I volunteered for several years at Petco with Feline Finish Line, helping care for and socialize cats while they waited for their forever homes. About: We’re happy to follow any specific instructions you have for caring for your pets while they’re with us. If your animals are staying in our home, they’ll have access to a spacious yard where dogs can play and run freely. We also have a small dog and a cat who are well-socialized and have done well with other animals during previous stays. However, if any pets need to be separated for comfort or safety, our home is set up to accommodate that easily and without stress. Our main services include boards and drop ins. We also offer house sitting services; however, please note that we are not available for overnight stays at this time. We have a large, open yard where dogs can play and get plenty of exercise, as well as a designated playpen area in our basement for indoor fun and safety. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pet and your care expectations. No one knows your pet better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pet tick! Finally, me and Rosie love meeting new dogs and cats! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all. I believe that the cornerstone of any good stay is communication. For me, good communication begins before your pet comes under my care, as I love to get as much information about you and your pet right off the bat! Getting a good idea about your care expectations is just as important as learning about what makes your pup tick. With that information in mind, I like to start thinking as early as possible about what a dream stay would be! During the stay, I like to send regular updates with accompanying pictures, so you can see just how well your pet is doing while you’re away. In addition to pictures, I like to send detailed information on anything you need to feel in the loop—from behaviors to meals to exercise times. Going the extra mile is just what I do best! *For house pet sitting, I am a currently working in Pennsylvania and able to travel with my dog, who is dog/cat tolerant & house trained, to you for 2-3 day weekend stays within 5 hours of Lancaster,PA.
