“I had a fantastic experience with Crystal while she looked after my 9-month-old Snowshoe cat, Mavis, during my spring break. Right from the meet and greet, she knew her stuff. She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. Plus, she ensured Mavis got plenty of playtime – she understood Mavis's playful side. I was impressed by how Crystal helped Mavis and Sushi become friends. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication. My dog will never enter your home. When I house sit overnight my dog stays with my sister. She is perfectly happy there and I don’t have to split my focus. My job is to focus on YOUR pet! During walks and in general, I do not allow dogs to interact with people or other dogs/pets. This is a big safety concern, as I often know nothing about other people/pets in the area. I do not take those types of liberties with your pets. We will instead turn a corner, cross the street, come back the way we came, or I politely inform them that ‘this is not my dog’, ‘we don’t have time today’, etc.

They give me a plan to follow and they tell me what is needed. I meet the pet and follow the list

About: I used to run my own successful pet sitting business out of the Hollidaysburg veterinary clinic with the help of Dr. Kendra. I had many happy, recurring clients and really enjoyed working with local families and their pets. I have experience working with all types and sizes of animals (as well as personalities). About: I'm an Emergency Veterinary Technician with over 10 years experience in the field. I can provide care for pets with medical needs, as well as normal daily needs. I am currently available every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays every week at any time. I do work full time Sunday-Tuesday at a ER veterinary hospital. Pet care will be based off of the animals needs. Leash walking to ensure their safety. Playful activities to get their energy out. Medications can be given if needed.
About: I grew up on a farm and have always had a deep connection with animals, especially dogs. I've effectively worked with everything from Great Danes to Chihuahuas. About: Work from home, so have the time to dedicate to the care of your pet. Also have a large yard with electronic fencing, can pamper your pets as much as allowed. I work from home so can pet sit and ensure the pets are well taken care of. Experienced in several areas of pet care, not to worry about your baby being well taken care of. :D Can provide pet care daily or overnight stays, not a problem. Have a yard and quiet neighborhood to take walks and pay in the yard. Well taken care of for the day or night!

About: I grew up taking care of pets for neighbors and family, and have had many of my own. At home now, I have our dog Kona and a bearded dragon named Norbert, plus two kids. I'm comfortable with caring for all dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. I'd love to send you photos and updates if you would like so you know how things are going while you are away. I can't wait to meet your furry friend! I'm home most of the day, so your pet won't be left alone for long stretches. I absolutely love taking walks so we will be doing plenty of those. If your pet needs a specific feeding or potty schedule, just let me know and I'll stick to it. Our yard isn't fenced, so your dog will go out on leash for walks and potty breaks several times a day. My Dog is super friendly and always up for a new friend. If your pup prefers quiet time or needs a crate to decompress, I can absolutely make that happen as well. I will go over your dogs preferences when I get a chance to talk with you. I'm more than happy to make accommodations to fit your pets needs.

About: I have cared for many different types of animals since I was a child. Dogs, cats, bunnies, rats and hamsters. Fostered and lived with many dogs. I currently have dogs and cats. They are the joy of my life especially since the kids (and grand dogs) have grown and moved. Couldn’t imagine life without them. I have two dogs and 2 cats to keep the fur guests company. Lots of play time in the fenced back yard. And snuggles on the couch.
