About: While I am currently unemployed and staying at my parents home, our family dog (Havanese) of 17 years recently passed away in February 2026. Now that my mother is retiring this summer, we wish to fill the empty home, and our combined newly gained free time, with some furry friends! For in-home boarding we will be a mother-son team with pretty wide open schedules to care for our furry guests, and will provide a great big house and yard in a great pet-friendly neighborhood for them to enjoy! I can also sit at your home if that is more convenient for you and the pet. My parents dog recently passed away at the age of 17. While I was living with them I helped to raise and care for her throughout the years. I thankfully and gratefully have always had dogs to care for throughout my entire life, from as a young child all the way to just recently with the passing of our most recent dog in February 2026. Your pet will have our full attention and their health and happiness will be the priority. We don't live very busy lives and have lots of extra free time now to care for them.

I gave more time to spend with your animals. I have a large yard with 4 leads. Also half of my yard is fenced in. They are never left outside unattended. Will provide daily walks as well if needed. Someone is always home with your dogs but could be crated if needed. At your home if I watch your animals, I am very trustworthy and follow directions to a tee. Dogs of all energy levels are welcome as I have a large yard, great for playtime, and plenty of space to accommodate others. Plenty of experience with medicines and special needs animals, too. Routine is key with time management to make sure there’s adequate time for play and adventure. Every morning starts with a walk, and I typically take my own pet to the park twice a day. My home has an enclosed backyard with ample space to run around. When house/petsitting, I’ll always ensure pets are on a leash before exiting to run errands or go for a walk.
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember, eventually pursuing a career in animal healthcare! I have 6 years experience in veterinary medicine, which has helped me comfortably gain experience with a variety of different animals and breeds ranging from all ages and sizes. I’m currently working full time with weekends being completely open. I am available for drop in visits or overnights on the weekends, or drop in visits during the week after 6 PM. Availability can be arranged in advance! I love to keep you updated with photos and details during each visit. I am capable to medicate, walk, crate, or perform any grooming duties or special requirements.
