About: I have owned dogs and cats since 1985 and was on a K9 Search and Rescue team for 18+ years so I have worked with all types of dogs and have a lot of experience with training. I currently work outside the home M-F 9-5 but can work from home upon request. Weekends I am home the majority of the time and spend most of my time hanging out with my own dogs (two labs) I have hosted a variety of dogs in my home including corgis, labs, goldens, frenchies, pitties, mals, and other assorted breeds. I treat everyone's pets just like my own - lots of treats, snuggles, couch naps, and of course sleeping on the bed if they want. Both of my labs are extremely friendly and love pretty much all dogs, but I do have experience sitting some dogs who preferred to be separate from my boys via either baby gates or kennels (depending on what the dog is comfortable with). I have a large fenced in backyard and a smaller fenced in front yard. The backyard has a doggie door that allows the dogs to go in and out at will, although when I am not home, I do not give any dogs access to the yard (even my own dogs as a safety issue).
“10/10 Jamie was AMAZING from booking to pickup! She was gracious through our need to book last minute (which nobody enjoys having to rush to find a dog sitter, so this was greatly appreciated). She took time to ask questions and fill us in on their process of handling a guest dog in their home. Her home is beautiful (I said I wanted to take his place being boarded there lol), it looks like actual doggy heaven. She sent videos and pictures that made our hearts so happy while out of town, and we could visually see how great she treated our little guy (who can be difficult to say the least). They treated our dog as if he were a part of their family in a short period of time and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found her! Oh and a bonus was after we picked our little guy up he behaved SO WELL, like way better than usual…..I think he was missing Jamie, her family, and her dog ❤️ You cannot go wrong with booking with her!”

Dogs during these 2 services do not need to be good with small children as my child will not be with me. “WOW! What can I say about Gina and her family.... 5 Star A+ experience, Again! This was my second time leaving my pups with Gina and her family. Last year they had a great experience, and this year was more of the same. They immediately reconognized Gina and were soooo happy to see her again. We were in town working a vendor event and Gina and her family cared for my babies while I was working. I got regular updates about their feeding, pooping and playing. She took them on multiple walks each day and sent pictures each time. They have a fabulous place to care for the dogs. They have a very nice house and a huge open garage for plenty of safe play room. Their road is private with many different places for the dogs to explore on their walks. If you need someone to watch your 'babies', contact Gina, you will not regret it! I picked them up healthy, happy and worn out! They will be back next year!”

