“I had a great experience with Melissa and Angel! They sent photos and updates of my boys Bori and Shiloh. What a pleasure to leave my boys in great hands.🙌 I highly recommend!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Sharon. She’s an amazingly, caring woman who took exceptional care of Pia, my 14 year-old Shih Tzu in her home. And I encourage anyone else who wants a dog sitter - who takes small dogs, only one at a time, and is genuinely interested & attentive to your fur baby’s needs - book with Sharon. Highly recommend. I already have another trip planned, & Pia will be with Sharon in her lovely ranch home & fenced yard!”

“Gwen and family took such good care of Spencer. I love how happy he seemed when I picked him up. It’s clearly a safe and fun place for him to be. Thank you so much!”

“Thank you Emily for your exceptional care provided for Sprouty. Throughout your time, you consistently went above and beyond our expectations. The extra time you spent getting to know Sprouty's unique personality, quirks, and anxieties truly made a significant impact on Sprouty's well-being. The regular updates and pictures you provided were immensely reassuring and helped us feel connected to Sprouty, while we were away. Would recommend you to our friends and family and would definitely consider next time if we are in the area. Thank you.”

“Elaine was amazing! She kept me updated on Oreo’s care. She sent me photos. I felt happy to know that my dog was in great hands. Also, she had open availability. Which is great when you plan last minute trips. Highly recommend!!!”

“Very friendly and communicative. Sent photo updates. Very quick response time. Oakley seemed so happy to be there and got along with her family well. My dog had an uncharacteristic accident (pee) over night and Ana handled this without issue or frustration. She helped Oakleys settle in and feel comfortable so this didn’t happen again!”
“Monica was an awesome sitter for my mahina. She worked with my last minute booking, and was flexible when I needed an extension. I adored the pictures she sent us while I was away. I whole heartedly recommend Ms. Monica as a 5 star sitter.”

“David is Wonderful, pets , sitter He care with attention to details, follow up , professionalism, and love . We were gone for a week and he gives the best care to my two dogs . He updated us with a beautiful pictures .. thank you David”

“Laura is a all around loving mother, she treated my Son (pet doggie) Noel as family. Her sensitivity and patience calmed my dog's separation anxiety. He adjusted easily, as her kids and husband showed him love and caring. She was a wonderful responsible boarder. I will definitely use her services again. My Heartfelt Thanks Again to Laura, her Husband and Kids. A Big Kiss from Noel to All. God Bless Always.”

“I had used Jahada once before in the past. I had no issues or problems with her or her care for my dog. Rocky is a pit bull and not too many people are comfortable with them because they do have a bad wrap. I was super excited to know that she was available the week of my trip! He was very happy to see her. Because of our history I was able to enjoy myself knowing he’s in good hands. He was returned to me very happy and playful. She is very kind and thoughtful and even sent updates and photos throughout my trip which was very considerate and soothing. I’m sure I will be reaching out to her again in the near future!”

“For the first time in a long time, my family and I took a vacation out of the country. I was especially worried about our dogs as we've taken them with us whenever we've gone on a trip and they wouldn't be able to go with us this time. I found Marleny and Luis as a first time Rover user and was relieved that they were able to care for our two dogs while away. We had a meet and greet, and a few day visits leading up to the trip and all went well. The dogs were with them for 8 days and my heart was at peace knowing they were being cared for in their home. I sent rationed food, treats, beds and instructions for eye drops and daily supplements. Marleny did not hesitate and accommodated all my requests. I'm very happy to have found a caring home and caretakers. We will be planning more vacations knowing we have a reliable and caring option for Ella and Diesel.”

“Johanny did a wonderful job caring for our Honey while we were on vacation. When we brought her there, her home was welcoming and set up to care for our dog. We received photos and videos. When we came to pick her up, she was shampooed, and even had a little bow in her hair. I would definitely leave our dog in her care again and highly would recommend her.”

