“We threw a small superbowl party at our home. Floki does not do well with guests stopping by, so we searched for near by dog sitter to watch him for the evening. We met with Jordan a couple weeks prior to dropping Floki off. He did well with him and his son. Jordan sent pictures throughout his, putting our mind to ease! The picture of our dog with his head on his son's lap was PERFECT! Like I said, he doesn't do well with strangers stopping by so this made both of us very happy receiving this photo! Floki is a very energetic dog and he was tired when he came home. Jordan took Floki for 2 long walks which was not expected but appreciated! He went above and beyond previous sitters!!! You're not supposed to "work" during bar prep, but life is expensive, and I needed to find a way to make money for food and rent while I study. The nice part about studying is that I am available 24/7, around the clock. As long as I have wifi, I can study anywhere, and I can take a break every 1.5-2 hours to walk dogs, check in on pets, play fetch, etc. As for my history, I grew up with dogs and cats. We had german shepherds when I was a kid, and a few indoor cats as well. I have volunteered for multiple different animal rescues in Oregon- ranging from farm sanctuaries to foster based rescue programs, where I fostered 11 different dogs and puppies over the course of 6 months and got them all adopted into good homes! I display an intermediate level of training, including how to reinforce actions that benefit your companion, as well as steer away/de-escalate unwanted habits. I will always advocate for your pet, especially around other animals. Ample cuddles as well! About: I've been working extensively and training with dogs, cats, and horses for over a decade! I love animals of all sizes. I worked with a professional trainer to train my first dog at age 15. I've carried those skills over to train my current adventure cat, and my friends' cats and dogs. I'm comfortable getting messy whether it's giving baths or hiking in the mud and rain. I'm a student, so I love working with animals in between study time and classes. I also love hiking, hammocking, and backpacking outdoors with friends and my adventure cat, Chicken Nugget 🐅 I'm a big animal lover! I treat everyone's cats and dogs like my own. “We threw a small superbowl party at our home. Floki does not do well with guests stopping by, so we searched for near by dog sitter to watch him for the evening. We met with Jordan a couple weeks prior to dropping Floki off. He did well with him and his son. Jordan sent pictures throughout his, putting our mind to ease! The picture of our dog with his head on his son's lap was PERFECT! Like I said, he doesn't do well with strangers stopping by so this made both of us very happy receiving this photo! Floki is a very energetic dog and he was tired when he came home. Jordan took Floki for 2 long walks which was not expected but appreciated! He went above and beyond previous sitters!!! Ginny clearly had the best time. She got comfortable with Dezarae’s dogs quickly and loved being part of their routine. We also booked pretty last minute and she was very flexible and accommodating. About: Hello, I’m Anna! I’m a current graduate student at Pacific University navigating the world of online school. It’s a bit of a bummer, but has made it that much easier to be available for you and your fur baby! I’ve grown up with my own dog as well as regularly pup-sitting for family and friends! I have done both dog sitting in their homes, as well as taking them into my own home. I’m comfortable with dogs of any size, though smaller breeds would likely be more comfortable at my place. I’m happy to go for a walk or run, or just hang out on the couch, whatever they prefer! I’m the type of person who goes out of my way to say hello to a pup and give them love! I can’t wait to meet your furry friend!