About this sitter: I have been a sitter with Rover for about 5 years, and have loved it! My husband and I both work from home, me as a contractor and my husband as the founder and CEO of our music lesson business. Our work enables us to be flexible and home more than most, which we are extremely grateful for. We love animals and I have had dogs and cats my entire life. Our three children also love animals. They are very gentle and calm around animals, as we have taught them how to treat animals kindly and with respect, no pulling on tails or stealing toys here! Why I love dog sitting I got my first family dog, a LasoApso/Poodle mix, when I was 6, rescued from the shelter. Since then, I have always had dog(s) and/or cat(s), including one three-legged cat and later, an epileptic dog who had two reconstructive knee surgeries! Later in life, we enrolled a puppy we adopted into an intensive training and obedience program, in which we were also trained in proper dog handling. We have had dogs of all sizes, from a miniature poodle to a 100lb chocolate lab…all of which were lap dogs…even the giant lab! Meet my pets We have two 5 month old male kittens that get along great with dogs, and usually don't even pay them any attention. We have no other dogs. About my home and yard We live in a 3 story home with hardwood floors. We have an open back yard with a lead to make sure that our dog guests can safely enjoy being outside and still stay on our property. We do have steps leading to both the front and back door into the yard. My experience administering medication Yes, we can administer medication. Over the years I have had multiple pets with special needs which required medication. Our family loves animals and we're ready to love yours! We work from home so we will have plenty of time to care for and love your pet! We absolutely love having furry friends in our home and as part of our daily life. We try and keep things in our home consistent with how things are in the owners home. If the dogs get free reign at their house, they will have free reign here (as long as they are potty trained and house broken). We are also happy to use a crate if that is what they are used to. We do have a large dog crate here and plenty of toys, so there is no need to transport a crate. We have a lead in the back yard to make sure that all dog guests are safe and on our property during potty breaks and outside time.
About: I have had pets ever since I was a small child: dogs, cats, hamster, gerbils, chinchilla, parakeet, turtles, even a toad that we saved from a freezing winter. We took care of it till spring and then released it. I love animals of all types. Almost, I'm not babysitting your tarantula or pet snake. My dog and cat are loved as if they were my children and your dog will be treated this way as well. We enjoy taking walks and car rides to the dog park in nice days. I never allow my dog outside without me. I am semi-retired and I work from home painting and repairing furniture and working on various crafts. Therefore I am very flexible with my time. I live in a decent sized 2 story home with a large back yard. It is not fenced all the way so my dog is always on a cable or leash. We live to go for walks and to the dog park for extra exercise. About: Hi! I just moved to Butler about a year ago and looking to get back into Rover! I did it for about a year or two in Missouri. I have an electric fence but I ONLY would use the collar with parents permission. If not, I will walk them out or put them on a lead. I’ve always taken care of dogs since forever basically lol I’ve always had a dog throughout my life and I currently have 2 friendly fur babies myself. Ninno-boxer and Skye-lab mix. I have had mostly bigger dogs, like boxers labs golden retrievers pit bulls and border collies. I can bathe if needed with your permission and they’re comfort level. My dogs are on flea and tick shots they get once a month. I work from home so I’m always here. Your baby will rarely be alone and if so, it’s only to run to get groceries and occasional times out. I do not have a fenced yard, but I have half an acre for them to run around as they please and a few dog beds for their comfort. I have two dogs that can provide tons of fun and exercise, but with your permission we can also go for walks/runs.

About: Hi everyone! Our names are Karen and Chad and we’ve always had a love for dogs since childhood. The thought of caring or rescuing a dog has always been top of our minds. When we got married, we adopted a greyhound racer. We had him for 7 years and lost him unfortunately due to cancer. Since we lost him, we’ve wanted to continue helping/caring for dogs and can’t think of a better way then helping others with their fur animals. About: Hi! My name is Cassidy. I have been watching dogs for many years! I started in high school and now own my own dog, Mako! He is a rescue who I love dearly! I have watched all types of animals, from fish to horses! I am a senior at Slippery Rock University, and I run our Western Equestrian Team! I truly love animals and want to help others with theirs! I am a full-time student, but I have many open times where I am able to commit to watching your animals! I am done with classes every day by 11 am and have time available before that as well to make sure your pets are well taken care of! I own my own dog, Mako, whom I have time for each and every day to make sure he gets the best care! Each day, I ensure my dog gets the care he needs! He goes to the dog park every morning as well as walks daily when the weather cooperates! I make sure to add snuggle time as well, where he gets to sit with me while I complete any homework throughout the day!

About: I'm home most of the time, ❤️ . I love dogs with a passion. Every dog that comes into my house are extended family 🐾 I currently am a business owner that runs Itself. I can be available most of the the time. The only time I am not is early mornings until 2pm. Then home most of the days. Walking I can do Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday , Saturday and Sunday. Dogs must be equipped to be okay with strollers. In home they will be in our garage that is heated and air conditioned it's attached to our home and our entry way. It is a second living space. Dogs must be potty trained or/and create trained. Any specific dog schedule for walking and play time please let me know. I know that some dogs like specific times of walk and play. We live on 2 acres that hoping to get fenced in the next year. We like hiking so your dogs into that please have all flea and tick things they require. All dogs must be vaccinated and up to date on shots as we have 2 dogs. All dogs must be good with small children. Home sitting /walking in mostly available afternoon night time. Dogs during these 2 services do not need to be good with small children as my child will not be with me. Any questions on the space they will be at you can come and take a tour or I can send you pictures. ❤️🐾

About: I’ve taken care of animals since a little girl. I’ve trained 2 medical service dogs so far! I’m currently learning more about specialty training. I have puppy training experience, crate training, leash training, senior care, and medication management. I’m a graphic designer and I work from home. I rarely leave the house! That means I have all the time for your fur baby! I have a large fenced back yard, and a garage that is set up as a dog hang out spot with access to water & shade from the sun! I have one very friendly 11 month old German shepherd mix who loves to play & is crate trained. I have the backyard & garage on camera, but I keep an eye on my dog regardless. I either work on my laptop from the back window, or outside! We also take walks around the neighborhood. I also have a small doggy pool! The fence is over 6 foot & secured with privacy lining.