“Jason and Brit are so sweet. They treated my Cayenne like their own. And they really seem to know all the personalities of the dogs they care for. Can’t say enough good things about them. We will use them again for sure!”

“I have never met a dog sitter as kind, loving, wise, and experienced in providing the very best care for dogs as Yoko. She treats people with the same warmth and kindness as well. Her husband is also a truly wonderful person. They took care of our elderly dog, and when his condition suddenly worsened, they gave him the most attentive and compassionate care without ever sparing their time or effort. From the bottom of our hearts, we are so grateful that we entrusted our beloved dog to Yoko. Yoko and your husband, thank you so very much.”

“Jazmine (and her boyfriend Norman) took wonderful care of our 12-year-old black Lab, Judy, who is a cancer survivor and a bit particular—sweet, but needy and not a fan of other dogs. Jazmine cared for her in her home, made sure she had her morning medicine, and sent us daily updates with snuggle photos that made us feel completely at ease. Judy was clearly loved and beautifully looked after. Warm, professional, and trustworthy—highly recommend.”

“Leila and her two kids did a great job taking care of my 7 year old Yorkie x Bichon Frise baby Toto. I know that Toto was a bit of a handful since she missed her mom while she was staying with Leila for 2 nights. Leila even gave her a bath when it was needed. Would definitely recommend.”

“Yuli and her family were amazing and welcomed Buddy into their family with open arms. We got tons of updates, pictures and videos and it was clear he was so happy and relaxed with them. I appreciate them so much and will definitely use her again!”

“Autumn did a great job! She gave attention to all 5 cats, fed them and played with them. One cat needed a pill and the other an insulin injection. She did great and we would have her sit for us again!”

“Autumn is reliable and good with my older kitty who takes a daily pill. When our flights kept getting canceled for days after our vacation, she was kind enough to continue the visits until we got home. We appreciate you, Autumn!”

“Repeat customer here. Gwen was a huge help with my 16 year old cat Polly. While away, we got a notification that our power went out. It was easy to get in touch with Gwen through the Rover App to discuss the situation. She made sure Polly was safe and secure during the outage and even asked if there was anything else she could do for us during her drop in visit. I’m so glad that Gwen was available to watch Polly while we were away; I could rest assured that Polly was in good hands.”

About: I’ve taken care of neighbors’ dogs and my own dog for the past several years. My experience has included walking, bathing, and overnight house sitting care. I have also taken care of cats overnight. I am a college student, home for the summer. I am looking to help any time I am needed on a weekly basis until mid-late August when I return to college. I prefer not to do overnight care for longer than two nights at a time. I will also be working around my preexisting babysitting clients. I am comfortable with all types of dogs and cats, as I have experience with many different sizes and breeds. I always provide updates to my clients as needed and attentive care to the pets I look after.

“Kerry was very pleasant to work with. She was professional and on time for her visits and did a great job. It was comforting knowing she was there to care for my cats while I was away.”

“As always, Marisa is the best! You will feel very at ease leaving your fur babies knowing how compassionate, communicative, and professional she is. We would recommend Marisa to anyone!”

About: While I adore all animals, cats have a special place in my heart (I have a senior one of my own who, of course, runs the house). Since I was a baby, we have always had them. I meet each cat exactly where they are and I respect their autonomy and little quirks. I’m just as happy to give them space as I am to offer affection. I’m experienced with day-to-day cat care including feeding routines, litter box maintenance, and administering medications when needed :)

“Excellent experience with Morgan. She is extremely professional, flexible and communicated very well. She helped us when I was not home during the day time and walked our puppy several times. Morgan will be our first choice going forward.”
“Thank you Christine for sitting my kitties and all the pictures you sent with your updates. Christine was quick to respond back when I sent the request. She came over for a meet and greet before I left. Christine was very welcoming very friendly.”

“I’ve booked Olivia several times for check-in’s and she is very reliable and always comes through for us in a pinch! Great communication and of course Sully loves her - Thanks Olivia!”

