Glenn intuitively knew (1) how to coax my shy, sweet Shiloh into eating her dinner & (2) he had to protect her dinner from my other pup, Moochie, who--as Glenn noted--is named for his larcenous, food-stealing ways! He even tried to train Moochie to stop his tendency to mark his territory, which I've given up doing, resorting to a diaper most of the time at home. It was a crazy, fun, but calamity-ridden weekend for me, & my arrival times for both drop-off & pick-up were later than originally expected. Glenn was relaxed and patient despite my tardiness, so I'd actually have to say he took good care of all three of us!”

About: I have cared for pets since I was a a child. My first pet chose me when I was about 5 years old. When I stayed with my babysitter, I would play with their cat all day. The babysitter gave me Tiger because they saw how much I loved her. Ever since then I cared for dogs and cats. I walj my dogs every day weather permitting. I bathe and brush them when needed. My little guys love playdates and are sooo friendly. I am currently retired, so I can provide exceptional care. I spend lots of time in my big fenced in yard, and eager to play fetch. Lots of playtime. I have so many toys. Big fenced yard and lots of time for running around. I also have a doggy door so all the fur babies can go out and in as much as they like.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I was the little kid that visited the neighbors just to see their dogs. I have dog sat on many occasions. I am very detail oriented and love abiding by schedules. I do not mind the size of the dog either. The more dogs you have the better. I will gladly meet the dog(s) beforehand to see if they are comfortable with me. Other pets are also welcome too! The most animals I have watched at one time was three dogs and one cat. About: Having been around animals my entire life, I recognize that every pet has their own special personality. Sometimes, beautiful personalities require more attention, love, or patience than others. Every pet I have owned has been rescued in some form or another, whether from a shelter or right off of the street, and each one has brought their own challenges, but also their own beautiful ways of showing love. I have no problem with jumpy, hyper, or "mouthy" pets, or any other behaviors that might be deemed "problematic". My life with all sorts of animals has allowed me to gain valuable skills, including being comfortable around pets of all sizes and shapes, handling "pushy" behaviors, and caring for senior pets with specific health issues. Allow me to offer a loving hand when yours is not available. While I do work full-time, my schedule outside of the office and ability to travel allows me the flexibility to accommodate for any pet's needs. My number-one priority has always been safety. I've worked in professional environments with animals, such farms and shelters, and carry with me the valuable lessons I gained from those jobs.

My family owned a small farm for a period of time, so I also gained experience with horses in addition to cats and dogs. We owned a German Shepard and a cockapoo, so I do have direct experience with both smaller and larger dogs. About: I've taken care of multiple cats and dogs for the past 7 years, have helped with house sitting and dropping in to keep energetic dogs from tearing apart the house while the owners are away, and have walked dogs for quite a bit. I have also owned or lived in households where there are multiples cats and dogs, so taking care of more than one animal at a time is not an issue for me. I work night shifts and can easily pop out during the day to take care of any animal, stopping by the house to let the dog out as frequently as needed, feeding the pets, etc. I also have my own car, so transportation is not an issue. For pet care, it entirely depends on the animal. Basics, however, include feeding and providing fresh water, cleaning out litter boxes on a regular basis, and making sure dogs or more active pets get the exercise they need throughout the day.

About: I grew up in a household I'm the oldest of seven children so we had we all had a cat or a dog or a both and I've been taking care of them for many years. I have taken care of cats that were were diabetic, blind, hearing impaired. Cats can be temperamental so you need to be patient. Many cats need medication , cats like a clean litter box, they don't like to step in their own feces. They're easy to love easy to take care of even special cases it's never a problem you're taking care of a very loved pet. That's important to me as a cat owner.

About: Do you ever look at your dog and think how did I get so lucky...Pups to many our like children they get all the love you have to give...Like you the time I am with them I will love and adore them...I've almost always had a dog...My beagle Shelby 15 1/2 passed away on December 20, 2022 and Dante passed away July 4th 2020, I don't have the heart to delete them he was 11 and had been with me the past 4 years since I saved him from the NYC kill shelter on his last day...I trap cats have them fixed and find them homes, some stay (10)....I am active on house sitting sites and travel for sits whenever I have free time from work (photographer)...For years I have taken care of friends cats, dogs, horses, cows, goats and Rizzo the rat... I work a lot from home only gone a few hours at a time if I do need to go out for any jobs or errands... I do have an indoor/outdoor kennel in my barn in the house I have a spare bedroom a pet can have if they need their own space also a mud room which I mostly use for kittens/cats I have trapped...

About: I’ve been taking care of animals my whole life. I worked at a dog hotel, where I took care of almost 30 dogs at a time. I know a lot about all different ages and breeds. I’ve trained a few dogs as well! I also have bathed and trimmed nails. Animals are my passion and I would absolutely love to help make sure yours is taken care of! I’m a stay at home mom so other than a few errands here and there I’ll be home all day taking care of your pup! I have a large yard that isn’t fenced but I love taking walks rain or shine and I have a long leash to make sure the pups stay safe. I have 2 dog who absolutely loves other dogs they will make sure your dog gets exercise but if needed I’m more than comfortable making sure your pup has a quiet space I do require a crate to come with your pup. About: I've taken care of multiple cats and dogs for the past 7 years, have helped with house sitting and dropping in to keep energetic dogs from tearing apart the house while the owners are away, and have walked dogs for quite a bit. I have also owned or lived in households where there are multiples cats and dogs, so taking care of more than one animal at a time is not an issue for me. I work night shifts and can easily pop out during the day to take care of any animal, stopping by the house to let the dog out as frequently as needed, feeding the pets, etc. I also have my own car, so transportation is not an issue. For pet care, it entirely depends on the animal. Basics, however, include feeding and providing fresh water, cleaning out litter boxes on a regular basis, and making sure dogs or more active pets get the exercise they need throughout the day.