I only take one dog at a time so that they will be the center of attention. I always offer a meet and greet so that you can check out your pup’s vacation spot and they can play with Zoe while I get all of the details to ensure the most comfortable stay. Whether being active, going for walks, playing fetch, or enjoying quiet comforting snuggles - your fur baby will feel very welcome to the pack! There will be no shortage of check-ins, pictures, & videos throughout the stay (per your preference). We also have a dog washing station as well for a bath add on! I have a flexible schedule which allows for walks, playtime, and cuddles. Working from home allows me to give full attention for your fur baby. We are a dog-loving family, and Zoe is the official greeting committee! She loves playing with new friends and lazy days in the sun. We have room to crate your dog as needed as too , if that’s your preference or comfort level.
About: I am looking to offer the unique opportunity to allow people to have their pets cared for by someone who is truly qualified. My personal goal is to put all profits made on Rover towards my student loans. I currently work full-time with a four day schedule each week and the days I'm off rotate, if you know a specific time you're going away, please reach out to me at least 12 weeks in advance and I can try to accommodate my work schedule. I live in Butler, currently work full time in Cranberry from 11pm-7am 7 days a week I won't be available after 10pm at night and won't be available until after 7 am during the day all week Im Available Monday-Thursday I always like to be quiet and safe and no other pets in the neighborhood will get close to or bother your pets while in my care. They will be well looked after, if the weather is proper they can be walked/exercised based on what you want or recommend for them. Any issues will be reported to you immediately so you are in contact with their needs/requirements while under my watch.
About: I was blessed as a child to have a life long pup. She was 15 years old so she grew up with me. Now I have 3 pups of my own that my children get the opportunity to grow up with! I have 2 doodles (one aussiedoodle, and the other is a Bernedoodle) the 3 red is a little Yorkie who I say is the “old grandpa” of the group! 🤣 I love every dog just as it would be my own. Navigating three senior dogs (18 years+) at once I can administer oral and topical medication and understand the gentle and considerate care senior dogs require. I’ve trained two puppies from zero to age two in accordance with the Canine Good Citizen Standards. About: I have owned dogs and cats since 1985 and was on a K9 Search and Rescue team for 18+ years so I have worked with all types of dogs and have a lot of experience with training. I currently work outside the home M-F 9-5 but can work from home upon request. Weekends I am home the majority of the time and spend most of my time hanging out with my own dogs (two labs) I have hosted a variety of dogs in my home including corgis, labs, goldens, frenchies, pitties, mals, and other assorted breeds. I treat everyone's pets just like my own - lots of treats, snuggles, couch naps, and of course sleeping on the bed if they want. Both of my labs are extremely friendly and love pretty much all dogs, but I do have experience sitting some dogs who preferred to be separate from my boys via either baby gates or kennels (depending on what the dog is comfortable with). I have a large fenced in backyard and a smaller fenced in front yard. The backyard has a doggie door that allows the dogs to go in and out at will, although when I am not home, I do not give any dogs access to the yard (even my own dogs as a safety issue).
“10/10 Jamie was AMAZING from booking to pickup! She was gracious through our need to book last minute (which nobody enjoys having to rush to find a dog sitter, so this was greatly appreciated). She took time to ask questions and fill us in on their process of handling a guest dog in their home. Her home is beautiful (I said I wanted to take his place being boarded there lol), it looks like actual doggy heaven. She sent videos and pictures that made our hearts so happy while out of town, and we could visually see how great she treated our little guy (who can be difficult to say the least). They treated our dog as if he were a part of their family in a short period of time and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found her!