“Jenna communicates so well! Inga is a rescue who had a rough 2 years as a pup. It has taken Inga 14 years of TLC from us to get to where she is - lovable and sweet. Jenna is experienced and knows how to approach Inga and win her over her affection. Kudos to Jenna❣️”
“Alexandria was amazing with our girls. She showed up on time and happy to see the girls. She is very dependable and communicated with us. We would definitely use her services again.”

“Veronica was great with Stanley! She was on time with all of her check-ins and provided thorough updates. I would absolutely work with Veronica again and would certainly recommend her to a friend. As an added bonus, she is an excellent pet photographer.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, horses, goats, cows, chickens, any animals you can imagine since I was young. I was a professional dog trainer with a company for 3+ years and have had every breed imaginable with me throughout the years teaching them to be good pups through board and trains and lessons. All of my family and friends trust me with their animals and I know how hard it can be to leave them behind, with me I can update with pictures and videos so you can see how great of a time they’re having! I currently work M-T 10 hour days. Which soon may change, but that leaves me 4 days to help you out for weekend trips and adventures I have a semi fenced in yard, with room to run around, and all through town to go for walks! I have a super friendly dog, Luna, who loves the company. I have ruffland kennels and wire crates if your dog would need to be crated during their stay. And with my past dog training experience I am also able to work on any issues you may have with your pup while you’re gone!

About: I’m David, a dedicated Pet Pawtrait Photographer 🐾📸 and the owner of Charlie’s Pet Pawtraits & Boutique in the Lehigh Valley, PA. Caring for dogs isn’t just a job for me—it’s a heartfelt passion inspired by my beloved pup Charlie, who was with me for over 11 wonderful years. Losing him was tough, but it left me with an abundance of love 💙 I’m eager to share with other dogs through both personalized care and capturing their spirit through photography. I offer a boutique, home-like dog care environment 🏡 where I never take in more than 1–3 dogs at a time, ensuring your dog receives plenty of one-on-one attention, playtime in our spacious indoor gallery, and adventures on the nearby D&L Trail as well as numerous local parks 🚶🌳🐕. Your dog’s comfort, happiness, and peace of mind are my top priorities—I treat every pup as if they were my own family. I’m also a proud dad to a mature 9-year-old who lovingly helps me care for dogs, adding to the warm and nurturing atmosphere 👧❤️. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, a calm senior, or anywhere in between, I’m patient and adaptable to their needs. As a special thank you for choosing my care, I’ll send you beautiful photos of your dog enjoying their stay—and if you’d like, high-quality non-watermarked downloads of these photos are available upon request 🎁✨. This way, you get to see just how happy and comfortable your pup is during their time with us! In addition to care, I offer pet portrait sessions either in my studio or at your favorite location—and many pet owners enjoy choosing one of our recommended local spots near the studio for a special outing and photoshoot 🎞️🐶. I’m excited to meet your pup and provide a personalized, loving experience that truly sets us apart from typical kennel-style sitters. As the owner of our pet photography boutique and photography studio 🐾📸, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate quality time to caring for your pet. Whether it’s a weekday or weekend, I prioritize making sure every pup in my care feels loved and well attended to 💙. My 9-year-old daughter, who is mature and gentle 👧❤️, is often excited to help out and meet new furry friends, adding to the loving, family-like environment. Pet care is truly integrated into our daily life and brings so much joy to both of us 😊. This balance allows me to provide personalized attention, plenty of playtime 🐕🎾, and peaceful rest moments for every dog, while also continuing to grow my photography passion and business. Your pets will be treated with the same love and care I gave my own beloved pup 🐕❤️—a love that was abundant and unconditional. I create a safe, nurturing environment 🏡 where every dog feels comfortable, valued, and truly at home. I look forward to meeting your furry family member and providing them with attentive, compassionate care that puts their well-being first 🐾😊.
“Astrid was amazing with our 10 month old, high energy puppy! Our boy was visibly sad leaving her home and is already set up for his second day care visit. We're so glad to have found Astrid! Thank you Astrid for taking such good care of Loki!”

