About: Hi Loving Furparents, My lifelong passion is interspecies communication, animal care & behavior, ecology, and environmental conservation. I have grown up communicating, training/learning, caretaking, and translating for animals my entire life, and I continue to follow my passion for animal care, rehabilitation, conservation, and helping others learn to listen and communicate with animals. I have recently lost my soul dog and partner of nearly 16 years to osteosarcoma. I have experience learning life lessons our senior friends teach us; to slow down, smell the wildflowers, enjoy the little things in life, lead with empathy, lend a helping hand to one another, and be grateful for the moment we have together. I have experience with caretaking during mobility issues for both animals, using help-em-up harnesses and wheelchairs. Additionally, I have awareness and understanding of training needs when the human is afflicted with chronic illness and mobility impairments, such as helping the animal to learn and be mindful of unsteadiness, fall prevention, etc. My current SDiT and I are working on counterbalance, DPT, crowd guarding, behavior interruptions, and some preliminary scent work. Additional Background of Experience; I grew up in the area with a variety of species throughout the years, from cats & dogs to horses, rodents, fish, chickens & guinea fowl to turtles, etc. This experience came with interspecies management, learning to hand-rear animals, helping animals learn core life skills, assess and rehab injury, hospice care, etc. Later, I completed a multidisciplinary degree from WVU with concentrations in Wildlife Management and Conservation Ecology. At WVU, I completed curriculum including a Service Dog Training course where the dog I worked with (Gretel) graduated the following year to become a certified therapy dog at Chestnut Ridge. Additional courses included Animal Behavior, Equine Hoof and Limb, Equine Assisted Therapy, and Exotic Animal Medicine, among others. Since graduating, I have compiled formal experience working with both domestic animals, wildlife and protection of their habitat. I had the privilege to work abroad in Botswana, Africa at game reserves where we were able to rehabilitate animals, provide game drives, supplemental feeding etc., and interned at Mokolodi Nature Reserve in Botswana, Africa, caring for animals in rehabilitation. I currently work full-time, which unfortunately limits my availability to primarily evenings and weekends at this time. Well-behaved, socialized dogs may be able to join during office work days. I am considering transitioning to full-time animal training, should it be feasible, which may allow for additional availability in the future. Additionally, I am navigating chronic illness after long covid through schedule modification and mindful movement during caretaking. Thank you for your understanding schedule limitations during this transition. Please communicate with me your dogs needs i.e.; whether your pet has separation anxiety, medical needs or food allergies, usual routines that make them feel safe, enrichment or husbandry that helps positively stimulate them mentally and emotionally, triggers to be mindful of/avoid, whether they have off leash recall or there are chase drive trigger concerns and they must stay leashed at all times, and anything else you feel is relevant so we may collaborate on their care plan to provide them the best support. I do have a large crate available for dogs that are most comfortable with crate training when it is necessary to leave them at home. Our geriatric cat Fluffy lives in the home with us (please alert me to dogs that have not been socialized with cats), there is a rescue parrot in the household, and I have a ~55 lb rescue and SDIT who is very friendly and loves having someone to play and run around in the yard with. She was a family member to my geriatric dog with mobility concerns before his passing, and she has experience with older dogs and cats.

About: As long as I can remember growing up we always had animals mostly dogs. As I got older I have always been the one my friends and family come to when they need someone to care for their pets. I would pet sit, take them on walks , stay with them and play with them. I am a true dog lover through and through. I have had dogs my whole life . My son has 5 dogs and pretty much everyone I know is a pet lover so no matter where I go I’m around animals. I watch dogs for friends and my son often. I can take them to the dog park to run and play with other dogs. We can go on walks and play in the yard.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all shapes, sizes, & ages since I was old enough to remember. Friends and family have always relied on me when it comes to taking care of their fur children. I work as a RN full time, doing 3 12 hour shifts a week and I love playing with my own dog during my off time. I have a yard which my dog enjoys playing frisbee in, he’s never leashed outside at home as he listens better than most humans I know. About: We have been around animals our whole lives. Adam grew up on a farm and Haley had dogs, cats, and birds. We currently have two golden retrievers and two cats. We are experienced in providing pet medication, as one of our cats takes daily medication. Haley works from home full time so she has a lot of flexibility and availability. Adam works full time in the office but has availability in the evenings. We have a fenced in back yard and two golden retrievers who love to play! My shepherd was very elderly & required extra love & care also. *I offer basic kitty care. (Also if you don’t mind if I bring my sister along she is EXCEPTIONAL with cats more so than I am. I cannot host cats in my home due to the prey drive of my husky, sometimes she’s ok with them, other times not. But I or my sister & I both will come to you! (I pay my sister personally out of my own pocket, no extra fee for you!). *I’ll do feedings for lizards as I have had a few bearded dragon myself as well so I’m knowledgeable here also. (But under no circumstances ask me to care for your snake!) *I offer walks, playtime, feeding & water breaks, treat time, medication administration all in my standard fee. Anything else, just ask! I’m very flexible & willing to work out most things if we can come to an agreement suitable for both sides. Can’t wait to meet the furry parts of your family.🐾 Pretty much available whenever. I can usually work out something that’s suitable if I am not. Reach out with any questions! We can almost always work out an agreement. No fence but my yard is safe, multiple leashes, 2 porches, in a friendly community for walks. Small home but very lovable and friendly and cozy. My dogs are crate trained but good with other dogs, socialized, UTD on shots, but my girls are not spayed so I prefer altered males only at this time.
