“Wade is Absolutely an Amazing Person! Our dog, Kasey, immediately took to Wade with kisses and smiles. Kasey gladly bonded with Wade during activities of frisbee catching and more. Wade had Kasey overnight as his guest. Wade followed the feeding instructions perfectly. The next day, they played more activities in Wade's wonderful back yard that is near a beautiful creek and wooded area. The two went on a 5 mile hike later in the day. Kasey again stayed overnight with Wade. Upon pickup, Kasey was just smiling, wagging his tail, and obviously really enjoyed his stay with Wade. Wade deserves more than 5 stars. It's doggie "shangri-la" at Wade's.”

When I asked if Amber was available she got back to me right away and is very quick to respond when she is dog sitting. She was so welcoming and very sweet. About: I am home a significant amount during the summer and can provide all the love you would if you were home with your own pet! I know it is difficult to leave them behind, and will make sure they have all the love they need. I am a caring, dog-loving person with children. Your pet will be treated like one of our own. I do have a friendly Golden Retriever who loves making new furry friends. As a teacher, I'm home all summer, so your dog will receive plenty of attention, playtime, companionship, and love throughout the day. I provide a safe, loving environment where your furry family member can feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you're away. Days and times will vary August-June as we head back to school. Though I do not have a fenced in yard, I can provide ample yard space and wooded areas both behind and on the side of our home. I do live on a side country road and do not receive a ton of traffic. I will also walk or use a tie out as requested.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life growing up. Anywhere from small, medium, to large dogs. I’ve had mini dachshunds, Dalmatians, St. Bernards, and German Shepherds. Currently right now I have a 3 Golden Retrievers named Willie, Waylon, and Hank. I also have a cat named Cash! I current work full time Monday-Thursday. I can be available later evenings if needed, we would just have to work things out in advance. I am generally free Friday-Sunday for any needs as well but also with notice. We have a 2 acre yard that my pups are free to roam via a underground fence. But we also have a lead for my moms dogs when she brings them over to play. We have a big house with a good sized living room and kitchen where all of my pups play as well when we have to be inside.

About: Who can love your little ones as you do? I was licensed for child daycare in Colorado for over 10 years. We are animal lovers and guardians of two little dogs. Adults who love and understand the needs of little fur babies. We would love to get to know your special one too. Please make sure you add all of the info for the vet you use. All dogs will need to be current on vaccines and flea and tick care. Please keep in mind when you pay for one day it covers you for 24 hrs. So if you bring your baby at 6 a.m. you will be covered till 6 a.m. the following day. Any hours after that is $6.00 an hour. If you book for more than a weekend, I can be flexible (1 to 2 hrs) due to flight delays, etc. Thank you! I'm currently not working outside home so no matter what your little ones will have someone here at all times. I feed everyone seperately and we walk when weather permits. We have potty pads available for comfort in between outings. I allow access to my whole home and will enjoy a walk once a day or more weather permitting. We have a great time individually and daily with all our little ones.

About: I've been a pet sitter for about 15 years. My german shepherd came into my life 7 years ago which gave me another view of pet care experience. I have worked with and cared for dogs with anxiety, fear, aggression, and in need of extra cognitive stimulation. Okay with giving meds and teaching tricks. Currently, I'm working nursing shifts as needed, with running errands on my days off. I'm more often available than not and have flexibility to work around others schedule. I have a back door doggy door that leads into a fenced in back yard (approx half an acre). I also live in a small neighborhood (very little traffic) with about a mile loop for walks. My military and nursing experience makes me very type A. Everything is always clean, tidy, and on time.
About: I grew up in East Texas with 3 Bengal tigers in my front yard and a minuture potbelly pig named Bubba in our home. I currently have a Exotic Micro Bully named Gucci who loves all other animals. Your pet will be loved and safe with us. My life is Gucci and we would love to have your animal and promise to keep them safe. They will be walked and entertained. If your pet doesn't like other pets then we might not be the best fit. Gucci can handle just about anything but he is so socialized that I don't think he would defend himself even if he needed too. Please only other animals that are completely okay with other pets. We go to the Westmoreland County Dog Obodeience School once a week and will pass on all knowledge we learn to those that will let us teach them. Your pet will be loved and safe with us. My life is non stop pet care. You will have no worries of your pet being left unattended. Gucci is never left alone and neither will your pet. Lots of walks and love! If you would like your pet crated for whatever reason please provide it. We are a crate free home. I live in an apartment but it's a big one and we take lots of walks.
About: I have taken care of a reactive dog for 2 years and have been dog sitting since age 12. I have loved every minute of it and cannot wait for more opportunities to do so! I work from home 7am-3pm every day. My house is spacious and comfortable. Working from home every day allows me to have free time to let the special pup I luckily get to watch out into the yard to play and give them the attention they need whenever they need it. About: I've walked dogs, as well as watched them while the owners were away since I was little. I don't currently own any larger animals, but I have always handled them. Any dog wouldn't be an issue I currently could fill pretty much any need! I have a few hours of every day that I am busy, but I can be available pretty much anytime! I have an unfenced in yard that I would keep the dog leashed within, but I also know many of the dog friendly hiking trails within the Altoona area. I would be will to do whatever your most comfortable with!
