are fed wet food twice daily and always have dry food. I feed Dilly, my step dog premium kibble with Freshpet, cheese, eggs, and chicken twice daily. She gets plenty of exercise on the farm. All of our pets are allowed to sit, sleep, nap wherever they want, including our bed and the tables. Everyone has a different style of living with with animal family, so I would do as you do with your furbaby.

I have experience with snakes, bearded dragons, rats , Guinea pigs and rats too I’ve watched various neighbors dogs for years and always focus on giving them a fun day since it’s really stressful when your a dog family leaves even for a few days. With notice I can easily modify my routine to make sure I’m there for your pet In my home I current have it parrot proofed. So we have no chemical or anything toxic that can easily be gotten into. I also make sure not to keep any toxic foods in the house as an extra level of precaution and know that you cannot leave them alone because you never know what any pet will get into especially when their routine is disrupted

About: I’ve taken care of my cat and dog for 8 years. I love to walk my neighbors dogs and create relationships with all types of animals. I currently work a full time job. i’m usually off two or three days a week and sometimes overnight so i’ll be available during the day. I can easily crate if your dog needed it. My neighbor is a dog friendly area. I can doors and windows locked and closed at all times.
About: I had only dogs for many many years and absolutely love dogs! I then moved abroad for the past 12 years and due to living in a building which allowed no dogs I decided instead to invest in a kitten.. Here we are, years later and I've become rather cat crazy! We have just moved here from the UK in mid 2024. Our 4 cats are the biggest part of our lives and as I work from home I am so attached to them! That freedom can also allow me to care for your pet as well and love them as if they were my own while you are away! For now I have decided to offer myself up to visit your home when you wish to feed, walk and play with your pets as well as those necessary litter box details if you have cats.. I am honest and dependable with a deep love for animals and for being kind and gentle. I won't just feed them and leave.. Whether you have dogs, cats or any other animal, I will spend some time with them, make sure they feel safe and warm and be your eyes and ears during your absence. I would be thrilled to send you photos or video or even a live face to face call with your pets. I am a southern boy raised by strong southern women and I absolutely will respect your home, property and pets. In the near future I will also offer a boarding option as well after I've settled in here in Danville. I am willing to travel a but out of the area if you need as well.
