I'm comfortable with caring for all dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. I'd love to send you photos and updates if you would like so you know how things are going while you are away. I can't wait to meet your furry friend! I'm home most of the day, so your pet won't be left alone for long stretches. I absolutely love taking walks so we will be doing plenty of those. If your pet needs a specific feeding or potty schedule, just let me know and I'll stick to it. Our yard isn't fenced, so your dog will go out on leash for walks and potty breaks several times a day. My Dog is super friendly and always up for a new friend. If your pup prefers quiet time or needs a crate to decompress, I can absolutely make that happen as well. She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. Plus, she ensured Mavis got plenty of playtime – she understood Mavis's playful side. I was impressed by how Crystal helped Mavis and Sushi become friends. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication. She followed instructions, such as giving Ollie his enrichment toy and taking him outside. During the visit, there was an accident in the playpen that was not communicated to me and wasn’t fully cleaned up, and I also noticed Ollie’s water dish was empty. I appreciated her kindness and willingness to help, but I would have liked clearer communication about how the visit went. That said, she was good with Ollie and he really liked her.”

I do not take those types of liberties with your pets. We will instead turn a corner, cross the street, come back the way we came, or I politely inform them that ‘this is not my dog’, ‘we don’t have time today’, etc.

I spend most of my time at home while studying. I would love to take care of our furry friends, while I have plenty of time to devote to their care. I have a fenced in yard and two dogs that would be friendly or can be put upstairs. I am available at any time, day or night, to care for their well-being. About: I have been caring for animals since I was a baby. I have had numerous family dogs and just this past summer I rescued and nursed an abandoned kitten. Pets have been involved in my life for more than I can remember and they truly make life better. I am also involved in an organization called Project Paws that works to promote adopting animals and supporting animal shelters. About: I grew up taking care of pets for neighbors and family, and have had many of my own. At home now, I have our dog Kona and a bearded dragon named Norbert, plus two kids. I'm comfortable with caring for all dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. I'd love to send you photos and updates if you would like so you know how things are going while you are away. I can't wait to meet your furry friend! I'm home most of the day, so your pet won't be left alone for long stretches. I absolutely love taking walks so we will be doing plenty of those. If your pet needs a specific feeding or potty schedule, just let me know and I'll stick to it. Our yard isn't fenced, so your dog will go out on leash for walks and potty breaks several times a day. My Dog is super friendly and always up for a new friend. If your pup prefers quiet time or needs a crate to decompress, I can absolutely make that happen as well. I will go over your dogs preferences when I get a chance to talk with you. I'm more than happy to make accommodations to fit your pets needs.

About: Work from home, so have the time to dedicate to the care of your pet. Also have a large yard with electronic fencing, can pamper your pets as much as allowed. I work from home so can pet sit and ensure the pets are well taken care of. About: I've walked dogs, as well as watched them while the owners were away since I was little. I don't currently own any larger animals, but I have always handled them. Any dog wouldn't be an issue I currently could fill pretty much any need! I have a few hours of every day that I am busy, but I can be available pretty much anytime! I have an unfenced in yard that I would keep the dog leashed within, but I also know many of the dog friendly hiking trails within the Altoona area. I would be will to do whatever your most comfortable with!
