About: We have been caring for our pets, as well as for friends and family for a collective of approximately 45 years. We are familiar with administering medications, senior needs, as well as pets with certain medical issues such as seizures. We treat each guest as a family member and they are given the freedom to roam all around the house and spend time with us on or off the furniture. We are retired. We have been caring for our Beloved Dexter for the passed 13.5 years until his passing in February 2026. We find it difficult to find good pet care in our area, and wanted to provide this service to our community now that we no longer have Dexter. We have the love, the time and the safe environment to give to you and your pet-Whether Cats or Dogs. We do not have a fenced yard. However, we never needed a fence as we always took Dexter out when he needed to go. (On Leash) So doing this for your pet is no problem for us, and its gets all of us off of the couch and moving. Win win. In our home, well, your pet will be free to roam all around, sleep in his bed, or ours, and make him or herself at home.

Unfortunately my dog caused some problems that resulted in her stay being cut short, and Nancy was incredibly understanding, kind, and communicative about it. I would absolutely recommend Nancy.”

About: I've always had dogs and/or cats in my life, from babies to them aging into seniors. I enjoy all stages. I currently have two dogs, a Labrador and a Westie. I dog sat 2 German Shepards and a mix in my home until recently. I enjoy giving lots of love to cats and dogs, young or old. I'm experienced giving medications as well. I do own my own business which is closed Mondays, and most Tuesdays and Thursdays. I'm available most mornings, some afternoons, and evenings. If I commit to taking care of your animals then I will be there. I will keep the pets routine to reduce stress. Meeting with the clients prior to my visit to learn the routines is important to me.

“Nancy was wonderful! We are here in Newport with our small children for a little get away. We wanted to take the kiddos to the aquarium and do other things Moose couldn’t come along for. We didn’t want to have to leave him in the car. I found Nancy, and I am so glad I did. She was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Moose felt comfortable right away. About: I’ve pet sat for neighbors and family friends for most of my life. I also have four cats and three dogs that I adore! I can’t wait to bond with your animals as well :) I’m currently a college student with a very flexible schedule with most of my classes being mid morning.
