About: Growing up with pets, I learned at a very young age, that our family dog did not like being ridden like a horse! While I've been around dogs all my life, most of my experience has been acquired during my adult years. I (Laura) am a freelancing Designer, and my husband (Lawrence) is a retired Registered Nurse. Together we have many years of experience raising our own family dogs: First we had a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, then two Yorkshire Terrier's, and currently a Pomeranian mix... ...We also raised a couple of boys, and their motley-menagerie of creatures. I think my heart doubled in size, when I realized I could combine two of my favorite passion's; hanging out with furry little Lapdogs, and creating miniature fashion's for Sport! I also really enjoy doing 'Street' photography of doggies and their humans. Dogs bring us so much joy, we just love making a fuss over them! We live near Downtown Cottage Grove, in one of it's walkable historic neighborhoods. Ours is a child-free home, offering 'Boarding' and 'Daycare' services--hosting only small lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. Additionally, we also do 'Drop-in' visits in 'your' home for small and medium size dogs. Our fully-fenced backyard features a variety of tree's and flower gardens, with lots of room to romp and play. It's complete with a covered patio that provides protection from rain or sun year around. Most importantly, we want you to feel worry-free, while we keep your doggie safe and happy! We are available full-time to provide pet care. Occasionally, I freelance from home--where I make and sell custom-fit dog wear, including alterations on existing doggie wearables. My husband is retired, so we have very flexible schedules to accommodate and host our Lapdog friends. We can host up to three Lapdogs per day/night. We also can do 'drop-in' visits to your home, for both small and medium size dogs. Well, around here, it's safety first! We host only Lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. (Also, we only take small breed puppies.) Ours is a child-free home, with a fully-fenced backyard. We can host up to three dogs per day/night. I always sleep in the same room with our visiting doggies--either on our comfy sofas, or our king sized bed. My husband is a retired Registered Nurse. Please be mindful that visiting dogs need to be current with vaccines, flea & tick prevention, and an identity tag. We also have zoned heating and air conditioning throughout our house. There's several doggie-beds, toys, and crate (if requested) or feel free to provide your own. Also, we want to know about anything you think would be helpful in making your Doggie's visit a successful stay. We offer lots of love, cuddles, and belly rubs!
“We had Ying watch our kitty cat, Mr. Ribs, for a week while we were away. He was a fantastic cat sitter. He sent tons of pictures and videos and kept us updated with his sleeping and eating habits. Ying played with Mr. Ribs and kept him entertained. This was comforting for us as the little guy loves people, so leaving him alone or isolated was not an option. Ying was a great companion for the kitty, and we will definitely use him in the future.”
About: My family has had dogs my entire life (as well as chickens, ferrets, and a cat!). I've helped train, care for, feed, groom, play with, and dog sit for my family and others, and I'm excited to meet some new furry friends in Eugene! I believe that my biggest strength as a pet sitter is my ability to match your dog's energy level. I love playing tug, fetch, and frisbee, but I'm also always down for a snuggle, backscratch, or bellyrub too. I also don't mind getting licked which has helped me make many furry friends over the years :) I am a student at the U of O, but my schedule is quite flexible. I am available for drop-in visits during the day as well as weeknights after 6pm and all weekend. I believe that building trust with a dog is crucial, so I am intentional about letting them approach me first, sniff me, and take however long they need to feel comfortable in my presence.