About: I’m Jenn, thanks for visiting my profile! I’ve been a dog mom for 8+ years, but caring for other people’s pets for double that. I have watched up to 6 dogs at a time in one household. I volunteer and have fostered through Brindle Buddies and Friends. My experiences with dog sitting and volunteering has exposed me to a variety of ages, stages, breeds and sizes! It’s always important to me that when caring for someone’s pets, I am honoring their usual rituals (training, feeding, etc), treating them with love and providing adequate play and exercise! My own dogs have equipped me in other ways as well having trained them both through local dog training facilities and needed to administer medication when needed. My first dog had several behavioral issues that needed constant attention. I am easy going, empathetic and honest. I am a stay-at-home mom as well as a travel agent that works from home on my own accord. I also have access to childcare some days/times of the week which can open me up to fully devote my attention to your pet. In home: I have a very large yard. My dog is contained using an invisible fence. When we host dogs (play dates or dog sitting), we use a 25+ ft tie out that is securely attached to a tree. The tie out creates an opportunity for safe, supervised play with my dog (55 lb mix, 2.5 y/o female), the ability to roam a decent amount of the yard to explore or go potty, or chill in the yard/on my deck. I also live across from a huge park with a track and several nature trails that gives me the opportunity to provide walks of varying distances. My house is two floors, with most of the living happening downstairs as upstairs we only use that space as a guest room and a fitness/gaming studio. My dog gets crated when we leave the house. If your dog is crate trained, this would be my preference for maximum safety and security but I am completely comfortable (if you are) with them having free roam or being isolated in one room; this is only for leaving the house. I would prefer for your dog to sleep where they usually sleep at home. Dog bed, in our bed, couch, crate, etc. In house, of course we will play however they like! Offering toys, bones, chasing games, etc. Whatever you're comfortable with and they enjoy. Clients' home: I will adhere to any requests and boundaries you make. I am comfortable to play, walk, feed, let out, etc.

“Renata has been great so far in watching our 9 week old puppy while I work during the day! He comes home sleepy sometimes so we know he's getting enough playtime! We will definitely continue to use her when needed.”

“Bianka was a lifesaver! We needed a place for Khyber to go for a few hours while we took the kids to crayola and she came to our rescue and sent tons of photos of Khyber having the best time at her home. If you ever need a doggy sitter in the Easton area we would totally recommend her ?.”

I previously managed and worked in luxury animal care and boarding, where I cared for dogs with a wide range of routines, temperaments, dietary needs, medications, and specialized care requirements. This background has made me deeply attentive to animal behavior, safety, routines, comfort, and compassionate care. I’m attentive, patient, dependable, and very tuned into each animal’s individual personality and needs. Whether a pet is energetic and playful or shy and sensitive, I take time to help them feel secure, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding routines, bathing, senior pets, medications, multi-animal households, and providing calm, attentive day-to-day care. “Melissa is the most caring and kindest Roverer I’ve ever worked with! She understands dogs, super confident with handling and they have a great time. She has very respectful little ones who my dogs loved playing with. She’s the perfect location for anyone headed to the casino for the day! Book her time with your buddy - you won’t be disappointed and they won’t either!”

“Pamela is an incredibly kind person who took such great care of my dog. I was genuinely amazed when I went to pick him up—he seemed like he wanted to stay with her, as if they’d known each other for years. It was such a profound and touching moment. I’m really grateful to have met Pamela, and I feel so at ease knowing I can trust her with my pup.”

