About: I've had dogs in my life since I was in my 20s. I have crate and potty trained all my dogs. I have patience and compassion for dogs. I would often meet up with friends and family at house party gathering and dog park gatherings to socialize my dogs and to show them love, companionship, and that they are a member of the family not only a pet. I've kept and cared for dogs until there dying age and paid for there cremation. I am indeed a dog loving person. About: I have done plenty of dog sitting for friends, who go out of town, I currently am a cat owner, and understand the different behaviors between each. I would love to come play with/ walk your pup, or check in on the cats, top off any food or water, what ever the need is. I’m currently very available all day, and can come by to walk/play with your pup, or pop in on a cat to give it some attention. Even if it’s just to fill up a water bowl. About: When I was 8 my father surprised me with our first ever dog Harley! I fell in love instantly and am so grateful to have grown up with him in our family. When I grew older I took on more rolls taking care of Harley which gave me basic experience in pet care. When he was a senior dog I learned a lot through his medical issues like how to handle medicine and emergency vet visits. Our late dog, Dobby gave me puppy experience showing me how much time, care, and patience is needed for little pups. Anything you need for your dog I’m willing to do! “I cannot say enough great things about Alyssa! Our two doggos, Ava and Peyton, are two very unique pitties. Ava is 10 and is a nervous Nel who just likes to cuddle up and relax. Peyton is almost 3 and more like a wreck it Ralph. As worried as I was that Peyton would destroy their home or that Ava would have a heart attack, they ended up loving their stay! Not only that, but I could tell that they got exactly what they needed from Alyssa and her family because when we got home, Ava and Pey were spent. “We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! We will definitely be calling again to have them watch our little fur baby!”
