About: Hello! Aside from growing up around dogs all my life, (a pug and rotties!) I also worked at two animal hospitals as a kennel attendant. Kennel attendants are responsible for taking care of your dogs & cats while you're away! Working in an animal hospital also helped me recognize behaviors that dogs/cats show when they are sick or injured, which helped me be prepared to know when to seek medical assistance. We love to go on long walks and throw a ball/frisbee in the back yard for playtime. We can also assist in last minute visits or vet appointments as well as help with pet meds (insulin included) in your absence. About: Hi! My name is Emily, and I live with my husband and our two pups in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Dogs have been a huge part of my life since a very young age. As a child/teenager, I grew up with two Standard Poodles. In my early 20's, I was a parent to two Staffordshire Bull Terriers. Present day, I am mama to Nala, our Australian Shepherd & Siberian Husky mix, and Riku, our purebred Siberian Husky. Throughout the years, neighbors, friends, family, and clients have relied on me to walk, provide daycare, pet & house-sit, and overnight board many dogs of all different breeds. I am excited to welcome more pup friends into our family and to provide a fun, safe, and loving environment for all. If you are looking for someone who is caring, affectionate, responsible, and detail-oriented, look no further. Thank you for your time & consideration! I am available on a daily/weekly basis for boarding/overnight stays in our home (including weekends, i.e. Monday through Sunday). I provide doggy daycare, drop-in visits, and dog walking Monday through Friday. PLEASE NOTE: On occasion, I am available on weekends for daycare, drop-ins, and walks as well, so feel free to reach out even if my calendar says "unavailable", and we can see if I am available during a weekend you need! We live in a single-family home with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for all dogs to be comfortable & happy. If breaks or alone time is needed, we are able to give the dogs their own rooms and/or separate them with gates throughout the house. Currently, we do not have a fenced-in yard, but we will be installing one within the next few years. Until then, we keep all dogs on extended leashes when exploring & playing in the backyard. In your home (and in ours), I will respectfully follow all instructions & rules that you provide to ensure your dog’s way of life, training, safety, and comfort.
About: I’ve taken care of many different types of dogs since I was 14. Family, friends, and neighbors have relied on me for overnight care as well as long term help. I’m currently a part time college student and looking for something to do on my days off and while my seasonal work is closed down. I currently have no pets at home but live with 3 other family members. When at clients homes I always check for accidents in the house, pick up any messes, make sure food and water is filled, play with the pet(s) and spend much time with them.
