About: I've basically been owned by cats my entire life. I grew up with them, have shared my home with them throughout my adult life, and have happily accepted that I exist primarily to serve their every whim. These days, my household is run by three feline bosses: Ellie, my sweet 9-year-old, and two mischievous 1-year-old brothers, Merlin and Gandalf. About: I've had dogs in my life since I was in my 20s. I have crate and potty trained all my dogs. I have patience and compassion for dogs. I'm willing to help in any way with senior pets and I have the energy to keep pace with your high energy pets. I am finishing my 24th year as a middle school teacher. If I have patience with high energy 5th graders, your pet will be a piece of cake! I am a 5th grade Science and Social Studies teacher. During the school year I am available for early morning check ins and any time after 4 pm. during the week. My weekends are open to fulfill your needs at any time. Between June 1st and August 14th my schedule to help you out is wide open. In your house it is your rules. I will follow whatever guidelines and directions you have for me. At my house, I am willing to crate or not. Whatever your preference. I do have a nice sized yard, but unfortunately it is only fenced in at my pool. I would have to supervise your pet in my yard.

While we don’t have a fenced yard, I prioritize frequent walks, outdoor time, and supervised potty breaks to ensure dogs stay active and engaged. We also have a friendly, goofy, and welcoming Golden Retriever who loves having dog friends and helps new pups feel comfortable quickly. I focus on consistency, safety, and making sure every dog feels at home, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care is part of my daily routine, not an afterthought. I’m available to board your dog or provide care for a few hours, depending on your needs. I’m fully available on weekends, and I also work from home on Mondays and Fridays, allowing me to give your dog consistent attention and companionship on those days as well. I usually take our dog out every four hours. But depending on your dog needs, i can adjust.Depending on your pups needs, i can keep them separate from our dog or keep them together. I am flexible.
