“This was perfect for what I needed. We had no local friends or family that could take our cat. We were going to be away but he couldn't be at the house because we were having work done on it while we were gone. They took our cat into their home. I was surprised to see they had other cats when I arrived. But one question on the survey was if your pet does well with other cats, which he does, but cats tend to not be friendly with new cats initially so I was a bit worried they'd fight, but they had a separate area, a sun room that they allowed Sox to adjust in and during the week they had sent pictures of him being inside the home on the couch so obviously it was fine. I actually never met or dealt with Sarah only her Mom. Which I felt was odd. I was expecting the person pictured, the person I paid. Her Mom was lovely and clearly there were no issues and my cat was returned safely to me, I just felt it was odd the Sarah was sleeping or "resting because she works a lot" both times I was there. I didn't take any stars off my review for that, because again the service accomplished what I needed which was my cat to be cared for outside of my home.”
“Julie and Caleb were absolutely amazing with our two boxers, Laila and Apollo! From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding—they kept us updated daily and sent plenty of pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Laila and Apollo had the best time playing with their kids and running around their large property. It was clear they were treated like part of the family. Every photo showed two very happy pups! “We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! We will definitely be calling again to have them watch our little fur baby!”
“Alyssa took great care of our beautiful Lilly. Lilly was a bit anxious the first night, but Alyssa made her comfortable and even slept on the couch next to Lilly's bed. Thanks to Alyssa's patience, Lilly slept soundly in her bed in Alyssa's room on the 3rd night. Lilly loved Alyssa and I'm sure she'll be happy to return to Alyssa's care when needed. Alyssa provided updates several times a day and responded to any of my messages in a very timely fashion. About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember! My family bred Pugs for over 10 years, and I’ve personally owned and cared for animals for more than 35 years. Over the years, I have owned Pugs, Labs, Bernese Mountain Dogs, an Italian Greyhound cats, bunnies, fish, and turtles — so I think it’s safe to say I’m a true animal lover! What sets me apart is the experience and genuine love I bring to every pet I care for. I understand that every animal has their own personality, routine, and needs, whether they’re a playful puppy, an energetic dog, a senior pet who needs extra patience and attention, or a shy cat who takes a little time to warm up. About: While I only board small dogs, I have cared for dogs of all ages and breeds. I enjoy caring for, cuddling with and playing with dogs in my home and fenced in backyard. While in my care, your dog's safety and well-being is my priority. Your pet will have lots of play time in my backyard. I am available to provide specific dietary and care needs. I will do my best to make your fur baby feel "at home". I look forward to meeting them. Feel free to drop them off with a favorite blanket, toy, snack, or bed. As a stay at home mom and dog owner, I am available to provide plenty of outside time, meet specific requests and attend your dog's needs. While outside, your dog will be free to roam my fenced in yard. While indoors, your dog will be free to get cozy on the couch.

About: I've had dogs in my life since I was in my 20s. I have crate and potty trained all my dogs. I have patience and compassion for dogs. I would often meet up with friends and family at house party gathering and dog park gatherings to socialize my dogs and to show them love, companionship, and that they are a member of the family not only a pet. I've kept and cared for dogs until there dying age and paid for there cremation. I am indeed a dog loving person. I am currently taking care of my mom who has dementia 24/7 and I am home with her all day. The only days I'm out the house is when my mom or myself have a doctor's appointment. The time I have during the day, I can do dog walks and drop by to feed and let your dog out to your yard. I currently have a chiwawa mix dog name Romeo and he is fed, taken out for walks and sleeps on my sofa everyday. He is encouraged to play, fetch and have treats as rewards. About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a kid. Everything from turtles, fish, hamsters, to cats and dogs. I’m currently a stay at home mom with a 5.5 and 3 year old. All of us love animals, especially dogs. We would be honored to care for your fur babies while you are away! I’m a stay at home mom and my husband works from home. Between the two of us, someone is usually here. Sometimes I have errands to run but I’m not ever gone more than 2-3 hours max. There will always be someone home during the work week.. I have a flexible work schedule. I work in the office few times a week; however, work is only a mile away so I come home for an hour lunch break at noon (Schedule is 8-5). My husband works overnight (remote) and sleeps for few hours in the early mornings then takes the dogs for a walk later in the afternoon. We are typically home during the weekends with few hours here and there for errands. There will never be a time we are gone for more than 4 hours at a time. I have walking trails in the area to walk your dogs within my community. I have a small backyard for small dogs or seniors; if walks are not part of their daily routine. If they enjoy car rides I am happy to take them on small local trails or a local doggy park. I have 2 loving chihuahuas who will keep your baby/babies company. My boys are crate trained, but I am flexible with your needs. I am happy to crate or not crate based on your preference.

About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember! My family bred Pugs for over 10 years, and I’ve personally owned and cared for animals for more than 35 years. Over the years, I have owned Pugs, Labs, Bernese Mountain Dogs, an Italian Greyhound cats, bunnies, fish, and turtles — so I think it’s safe to say I’m a true animal lover! Communication is very important to me, so I’ll always do my best to plan around my work schedule and make sure your pets get the attention, care, and companionship they need while you’re away. I’m happy to care for pets either in my home or in their own home, depending on the service and what works best for the pet and their family. I believe pets are most comfortable when their normal routines are maintained, so I do my best to follow their usual feeding, walking, playtime, medication, and bedtime schedules. When caring for pets in their home, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, companionship, and affection while keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and well cared for. If pets stay in my home, they become part of the family during their visit. About: I've had cats my whole life, and while I've never owned a dog, I've pet sit for my family and friends on multiple occasions. And, for the past two years I've been working for a pet sitting company! It's been a great joy to get to know the dogs and cats I have met over the past two years. I also have worked in a shelter enviroment and have enxperience administering medicine and vaccines, as well as with dogs and cats with specific behavorial needs. Since I have four cats of my own right now I won't be able to house any animals in my home, but I have a car and am happy to drive to your house and take your pets to wherever they might need! While we are getting ready to purchase our first home together before we add a doggy to the mix, I have years of personal experience with dogs, with some professional experience working at a pet inn. Every night I spend at least 30 minutes tending to the care of our various animals, checking in on them and documenting feedings while taking note on any physical changes or abnormalities. The cats of course get more attention and more feedings, usually about 4 small meals spread throughout the day ranging from dry food to various wets foods.

I have 3 cats and if your dog does not like cats, they are perfectly fine hanging out in the basement during your dog's stay. This is my 7th year pet sitting. I am very reliable and have pet sat for my neighbors, friends and family's pets. I volunteered for a pet shelter for six months cleaning cages and walking dogs. “We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much!