“Emily is wonderful. I had my first puppy for less than 1 month when my work schedule demanded that I work a Saturday all day and night. I found Emily on Rover.com and trusted my instinct that she would be a great puppy sitter, for my puppy ...and for me. Before finding Emily I feared I'd spend 9 hours worried about my dog, and the day/ night would drag on feeling like forever. Thanks to Emily I had no worries whatsoever! I loved seeing the photos and video she sent, further boosting my confidence my dog was happy, healthy, safe and in the best of care. Please if you are seeking any services for dog sitting/ care, know that Emily and her household (her dogs, animals, and husband) are trustworthy, responsible, and the best! This coming from an over anxious first time puppy owner who was a complete stranger to Emily before luckily finding her on this website. I decided on utilizing Emily over friends/ family because of her knowledge and experience. Im so glad I did, it was the best choice. Thanks so much Emily, and I'll 100% be reaching out for future puppy care again! :)”

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by both cats and dogs, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I have one (spoiled) cat who has been my best friend since I was 10. I regularly cat sit for family and friends and dog sit for my grandparents, so I’m comfortable with different personalities, and care needs. Whether your pet is playful, shy, cuddly, or independent.. I’ll make sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away! I work as a night shift nurse (7pm–7am) and typically work three consecutive nights during the week. On workdays, I am available for at most 2 drop-ins between shifts, depending on distance and timing. On my days off (usually 3–4 days a week), I have full availability for visits, care, walks, and extended time with your pet. My schedule is consistent, and I’ll always communicate clearly about availability in advance. I follow each pet’s routine as instructed, including feeding, litter care, walks, medications, and any specific quirks. I focus on keeping things consistent so they feel as comfortable as possible.
About: I’ve been a Dog Mom for 16 years. I’ve also been entrusted to dog-sit multiple neighbors’ dogs, including a wolf/Husky hybrid named Loki; 2 “pitbull” mixes, Dicey and Scooby; and a GSD/Lab mix named Mya who has regular sleepovers at my house. I have experience giving dogs oral, drop, injectable, and subcutaneous IV medications. I take care to pay attention to the temperature outside and a dog’s needs and adjust walks accordingly (no walking on hot asphalt, make sure dogs with no undercoat are suitably dressed in cold weather, etc.). I’m a firm believer in letting dogs experience the world around them through smell, and allow them to sniff to their nose’s content on walks. If your dog is prone to pulling, please have a suitable harness available for use. (I highly recommend PetSafe EasyWalk harnesses.) NO prong, choke, or shock collars! I look forward to meeting you and your pup!! I work from home and my hours are flexible, so I am able to arrange my work schedule around the needs of you and your dog(s)! I always ensure that your dog’s collar/harness and leash are secure so they won’t slip out on a walk. I bring poop bags on every walk, and a water thermos and bowl on longer walks. Food, potty breaks, and medicine administration can all be given at drop-ins. I have experience giving oral medications, eye drops, injections, and sub-q IV drips to my own dogs, and can do so for yours as well with as much care and love as if they’re my own.

What sets me apart is how much I genuinely care, I treat every pet like my own. I make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and routine so they feel happy and stress free. I’m currently in school, but I have a consistent and flexible routine that allows me to provide reliable pet care. I’m available for mornings, afternoons, and evenings depending on the day, as well as weekends. I always make sure to plan ahead so each pet gets the time, attention, and consistency they need. I always prioritize a safe, calm, and clean environment for every pet. In a client’s home, I carefully follow all instructions to maintain the pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, litter box care, and any special needs. I currently have two dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. I also help care for my elderly dog with special needs, giving me experience with senior pets who require extra patience, attention, and gentle care. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or simply lots of cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I’m currently a student who is mostly remote. I have a very open summer schedule thanks to my summer break. I’m available weekdays and weekends. Or message me if you are in a pinch and I can try and accommodate you! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I understand how important it is to maintain your pet’s routine, so I’ll follow your instructions closely to help them feel relaxed and at home. Whether that includes daily walks, feeding on a specific schedule, administering medications, bathing, playtime, or simply spending quality time together, I’ll make sure they receive the attentive care they deserve.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 10. From our family cats and dogs, I’ve learned everything from training to grooming and even helping cats give birth. I got my own personal dog at the age of 20 where I had to train him from the very beginning . It was difficult at times but very rewarding. Seeing him being able to listen and obey even in stressful situations gives me joy… I work part time so I am home more often than I’m away . This allows me to take care of my animals and continue their training. If I’m staying in your home, I will do my utmost to take care of your pet and make sure he has an amazing time. I know being away from your animal can be stressful and frightening so my only concern is making sure that you and your pet is as comfortable as possible. So when you come back, your pet is happy and relaxed to see you. I will follow your instructions when it comes to taking care of your pet and if for some reason, there is a change I will let you know immediately.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats in my life for 21, helping to raise and train them from 8 weeks old to crossing the rainbow bridge. I have my bachelor’s degree in Animal Behavior and I’m excited to take care of your pets! I have a decent amount of free time with my work schedule, giving me time to walk your dogs and give them all the love they deserve! I work 12 hour shifts two or three days at a time. I have cared for many friends’ furry friends as well as having worked in a doggy daycare. Your pet’s safety is my top priority while creating a trustworthy bond with you and your pet.

