They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! Jess was excellent with communication and sent daily updates and photos of the babies. I was able to fully relax and enjoy my vacation knowing they were in such good hands. About: I started back in 2010 with an adopted Cat who made such an amazing first “pet” that became family! After meeting my now husband, we adopted 2 beagle brothers who were 1.5 years old! Unfortunately one became very sick but we still have his brother who will be 12 this November! He loves car rides, treats, and walks around our neighborhood! I’m currently a stay at home mom which gives me plenty of time to spend with your furry family member! I teach my 4 year old son preschool and enjoy a lot of outside time to get our energy out! I have a very safe neighborhood with sidewalks to walk your pet. The neighborhood is also adjacent to our district school with a 2 mile walking path for all community members to use! I use this often to give both our dog and my children the ability to release energy in a safe space!

About: I've had a variety of pets in my life more often than not. Pets become family members and I want to be your pet's second family! Let me take care of their needs when you need time away on vacation or work prevents you from doing it. I'm willing to help in any way with senior pets and I have the energy to keep pace with your high energy pets. I am finishing my 24th year as a middle school teacher. If I have patience with high energy 5th graders, your pet will be a piece of cake! I am a 5th grade Science and Social Studies teacher. During the school year I am available for early morning check ins and any time after 4 pm. during the week. My weekends are open to fulfill your needs at any time. Between June 1st and August 14th my schedule to help you out is wide open. In your house it is your rules. I will follow whatever guidelines and directions you have for me. At my house, I am willing to crate or not. Whatever your preference. I do have a nice sized yard, but unfortunately it is only fenced in at my pool. I would have to supervise your pet in my yard.

Every night I spend at least 30 minutes tending to the care of our various animals, checking in on them and documenting feedings while taking note on any physical changes or abnormalities. The cats of course get more attention and more feedings, usually about 4 small meals spread throughout the day ranging from dry food to various wets foods.

“We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! We will definitely be calling again to have them watch our little fur baby!”

“Dawn is excellent! She was recommended by a friend and we were so pleased with the stay. We have 2 dogs with very different personalities, a bolder big dog who loves the outdoors vs a smaller house-centered dog that is cautious and timid. Dawn was comfortable with both personalities and within a day, the timid dog was thriving. The fenced in yard is great and she gave us frequent updates with pictures. It was a great experience!”
“Megan provided excellent and compassionate care for my American Bully, Kash while I was visiting the area from out of town. She communicated promptly and effectively and sent photos and updates throughout the weekend. I was so nervous having my pup boarded out of town for the first time, but felt that he was genuinely loved and cared for while there. After playing with Meagan's two dogs on her beautiful country property for a weekend, Kash returned to me safe, happy, and utterly exhausted!”
