“This was perfect for what I needed. We had no local friends or family that could take our cat. We were going to be away but he couldn't be at the house because we were having work done on it while we were gone. They took our cat into their home. I was surprised to see they had other cats when I arrived. But one question on the survey was if your pet does well with other cats, which he does, but cats tend to not be friendly with new cats initially so I was a bit worried they'd fight, but they had a separate area, a sun room that they allowed Sox to adjust in and during the week they had sent pictures of him being inside the home on the couch so obviously it was fine. I actually never met or dealt with Sarah only her Mom. Which I felt was odd. I was expecting the person pictured, the person I paid. Her Mom was lovely and clearly there were no issues and my cat was returned safely to me, I just felt it was odd the Sarah was sleeping or "resting because she works a lot" both times I was there. I didn't take any stars off my review for that, because again the service accomplished what I needed which was my cat to be cared for outside of my home.”
“We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! We will definitely be calling again to have them watch our little fur baby!”

About: Hi!! My name is Shana, I have 4 fur-babies of my own that my husband & I treat like our kids. We Celebrate their birthdays, get presents for Christmas and go on vacation with us. They have their own room and beds. My pups have lots of toys so you don’t have to worry about bringing any, as we can share!! We have a fenced in yard with plenty of running space and a screened in porch right at the entrance door (to the side of house) which leads out to the fenced in yard . I have had all sorts of animals throughout my life: chickens, rabbits, cats, goats, ducks & of course dogs, all thru sickness and health. About: Although I have had cats throughout my life, I always considered myself more of a dog person. Over time, however, my experiences have led me to appreciate both cats and dogs equally. I currently own four cats, including a former stray mother cat named Jasmine, who gave birth to her kittens in my apartment. After caring for the litter, we were able to find homes for four of the kittens and ultimately decided to keep one along with Jasmine. I also have my own cat Clemtine who I've had since 2022 and Pennywise, who is my friend's cat who sadly passed away. Raising and caring for them has deepened my appreciation for cats and strengthened the bond I have with them.

About: I've had dogs in my life since I was in my 20s. I have crate and potty trained all my dogs. I have patience and compassion for dogs. I would often meet up with friends and family at house party gathering and dog park gatherings to socialize my dogs and to show them love, companionship, and that they are a member of the family not only a pet. I've kept and cared for dogs until there dying age and paid for there cremation. I am indeed a dog loving person. I am currently taking care of my mom who has dementia 24/7 and I am home with her all day. The only days I'm out the house is when my mom or myself have a doctor's appointment. About: I have years of experience. i have had animals all my life and have taken care of all different kinds - turtles, sugar gliders, rabbits, ferrets, lizards, cats and dogs. i have had to take care of senior dogs, and of dogs that needed medications everyday for either seizures or for pain due to being hit by a car. I look out more for the animal than i do for myself it seems. I work from home, i can play or arrange services M-W til 3p, Th and Fri all day long, and the Weekends before 7a and after 3p they can be all mine. My home is not fenced in, however my dog is trained and comes when called and doesn't need a leash. If Dogs are coming to my home; they will require a leash and harness. Customers will advise on how animals needs to be serviced in there home.
About: I worked as a Lead-Kennel caregiver at a rescue for three years, I currently live/operate a family farm, and I currently work at PetSmart warehouse! I also took a course through Best Freight Animal Rescue in Utah to run my own sanctuary, visited the sanctuary in Utah, and completed my course and got a certificate to run/operate my own sanctuary! About: fostered 3 litters of kittens, pet sat for family friends with a dog and 2 indoor/outdoor cats, I have cared for a senior dog and also senior cats before. Im graduated from high school on summer break waiting to go off to college and looking for something to do with animals because I love them! “Amanda was extremely helpful, attentive, and reliable when we needed to board our doggie, Gastón. She was flexible in us bringing homemade food for the 4 days Gastón would be staying with her and she gave me all of his things back in pristine condition. On the evening of our pickup, our flight was delayed by close to 1 hour, which pushed back our pickup time. She was extremely understanding when we communicated this with her. We offered to pick him up the next morning, but she shared that she is fine with us picking him up late that evening, which we definitely really appreciated! Also, Gastón gets dirty faster than other breeds, but Amanda kept him clean and he came back to us in the same condition we brought him at the start of boarding. Last but not least, Amanda shared updates with us for all 4 days, sending us photos of our lovebug and letting us know how he was doing that day. It relieved a lot of anxiety for us while we were away. We are extremely grateful for all the careful attention Amanda paid to our pup and will definitely be leaving Gastón with her again!”