About: I currently work at a veterinary clinic. I have been around all kinds of animals all my life. Currently I have a dog (Jaxson), 4 cats (Ozcar, Jazabel, Joey, and Dustin), a bearded dragon (Dreki), and a horse (Andy). I have been riding horses for most of my life. I have volunteered and worked for many different animal groups. I have also founded a nonprofit animal rescue. I am off every Sunday and alternating Saturdays. I am available fir drop ins most evenings any time after 6pm and Wednesdays any time after 3pm. I will provide a loving and patient environment for your pet. My years of experience have shown me the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to animals, so I can handle anything. I can also offer assistance in training, medicating, and grooming.
About: Ive been a sitter on Rover since 2023! I’ve had a dog since I was 10. She was a chihuahua named Midnight. Since then my family has adopted dogs and cats so I enjoy taking care of both. I am currently a student, but I do have a mix of online and in-person classes which provides me with enough time to sit your pups! At my apartment building, we have an enclosed doggy park in our parking lot area. It is the perfect place for play and potty time for your pup!

“I had a great experience with Melissa and Angel! They sent photos and updates of my boys Bori and Shiloh. What a pleasure to leave my boys in great hands.🙌 I highly recommend!”

“Kim was incredibly concerned about my dog, Laila. I neglected to inform her about my dog’s open wound, and she kindly offered to take her to my veterinarian. That’s the kind of caring and attentive caregiver I look for, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a great caregiver.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Matthew as our dog sitter! Our dog had an absolute blast playing with his pups, and it was clear he felt right at home. Matthew kept us updated regularly with adorable pictures and status updates, which made us feel so at ease while we were away. Both my husband and I were extremely satisfied with the care Matthew provided, and we would absolutely trust him with our dog again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better first boarding experience. This was our puppy’s first time away from home, and we were definitely nervous, but Michael made us feel so comfortable from the very first meet & greet. He sent pictures and updates every single day, which really put our minds at ease. When she unexpectedly started going into heat, Michael didn’t hesitate. He even bought diapers so we wouldn’t have to stress after getting back from the airport. That meant so much to us. She did great in his care. We’ll absolutely be booking with Michael again!”

“Bella is usually stressed whenever she stays away from home but she was fine when home She is easy to care for because she spends most of her time resting in the warmest place she can find but I appreciate the extra care to get her to eat”

“Carole was great. My dog, Liam was so happy there. He made new friends with his stay. Her dogs were welcoming to Liam. Carole was great with communication and updating me with photos and videos. Highly recommend.”

“Shantel pulled through for us on a last minute boarding. Kai seemed to enjoy her best life at Shantell's based on the pictures we got back. Great communication, would choose her again if we needed to.”

“My dog had an excellent time staying in Carole’s home while I was working. She has a beautiful home with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Would definitely recommend!”