About: I’ve taken care of many pets over the years, my 2 dogs , my grandfather’s dog when he was in and out of physical therapy , I have 2 Amazon parrots as well, , also I cared for my mothers French Bull mastiffs mama and 9 puppies for many weeks, and her Boston and babies which were fed with a bottle for about a month. I currently work Tuesday through Saturday until five pm off Saturday Sunday and Mondays. So any time after 5 on working days and any time on my days off. I am trained in animal restraint, administering medications, and reading body language. I also have 3 family dogs and one of my own. Taking care of pets is my life. For work, I take care of animals at Duck Hollow Animal Hospital as a Veterinary Assistant. I am also studying Veterinary Technology at Pennwest California. Because of my academics, during school, I will only be able to book on Sundays. I have a female rescue dog that loves other dogs and cats! If you want your dog to have a friend, I can bring her, or if not, that's okay too!
About: I’ve taken care of my own dog since we got her 8 years ago. I’ve pet sat for many friends with dogs as small as miniature poodles to as big as labs. I can currently dog walk or pet sit anytime during week days. I am available during weekends for walking or pet sitting but overnight sitting needs to be scheduled in advance. :) I can do anything a client needs me to do in their home. This includes letting the pets outside, feeding them, playing with them, cleaning, etc. I do not offer to care for pets in my own home.

About: As long as I can remember growing up we always had animals mostly dogs. As I got older I have always been the one my friends and family come to when they need someone to care for their pets. I would pet sit, take them on walks , stay with them and play with them. I am a true dog lover through and through. I have had dogs my whole life . About: I have six dogs of my own, I have been an AKC breeder since 2009, and I would love the opportunity to spoil your pets while you are away. I have lots of time, love, and a nice facility for them. I currently work part-time, I am away 2 1/2 hours in the morning and again 2 1/2 hours in the afternoon. I am a bus driver and off for the holidays, weekends and summer. I have very strong 10 x 10 kennels set up outside with a 10 x 30 run. About: Hi Loving Furparents, My lifelong passion is interspecies communication, animal care & behavior, ecology, and environmental conservation. I have grown up communicating, training/learning, caretaking, and translating for animals my entire life, and I continue to follow my passion for animal care, rehabilitation, conservation, and helping others learn to listen and communicate with animals. I have recently lost my soul dog and partner of nearly 16 years to osteosarcoma. I have experience learning life lessons our senior friends teach us; to slow down, smell the wildflowers, enjoy the little things in life, lead with empathy, lend a helping hand to one another, and be grateful for the moment we have together. I have experience with caretaking during mobility issues for both animals, using help-em-up harnesses and wheelchairs. Additionally, I have awareness and understanding of training needs when the human is afflicted with chronic illness and mobility impairments, such as helping the animal to learn and be mindful of unsteadiness, fall prevention, etc. My current SDiT and I are working on counterbalance, DPT, crowd guarding, behavior interruptions, and some preliminary scent work. Additional Background of Experience; I grew up in the area with a variety of species throughout the years, from cats & dogs to horses, rodents, fish, chickens & guinea fowl to turtles, etc. This experience came with interspecies management, learning to hand-rear animals, helping animals learn core life skills, assess and rehab injury, hospice care, etc. Later, I completed a multidisciplinary degree from WVU with concentrations in Wildlife Management and Conservation Ecology. Additional courses included Animal Behavior, Equine Hoof and Limb, Equine Assisted Therapy, and Exotic Animal Medicine, among others. Since graduating, I have compiled formal experience working with both domestic animals, wildlife and protection of their habitat. I had the privilege to work abroad in Botswana, Africa at game reserves where we were able to rehabilitate animals, provide game drives, supplemental feeding etc., and interned at Mokolodi Nature Reserve in Botswana, Africa, caring for animals in rehabilitation. I currently work full-time, which unfortunately limits my availability to primarily evenings and weekends at this time. Well-behaved, socialized dogs may be able to join during office work days. I am considering transitioning to full-time animal training, should it be feasible, which may allow for additional availability in the future. Additionally, I am navigating chronic illness after long covid through schedule modification and mindful movement during caretaking. Thank you for your understanding schedule limitations during this transition. Please communicate with me your dogs needs i.e.; whether your pet has separation anxiety, medical needs or food allergies, usual routines that make them feel safe, enrichment or husbandry that helps positively stimulate them mentally and emotionally, triggers to be mindful of/avoid, whether they have off leash recall or there are chase drive trigger concerns and they must stay leashed at all times, and anything else you feel is relevant so we may collaborate on their care plan to provide them the best support. I do have a large crate available for dogs that are most comfortable with crate training when it is necessary to leave them at home. Our geriatric cat Fluffy lives in the home with us (please alert me to dogs that have not been socialized with cats), there is a rescue parrot in the household, and I have a ~55 lb rescue and SDIT who is very friendly and loves having someone to play and run around in the yard with. She was a family member to my geriatric dog with mobility concerns before his passing, and she has experience with older dogs and cats.
