About: Welcome to Aaron’s Boarding, a 4 bedroom ranch house on an acre of land that includes a private fenced in yard for lots of activities and play. We are pleased to announce that we now offer dog walking and hourly yard rental through SniffSpot, Melanie’s Play yard. My team and I have taken care of over 100 foster and boarder dogs including the SCPA and training service dogs. We’ve cared for moms with litters of 10 puppies, young adult, adult, senior, special needs including diabetes and all types of physical disabilities. We have been boarding dogs since April 2020. We are able to take dogs up to 65 pounds and any dogs over 65 pounds will be considered if trained well, Rover just doesn’t have a setting to say that. Most of our clients choose us because we offer private boarding for their dog only. However, our business has grown, and we now accept a maximum of 3 dogs. The dogs can either come from the same home or they are friends or we sometimes negotiate a cross board through a meet and greet. We have a highly desirable environment due to not having any dogs, cats, or small children. We provide bowls and crates. Bring dog beds, food, treats, bones and toys. We do not provide those. We are a team of 3 with 24 hour service. IMPORTANT!!! We only board dogs. Dogs must be crate trained. We only accept dogs that sleep in a crate at night. No exceptions. As far as sitting, I have done mostly done overnight stays, but I have done pop ins and walking as well. I’ve sat for small dogs and large, puppies, kittens and elderly pups. I absolutely love spending time around and caring for animals. I do work part time, usually averaging about 5 shifts a week. I make my own schedule biweekly, and my shifts are generally no more than 5-6 hours, so my hours are extremely flexible depending on when I’m needed! I am all for play, walking, and unlimited pets when I dog/cat sit. I will pay careful attention when it comes to letting them out if there is a fenced yard, as well as to their collar and leash prior to taking them out on walks. A pet owners directions are very important to me as far as feeding/potty/medication times, and I take the responsibility of caring for any animal very seriously.
