“Leo especially happy to sit with Agnes and purr purr purr. They both are happy to see her when she visits. She does everything they need, even a barf clean up. Video proof of their contentment. Major change in plans. Surgeon said to expect 4 weeks recovery and in patient rehab. Good She's chief Dr said I was ready to discharge and could do rehab at home with visiting therapists and nurses. So, I have to cancel the rest of Agnes's visits. Certainly if unable to take care of myself and cats, I will rebook”

We have a dedicated eating area for the dogs to eat. Dog walking is usually 20-30 mins for a small breed and 30-40 mins for a large breed. We also assess the behavior during our walk with the dogs and try to improve them as appropriate with a positive reinforcement.

About: I have many years of experience with animals. As a teenager I worked at a vet for about a year were I helped clean kennels, take dogs out for walks as well as feed and clean up after them. I have also had my own pets since I was very young. Including dogs and cats as well as rabbits and hamsters. I know how heartbreaking it is to have to keep your pets inside alone all day while having to work or are going away and need some reliable to help with them so me being able to help you and them is something I want to be able to do. I have 2 dogs that are my other babies. While I’m home I’m constantly taking them outside for walks when I can as well as playing with them. My beagle is a cuddly girl so we definitely spend some time lounging around and cuddling on the couch as well.

About: As a dedicated dog mom to two big boys — Tucker (95 lb Pitbull) and Roman (75 lb Boxer) — I understand that every pet has unique needs. Tucker has skin allergies, so I’m experienced with special care routines, and Roman has focal seizures and requires medication every 12 hours, which has made me very comfortable administering meds and staying attentive to health changes. I grew up with a Miniature Schnauzer, Snuggles (14 wonderful years), and our cat, Cuddles (18 years), so caring for animals has truly been a lifelong part of who I am. I treat every pet like family and know how important it is to have someone trustworthy, patient, and loving looking after them. I have open availability for anytime of day. She was communicative and very flexible when my trip was unexpectedly extended and even worked with my later pickup time. The only thing I’d suggest is confirming any requirements (like rabies certificates) earlier in the process to avoid last-minute stress. “Joan was a great sitter for our baby, Nimer. I loved receiving daily updates on how he was doing as well as pictures and videos. We chose the boarding option, and Nimer had the best time at Joan's house, sleeping on her bed, playing in the cat tunnels, and climbing the cat trees. He also got along so well with her ferrets! Her house is free of any harmful products and is a safe space for just about any pet. Nimer will definitely be coming back when we go on our next trip. Highly recommend!”