My dog Lila started going blind a year and a half ago. Brittany & Eric made sure she got down the porch steps to their magnificent one acre fenced yard where Lila galloped and played her heart out with several dogs. It was a harmonious excursion. It’s hard to be separated from your animal. And bearable when literally see how much fun your dog is doing. I hope they will take care of Lila every time I go on a trip. About: I’ve owned pets of all kinds my whole life. I’ve been trusted with taking care of my family and friends’ pets since I was twelve. One of my cats is older than me and has been with me my entire life, so I know very well how to take care of elderly and disabled animals, especially cats. I’ve also taken care of multiple very energetic dogs and I know how to handle their behavior. I’m very open to long play sessions or walks, but if a calm presence is what your pet needs, I am very good at providing that as well. I’m very adaptable. Whatever your pet needs, I am more than willing to do my best to give it. I’m a college student who is busy every afternoon but most mornings and almost every evening and night I am fully available for your pet. I’m completely free on the weekends as well. Understanding the signals pets use to communicate is one of the most important things to me. I value your pet’s safety and to me it is very important to know what they’re trying to say in times of crisis. I also am conscious of things in homes that may be harmful to pets, such as certain herbs, scents, or foods, and I go out of my way to ensure that pets do not make contact with anything that could be dangerous to them. About: I've been actively taking care of dogs and cats for other military families since July 2018. Most of this care has been centered around boarding for long vacations or deployments. I provide boarding for all dog breeds, boarding includes; feeding, walking, baths, and cuddles. When your dog is in my care, they are treated like my own dogs. For cats I provide drop in care because most cats don't like being removed from their homes. I am a huge cat person and when your cat is in my care I will do anything to gain their trust. About: I have a dog and three cats, I do school online and have a very open schedule. I grew up with animals and babysit frequently. I’ve watched rabbits to horses and everything in between. I am currently in school and have a very open schedule. I am able to come and stop by or watch overnight. I am very reliable and have my own transportation. My cats are all free range in the house and we have gates put in place so they can have their own space. About: Safety is always my number one priority while pet sitting. I make sure pets are always supervised, secure, and cared for in a safe environment. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and owner guidelines to keep every pet healthy, comfortable, and protected at all times. Although I do work a part-time job, I try my best to fit pet sitting in my schedule because it’s what I love to do! Animals will always be well taken care of, I insure that your pets will be let out before I have to take off for work, making sure water is full and fresh. I will be back to love and care you’re pet in a timely manner! Although I do not offer boarding, I prefer watching animals in their owner’s home because I feel like it makes the animals more comfortable to be in a well-known environment. My biggest priority is making sure the owners have peace of mind while they are away and know that their animals are in a safe hands.

I can mold my day around your furbabies schedule. **I can do doggy day care or over nights at my home for well established clients only.** I have a fully fenced, dog and child-centric acre with grass and gravel, sun and shade. I keep all gates closed or locked. With the exception of the doggy door so pups have freedom to come in from the elements or to go out for fresh air and potty breaks.
About: I love all critters and have an especially soft place in my heart for the elderly and/or disabled. I started by volunteering for neighbors friends on trips or working 12 hours shifts, just to stay busy, and it was awesome to see how my daily visits helped their overall health over time. Visiting with critters is always the highlight of my day. I move slowly, carefully, speak softly, so my energy is a great fit for older or anxious animals. I love them all, and every step. Greeting, walking, playing, chilling, pets and massage, special diets, and I have no problem helping administer medicine or any extra special care that is needed. I only work 4 hour shifts, so pet care can very easily fit in and around my other work schedule. When I meet you and your pet, you can show me the care routine, and I will confirm that I understand every step. What works well is if the supplies are visible and steps are also written down and left somewhere I can refer to if needed. I will take photos to either text or email you while I am at your home with an update for each visit.
About: I have had animals in my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve had dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and even reptiles. I am currently training to become a dog groomer and I’m taking classes to get my vet tech certification. I have the experience and knowledge necessary to ensure your pets are safe, comfortable and happy with me. My house is a large space with a very large fenced in back yard. I have two dogs that are easy to get along with. About: My family has had dogs my entire life (as well as chickens, ferrets, and a cat!). I've helped train, care for, feed, groom, play with, and dog sit for my family and others, and I'm excited to meet some new furry friends in Eugene! I believe that my biggest strength as a pet sitter is my ability to match your dog's energy level. I love playing tug, fetch, and frisbee, but I'm also always down for a snuggle, backscratch, or bellyrub too. I also don't mind getting licked which has helped me make many furry friends over the years :) I am a student at the U of O, but my schedule is quite flexible. I am available for drop-in visits during the day as well as weeknights after 6pm and all weekend. I believe that building trust with a dog is crucial, so I am intentional about letting them approach me first, sniff me, and take however long they need to feel comfortable in my presence.
