About: I've owned three dogs in the past 20 years. A greyhound (rescue), a border collie/retriever mix (rescue) and a chihuahua. Each one unique in their personality, energy level and needs, giving me a broad understanding of dog care. I recently retired and can't think of a better way to spend some of my free time, than with pups. I'm available M-F, and we could probably negotiate some weekends if needed. I love taking dogs for walks. We frequently walked our dogs at Kolapechka park and utilized the dog play areas. I could do the same for yours. Open to broadening my services to include overnight stays in my home once a bond/trust is developed between myself and your pet.

They are both trained to not run away, so I can have any other pets leashed and keep an eye on them without having to worry too much about my own pets. I can crate if needed/preferred.

“Our two dogs seemed to be at ease with Megan during a four hour "day care" at her residence. They came home happy, tired and healthy. I think that's a good sign. I met her two dogs and found them to be gentle and well-behaved. Although our dogs were with her for only a four hour stay that day, she still somehow managed to get nice, little walk in for them! About: I have taken care of all different types of animals growing up.I grew up with a household full of dogs, and have gotten the chance to have dogs of my own now. I have watched and did weekend house sitting for friends/family. I have experience with most dog breeds. I have watched/taken care of a Cane Corso, Neapolitan Mastiff, and many other larger dog breeds. I have a two year old 160 pound Great Dane named Atticus and a 45 pound pitbull mix that are my entire world. I have experience with animals with diabetes and special diets. I love the outdoors and taking adventures with fur babies. I love the outdoors regardless of the weather, looking to take so more walks! I mostly work nights, my daytime and weekends are completely free. I have a fenced in yard, with many trails around me. I always keep a close eye on dogs when outside even in a fenced in yard.

Our dog has a medical history (not a constant issue, but occasional issues) that we were upfront about and we really love that she has a veterinary background. She had no concerns about caring for our boy. When we went to pick him up, we could tell he (and the other dogs) was well cared for.”

Megan said she let them take their time getting to know the place and let them decide when they would be interested in being more social with the family. The girls seemed to do well and were happy and healthy when we came and got them. Also appreciated the flexibility on the drop off/pick up as we were beholden to airline schedules! About: I've owned three dogs in the past 20 years. A greyhound (rescue), a border collie/retriever mix (rescue) and a chihuahua. Each one unique in their personality, energy level and needs, giving me a broad understanding of dog care. I recently retired and can't think of a better way to spend some of my free time, than with pups. I'm available M-F, and we could probably negotiate some weekends if needed. I love taking dogs for walks. We frequently walked our dogs at Kolapechka park and utilized the dog play areas. I could do the same for yours. Open to broadening my services to include overnight stays in my home once a bond/trust is developed between myself and your pet.

About: I have had many pets since I was young and enjoy caring for them. I love all animals and look forward to meeting new animal friends! Currently a full time stay at home dad / part time paramedic. I have plenty of spare time to help out anyone who needs pet care assistance. I have a 1/4 acre yard unfenced that I let my dog and cat play around in. They are both trained to not run away, so I can have any other pets leashed and keep an eye on them without having to worry too much about my own pets. I can crate if needed/preferred.

What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. I could see my dog was happy, playful and tired. When I picked up my dog, Scott reviewed details with me what happened during my dog’s stay. I highly recommend Scott being your dog sitter.
