One of my dogs is a coonhound and she spent lots of time making sure he got plenty of enrichment and "hound time". My other dog has not historically been the friendliest around smaller kids, but I don't know what kind of magic she worked because he was accepting belly rubs, interacting playfully, and having a great time. About: While I am currently unemployed and staying at my parents home, our family dog (Havanese) of 17 years recently passed away in February 2026. Now that my mother is retiring this summer, we wish to fill the empty home, and our combined newly gained free time, with some furry friends! For in-home boarding we will be a mother-son team with pretty wide open schedules to care for our furry guests, and will provide a great big house and yard in a great pet-friendly neighborhood for them to enjoy! I can also sit at your home if that is more convenient for you and the pet. My parents dog recently passed away at the age of 17. While I was living with them I helped to raise and care for her throughout the years. I thankfully and gratefully have always had dogs to care for throughout my entire life, from as a young child all the way to just recently with the passing of our most recent dog in February 2026. Someone is always home with your dogs but could be crated if needed. At your home if I watch your animals, I am very trustworthy and follow directions to a tee. About: We have been around animals our whole lives. Adam grew up on a farm and Haley had dogs, cats, and birds. We currently have two golden retrievers and two cats. I'm currently working a shift evening schedule on Thursday-Saturday, so I have plenty of time during the traditional work week to look after your pets! I have a fenced yard and would love to spend time with your dog or cat! I would love to play games with your pet, take them on walks, and will be incredibly watchful over them to make sure they don't get into trouble.
About: My love and passion for animals of all shapes and size has been visible from a young age. I will be attending Vet Tech Institute this summer, so I promise that your fur-baby will be my #1 priority! I will treat not only you, but your furry friend with the upmost compassion and respect! When I am in your home, I will treat your property, but most importantly, your dog with the absolute most respect. I will tend and cater to your pup's needs as directed and needed. I will treat your furry-friend as if they were my own and continuously spoil them during our time together!
About: I had numerous dogs growing up and currently have one of my own, Finley, a Goldendoodle; I adore looking after pets and others. Dogs of all energy levels are welcome as I have a large yard, great for playtime, and plenty of space to accommodate others. Plenty of experience with medicines and special needs animals, too. Routine is key with time management to make sure there’s adequate time for play and adventure. Every morning starts with a walk, and I typically take my own pet to the park twice a day. My home has an enclosed backyard with ample space to run around. When house/petsitting, I’ll always ensure pets are on a leash before exiting to run errands or go for a walk.

One of my dogs is a coonhound and she spent lots of time making sure he got plenty of enrichment and "hound time".
